Basically a blonde pic with a cute bob haircut. She saw the pic. She knew what I wanted. No miscommunication. After all the foils were put in, I decided to shop. So many cute things in that salon. I picked out $50 sunglasses, a beautiful necklace and a $7.50 Tyler candle. I go up to the register and the lady says she would sit those aside until I check out. Fine. No worries. Finally the time came to get rinsed and glossed. Then Dasia says, "I have good news and bad news." I said what the bad news? She said since I booked online, that the haircut wasn't added and she didn't have time to do it. I told her that I didn't book the appointment online, that I spoke with an actual person on the phone. So she suggests that we book another appointment for the haircut as soon as possible. Wasn't happy with that but ok. Then she takes me over to her station and though my hair was wet. I noticed it seemed real dark. She proceeds to blow dry me and complains that my hair is retaining the water and it is taking longer than usual. My hair is finally dried and instead of being a bright blonde like aI have been for 38 years. I am now a mousy brown. She says it makes my hair multi dimensional. I told her this wasn't what I expected and then I felt like I was going to cry. But I didn't. We head up to the register and I'm so disappointed and felt like I looked worse than I ever have. They want to book my haircut that was supposed to be asap but instead they are giving me dates way off in the future. At that point, I just said I will call you back. Then I said how much? I ended up paying $199 and some change for a look I hated. No discount was offered, no apology, nothing. Before I left, I asked to go on and pay for my merchandise. The lady at the register said, oh no, they have already put my items back on the shelf. Another disappointment. At that point, I didn't even want it. A $100+ loss in merchandise for your company. My appointment was at 1:30pm. I left at 6:30 pm. 5 hours to be completely disappointed and crying over how horrible my hair looked as I was driving home. She took a before pic but did not take an after pic. That's how bad it is. Everyone that saw my hair at work today, said they wouldn't have paid. It wasn't super busy, so I got in a pedicure chair within 5 minutes. I also needed a fill, so while getting a pedicure I also got a fill which seemed great as it cut down on time. Unfortunately, as it got busier it felt like they were rushing. I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted and the fill application of the acrylic seemed very nice, but the gel polish was overly thick and not smooth. This killed the experience for me, I think if they just slowed down instead of trying to rush to get to more and more people it would have been better. I did enjoy the pedicure overall. Debating if I'll give them a chance again.

They decide to do my nails simultaneously and put both my hands in a bowl of acetone. No, no, no. Acetone on a cotton ball is bad enough. I remember this is why don't come to Posh. Tech argues it's not harmful. I now have the driest cuticles and nail beds as well as a headache from the extreme acetone exposure.
