Update: So the day after this review, I received a call from the salon. They offered to had me come in that day to fix things but I was not available. I ended up going back mid the next week. Ly did an amazing job fixing my nails and really turned around the experience. My color goes sidewall to sidewall, my acrylic looks so much better, and none of my cuticles were flooded. Original: They were able to get me in quickly, which was great. That's about all that was good. It's not even been 24 hours and 4 of my fingernails and 2 of my toenails have chipped. I was clipped and made to bleed multiple times. The acrylic that was done on my big toes is uneven, with one toenail visibly longer. My cuticles are flooded on most of my nails. The color was not applied to the edge of my nails and when I brought this up to the tech, she "fixed" it by filing off that part of my nails. Super disappointing. read more

They did my nails great. I had acrylics done wrong at another place and she patiently scrapped off the LAYERS of gunk. I got dip powder which is my normal and it looks amazing, the woman was all around a great tech. Now the best part was they navigated the nastiest, loudest, and rudest woman I've ever seen with grace while I was there. Kudos to them and this is why they are my new nail place. read more

I've been there a few times and they never disappoint, soon as you walk in you're greeted with friendly faces and assisted right away. My first service was a full set and pedi, and I was instantly impressed with the timing , quality, and the durability of my nails. I wear longer nails and used to them lifting and breaking, my nails last a full 2 to 3 weeks now before I go back for a fill, I love it here read more

Sweet little place, they did my nails very well. Very happy with how they turned out! It was a little bit of a wait, they seemed to be understaffed but I had no issue with the wait. And it was only 35$ for gel nails with a design! read more

Great customer service and very friendly. They demonstrated great detail with the services, asking what you like dislike with the right attitude! My favorite service is the Pedicur. Thanks, Anna and Mia!! read more

The first time I went there I was so pleased with my nails that I went back a second time. I asked for French tips and they don't look good at all. I was pretty disappointed since the first time my nails looked perfect and you can see for yourself what they turned out like now. read more

Under new ownership all past reviews were completely wrong about this place by far my favorite nail salon in Savannah! Pricing is really reasonable! read more

I just moved to savannah and I was in need of an eyebrow wax while I had time between work and the baby. They were able to take me right away which was appreciated and the staff was nice. Maybe it's my fault for not speaking up in the salon, but at that point, there was no fixing them, nor did I want to make a scene. so much of my eyebrow was taken off when all I needed was some shaping done. I now have to walk around like i'm in 2004. i'm a new mom and wanted to do something small to feel good about myself and instead came home crying to my husband. needless to say, don't come here for a wax, but maybe another service would be okay. read more

Walked in without making an appointment and I was able to be sat in a chair in less than 15 min. And I love how my pedicure and dip nails came out! They won't disappoint you. read more

For fast, last minute nail service, this can be your go-to spot. However, this will not be the location for long-lasting nails. I had a pedicure here and while I have no complaints about it, my nail color came off less than a week later. Normally that's something that happens to your hands because you're always using them. The toes? Not so much. If you need to get something done for one night, then come on by. During my pedicure, my technician did not do much talking, and I did not engage in any extra talking either. Sometimes I want a quiet pedicure experience, and for that I appreciated the silence. If you are looking to chit chat and gossip, you may need to head into a different nail salon. read more

I've been here quite a few time for different services from pedicure to layover to takeoff to eye brow. Never any issues until I finally wanted my layover completely off, the guy who took it off didn't know what he was doing and ruined my nails, so they're still recovering. Other than that I have no complaints. The services aren't expensive and are done well. They have tons of regular polishes to choose from as well as gel. I will continue to get my hands done here, I'll just never have that same guy take them off. read more

Ive been here twice to get a manicure and pedicure. I'm not someone that gets my nails done very frequently, just for special occasions like my birthday or if I'm going to a wedding. The past two times I brought my own polish. I find that the polish I bring last longer than what is offered at nail salons. Probably because it's not thinned out. The past two times my nails came out pretty good. They took a good amount of time on my feet and I didn't feel rushed. However, here are a few things I noticed and the reason why I'm not giving 5 stars. They didn't soak or massage my hands for the manicure. And the place needs a good general cleaning/dusting. They seam very sanitary with their tools and pedicure baths. They use a plastic bag that wraps around the basin of the pedicure chairs that is changed after each use, my nail technician wore gloves and used new tools that I saw her take out of a sealed bag. But, overall the place looked dusty and a bit dingy. A good vacuuming/mop, dusting, and declutter would do a lot for the general feel of the salon. read more

They have good customer service and I did not have to wait very long. However, I wanted a design on my nails and they could not do a fairly simple design. They also didn't have the color that I wanted, and the nails overall aren't the best. read more

Rose W. I've been to this salon three times and only once was I pleased. The first time the polish peeled off of one nail in less than two weeks. The third time I went to have a splitting nail repaired and in four days the nail was hanging off. Definitely will not recommend this place for nails. Eyebrows, yes! Great job! read more

Do not get your nails done by the asian buff looking guy with the Mohawk!! He's always in a hurry and gets distracted watching TV. Plus he does a horrible job!! I can do a way better job! read more

Good for a walk in visit. Pretty average as nail salons go but it is close by and not a long wait. The employees are courteous. I was able to relax by reading a magazine I brought with me. Clean and quick. read more

Close to home doesn't seem to translate to good service... They don't even get a 2 I've been here over an hour soaking and I wasn't even the last one in! Never mind I'm leaving with wet feet! read more

I went to this salon to get a full set of acrylic nails and the lady who did them was very nice and seemed informative about what she was doing. My nails looked pretty decent and were all relatively the same size/length, but she left them VERY thick even after I asked her several times to this them out. I found it uncomfortable to even scratch my head, body, and my boyfriend also agreed. I tried taking them off myself and have spent hours soaking, buffing, filing, and clipping my nails and still have not had any luck getting them off. I may use this place again for just getting regular nail color, but never for acrylic as I've never had this many issues with them before as I have had with them from this place. read more

Got a full set done here by a young man named Alex. Honestly, I really feel bad giving a not so flattering review but this is probably the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. They do get you in quickly I will say that... however it was obvious from the moment I sat down that he was in a rush. Normally I'm not one to be picky or want to complain even if I'm paying for a service. Picked out a color and asked for short/med THIN rounded square tip. I cannot stand having thick tips. Most of my nail tips he did ended up completely uneven and shape was all wrong. When I asked very nicely several times if he could reshape the messed up ones he rolled his eyes. Then i kindly asked if I could have them a lot more thinner. (Seriously thickest nail tips I've ever seen) instead of going under like most nail techs do to thin out a tip he got the most powerful nail grinder he had and used on top of my nails not even getting near the tip ((thats what she said)). BURNED THE SH** out of my nail; very very painful. I said something at that point starting to get a little frustrated. I must've said ten times I don't need my nail bed being touched JUST THE TIPS. Not to mention, I told him I had a painful hangnail on pointer finger if he could try to be a lil gentle on that one. Nope. I was visibly in a lot of discomfort everytime he took the grinder to it. But he never acknowledged pretty much a word I said. I still tipped the man 15%. Won't ever be going back. When I left I had to go to cvs and buy the stuff myself to fix the shape and thickness of my nails. I got this done 4 days ago and nail beds are still so sore I can barley stand it when itching or anytime my nails touch a surface. I know nails can be sore after getting done sometimes but not like this. Sry for the drawn out review but this guy really has no business in this line of work. read more

I went to Glamour Nail located around the corner from the Urgent Care, on the side. It wasn't busy and I was helped immediately. I brought my own polish as I read there was a low selection of colors. I was hesitant to go anywhere as there are so many bad reviews. My pedicure and manicure look fantastic. I wasn't rushed as is usual in a nail salon. They take their time doing a great job. I'd definitely go back. read more

Very good place to get my nails done, friendly people. Definitely plan on getting my nails done there again. 3 stars because of my horrible pedicure. Water was extremely hot, and when I said that he turned it down to freezing. My heels still had so much dead skin that I gave myself a pedi when I got home. Would totally be a regular here if it wasn't for my horrible pedi read more

The staff was very nice and the accommodations were clean and presentable. Overall, good experience.

Love this place. Great, friendly service! Jenny is the best! :) they can always fit you in. The prices are good too!

Worst manicure EVER! Not only did the guy not even file my nails down, they were crooked! There were parts of my nail (on the sides) that weren't even painted, and areas on my skin that were. He CUT my skin near my finger nail and then did the same thing near one of my toe nails. Unacceptable. I realize they were busy, but I could have done a better job doing it myself. I will never go back there. read more

I went to glamour nails wanting a gel polish for my engagement photo pictures this weekend. I had worked very hard to grow my nails out long for the event, and kept them fairly even with consistent filing... The guy I had must have been confused, because he started filing my nails very roughly (top, end and sides) into almost a point. He filed back and forth with the course nail file, so fast it hurt. I told him I wanted more square ends, that these were for photos (not fake nails) and he filed my beautifully grown nails to the bone (only in the center) leaving a jagged and rough end. He then tried to trim my cuticles, cutting my thumb cuticle very deep and making me bleed over the bed of my nail. I asked the guy if he was done filing my nails (my left ring finger's nail was sloped dramatically) and he said yes. I left before he finished and cleaned up his work at home. None of the white remains on my nail and I will most likely have to get fake nails for my photos now. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more
