Only then was I told I was "wrong" and that the price quoted was only for a polish change, which was never explained at any point. The price was suddenly raised to $25. The issue is not the cost. I was fully prepared to pay. The issue was the attitude and the dishonesty. Instead of taking responsibility for the miscommunication, the staff repeatedly insisted that I had misunderstood, spoke to each other in another language while smirking and laughing, and made the situation uncomfortable and disrespectful. That behavior alone was enough for us to leave. Mocking or insulting customers in another language is immature and unacceptable. We wasted our time and left feeling disrespected. I will not support a business that changes prices after the fact and treats customers this way. To make matters worse, the salon had an overwhelming chemical odor that caused an immediate headache within the short time we were inside. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

First of all, the negative reviews I read here are not reflective of my experience nor what I have observed during each of my visits. All the nail techs are courteous, the place is always clean, and they have been very communicative throughout the service. The prices are average to neighboring salons. I've had the standard pedicures and gel manicures, and the service is solid. While a different nail tech attended me each time, my manicure was done today by Mae, and omg - that's my girl from now on. Mae's manicure skills are on point. She was very meticulous, left my cuticles super clean, and applied the polish perfectly. She didn't even have to clean up the edges (see picture). I also recommend the massages. Today I had my 2nd, hour-long, deep tissue massage. This is a must-treat. Perfect pressure and relaxing. I nearly fell asleep. My masseuse spent much-needed time on each section of my back, neck, and shoulders that were hurting. Spa music played through the speakers during the entire massage. I sooo appreciated the light back cracks every now and then - it really got all the pressure out. Then, a hot stone massage concluded this glorious experience. As someone who suffers from chronic back pain, this will be a regular occurrence for me. The gel manicure and hour-long deep tissue massage are the best $120 I've ever spent.

I decided to try the Dipping powder without tips on my natural nails Su did an amazing job. My nails look nice and neat. He suggested a wonderful neutral color. The salon was extremely clean. My nails look great. Short nails can look very thick with dipping powder if the cuticles are not prepared. Su buffed my nails and thinned them out to look beautiful . They don't look thick. I will definitely return to Su at Lush in the future. I had my nails done over a week ago. I had to travel and pack boxes this last weekend. My nails still look great.

First and Last Time Here This was my first time getting my…read morenails done at Legacy. I'm from California, but a close friend recently moved to Georgia, so I'll be visiting often. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this salon. I received a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure--over $100 worth of services--and left completely dissatisfied. The work was sloppy, the massages were rushed, and worst of all, the attitude of the techs was incredibly unprofessional. I was rushed to pick a color even though the salon was nearly empty and I was already seated. My toe polish has a noticeable dent and gap near the cuticle. A different technician started my manicure, and I clearly told him not to use the drill because my nails are thin and it causes them to break painfully low on the nail bed. I know my body and what works for me. Instead of respecting that, he gave me serious attitude and, along with the others, began speaking about me in Vietnamese right in front of me--something my friend also picked up on. To top it off, I asked for water, and while he did bring it, he placed it on the table and immediately grabbed my hand to begin the manicure. I struggled to open the bottle with my mouth for several minutes while he offered no assistance. When I finally spilled it on my dress and asked for help, he casually said, "Go ahead," and let go of my hand. I truly tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the entire experience left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. The work was subpar, and the attitudes were inexcusable. I spent $120 including the tip and walked away feeling mistreated. If I had read the reviews ahead of time, I would've saved myself the time and money. I didn't have to wait long at all and I booked my appointment online. In fact, I was 30 minutes early to my appointment and got in pretty quick. The color I got was OPI tickle my france-y with a Chrome overlay. I only points were that I didn't get any cuticle, trimmings or lotion with the massage at hand, which I usually expect in a manicure service. And the price was higher than I'm used to. But otherwise, this is a really pleasant experience, and I am excited to see how this lasts and come back!

Some places don't take the polish all the way to the cuticles or don't take as much time on the cuticles as they do on the nails. She is super detailed and does both! If I lived in Savannah, this would be my go-to spot.
