I've actually been here before about a year ago and didn't really care for the mani/pedi I received at the time. It really goes to show you it depends on the technician that tends to you. I really can't speak about acrylics, fill ins, sns, or any of the other options they offer ( because there are several more) only that I got a regular mani/ pedi and HUANG is excellent. He was very meticulous with my cuticles which shows me he cares about his work. He was polite and friendly. I loved the color I picked and he did a great job on both. There's ample seating, with nice decor and I was taken care of right away as a walk-in. It was Thursday around 1pm, I got lucky because soon after it started getting busy. Thank you huang at least I know where I can go for a great experience. read more

I have been going to Snazzy's for over a decade. The past year has been bad. They told me to stop removing gel myself because my nails were damaged. I was only have gel removed by them and they had been damaging my nails to the point of pain. I finally went back two weeks ago for gel manicure. I told the man I only wanted two coats of that color so it would be sheer. He refused saying three coats would make it perfect. I said I don't want that but he did it anyway. I have multiple family members there and didn't want to cause a stink. Once he finished he asked how I liked them and I said I wanted two coats I do not like them. He did not speak good enough English to understand and the woman next to him that did speak English did not help at all. Being it was late I called when I came home because it bothered me so much how thick my nails were and the color I didn't like and left a message. No one ever called me back. I will never go again. They do not care about your nail health and do not listen to customers. I went elsewhere to have the gel removed. I should not have to pay $100 for my nails to be disappointed and not listened to. It was my mistake for not saying something right then. He was insistent and refused to listen to me and I felt bulldogged. That was my mistake. read more

This is now my go to nail place. I had a spot in Richmond Hill, but quality and service deteriorated over the years. I had a spot downtown, but didn't enjoy parking restrictions. Then I went to a spot on Victory. Their customer service towards my family went downhill after a few visits. The first time I came by, I was noticed immediately. I was a walk in but they accommodated me within 5 minutes. They require everyone who enters to wash hands before even being helped. I witnessed them sanitize the stations after every use, and they spaced us all out. The building itself is very specious, so you can safely social distance. read more

I have gone to snazzy nails three times, and the first two times it was *okay*....the salon was clean and very close to home but the staff always made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I was rushed through every time; when getting SNS French, the technician complained to me I didn't tell him to use gel polish on top of the SNS for the color aspect of the French tip (but that's his job), my nails would break so easily and quickly, and the most recent visit, my nails were not applied correctly, so they were curved and broke three days after having them done. I had to make an appointment to have it fixed but then was charged for it. There are a few technicians that were very kind but a few that were not and didn't value quality in their work. Overall, I think there are better quality salons in Pooler that are worth the drive and the extra money if you can swing it! read more

Clean, professional, quick when I needed to leave. I'll be going back!! I raced in one day because I had an hour to get my nails done for my engagement pictures. You know life had me busy but the people accommodated me. Yes they rushed to get me out on time, but can I say my nails have NEVER looked better. I love having my nails and go often so this was my first time trying out Snazzy. Dangggggg they do good. They're polite, clean, and have a great selection. Not to mention that the interior is large (allows for social distancing) and is decorated so beautifully. I showed the nail tech a picture and she made it happen perfectly. I also picked a color and she helped me see it wouldn't look good on my skin tone. She was super kind and professional but I was so thankful for her input considering this was for my professional engagement pictures! I included one shot below that you can see my nails in. read more

My recent visits to Snazzy Nail Bar have warranted last star! The service at my last few visits has been outstanding - I am always greeted immediately and never have to wait (when I've made an appointment). Each time I leave with beautiful nails and toes! I even went in one day to fix a chip from a recent appointment and they covered free of charge. Best of all, the owner has demonstrated that he clearly pays attention to all his customers as if you are the only one around - he goes out of his way to bring up a piece of conversation from last time. PS for those 21+ friends, they now offer a glass of wine so you can reach another level of relaxation! read more

This was my go to nail salon for years even after I moved further away. However this week I've called 5 times to try and make an appointment (they've always told me they prefer that because of how busy there are and to avoid a long wait time) and they've hung up on me and every time!!! I thought it was a mistake at first but 5 times!! If you don't want to do appointments anymore just let me know instead of hanging up without a word. So rude and I won't be going back. That being said they have done a great job in the past but not worth the longer drive if they are going to be jerks read more

Since I am new to the Savannah area, I am on the hunt for a new nail salon and manicurist to be loyal to. Unfortunately, this one probably won't be it. I look for a quiet, calm atmosphere and a manicurist that is friendly, efficient, and excited to talk to me everytime I come in. While this place is very quiet and welcoming visually, my manicurist was not. Chris was perfectly nice but was very uninterested in making a connection. He was constantly distracted talking and coordinating with the front desk woman in making other appointments for him while he was to be working on my nails. When he was working on my nails, he complained when I asked for short oval nails- stating that it was a pain to do because it was hard to file for him. It was literally in his job description. While trying to chat and get to know him a little, he would give short answers and not reciprocate asking questions. He genuinely seemed uninterested in giving good customer service. Never outright rude, but just in a hurry to get me out the door and on to the next client. Next! read more

This place is so snazzy and I love it!! I didn't know they preferred appointments, I would have called first but they still gladly took me as a walk-in which was very nice of them! Everyone was so nice and everything was so clean and snazzy! Someone offered me something to drink as soon as I sat down. I just got a pedi today and they did such a good job and took their time shaping my nails perfectly. I got the jelly pedi which I highly recommend. The packet they put in the water turned it into a jelly mixture which I absolutely loved haha! I will be back for my next pedi and mani soon! Thank you all! read more

My sister and I came here thinking it looked nice but it was way over priced and they did a shitty job on my gel and they missed a step on her gel nails and hers peeled off after two days!!!!!!! The owner was the one who did my nails and he was interrupted every two minutes to confirm every new apt and he did a bad job shaping my nails and they are really not neat and there were sharp edges I had to file off when I got home from the top dealing gel coat. I paid $35 plus tip here in Georgia but in California it is only $30 for gel.... Something is very off! Posted a photo to show how wack they look. read more

Manicure was poorly done. I left with a noticeable amount of polish on the skin of my fingers & under my nails. I wasn't even asked if I wanted my nails cut down or shaped, neither were completed. Not worth the time. Would not recommend. read more

I was visiting and needed to get my nails done because my nail tech back home wasn't able to finish my nails. She put the acrylic on but no design. I went to Snazzy and MeMe hooked me up. Walk ins are welcome. Booking an appointment is highly encouraged. They have an assortment of gel polished which are my favorite. The salon has plenty of pedicure chairs and massage options are amazing. I highly recommend. They also offer wine. Yes Red Or White. When they offer and they will, you can choose from soda, water, or wine. I'm having my 2nd glass of red wine now. I'm feeling good. My feet feel amazing. My back feels amazing as well. They are also very knowledgeable of nail care which I love. My hubby didn't want any polish so she made sure he had a deep oil treatment on his cuticles. Best kept secret is out. Snazzy Nail Lounge is the best. read more

After reading the reviews I was excited to try this place out. $40 for a mani and pedi, a simple mani and pedi, no gel, nothing. My feet still have cracks, my cuticles weren't trimmed properly, my fingernails aren't shaped even. The only good was the polish was applied nicely on my toes and the technician was very friendly. Unfortunately I will not be returning. read more

I haven't been in two years and the quality is still exceptional! I spent 30 min looking for this nail salon because me and my Boo loved it so much when we first went. We love it here! We got the New York and Jelly pedicures today but will be back for our manicures tomorrow. They're very informative and quality is their top priority. Snazzy takes their time and really make you feel relaxed and cared for. I'm an avid nail salon customer and look for those details. I highly recommend Snazzy Nail Bar, thank you for your amazing services read more

The worst pedicure I think I've ever had! I haven't had one in over 3 years by choice, I decided to treat myself for my birthday and I'm so sorry I wasted my money! They charged me an extra $20 for gel polish, my toenails are uneven and so is the polish. I don't know how they stay in business! I won't recommend them and I'll be sure to tell my friends to NOT go there. read more

This place is very clean and nice looking. I asked for their version of a basic pedicure which was $30 listed on the menu they hand you and wanted to add gel (no price listed for gel pedicure). Pedicure was average, nothing too special. I went to go pay and was charged $50 not including tip. No idea how gel adds $20 to a basic pedicure. Be wary of their pricing... read more

I am extremely please with my visit from the greeting to the checkout. The atmosphere was peaceful and calming. The modern yet romantic decor was perfection. Although they were very busy, Elizabeth made me feel as though I was the only person there. I did not feel rushed at all. The color selection is outstanding and arranged in an attractive way that is functional as well. The regular with complementary gel directly behind it. I was assisted in choosing my color(this was so helpful)! The customer service was top notch. There is a young lady, Kayla, that is an amazing leader. She is great at making sure everyone is in place and that things are running smoothly. I can easily see her owning her own shop one day! I recommend this salon and I will be returning!!! read more

The pedicure itself was good! The paint job was the problem, sharp unfiled corners and a chipped gel less than a week later :/

Decided to go here to get my nails filled a day before my wedding simply because i was on that side of town. The shop was remodeled and has new management. I had to wait an hour before being taken care of, despite seeing many women coming in after me being taken care of before me. Although the customer service was okay, i left feeling dissatisfied. The shop didnt get busy towards the end of my experience. The shaping of my nails were perfect, but the paint job was rushed. I didnt notice how bad of a job it was until later. Sucks, because now idk how to fix it for tomorrow. I guess i was better going to where i normally go. read more

I like a clean, well organized nail salon. I enjoy a good massage chair, but I am always looking at the bowls to look clean. I was greeted quickly, and offered a refreshment. The nail attendant was good, but I like to know you have clipped and rubbed any rough spots thoroughly. While my toes needed some attention, I like the hot towel wrapped around my legs and massage that some places offer. I did not get the hot towel treatment, but did like my toes. All and all I think I would go back, but keep my eyes open for a more in depth spa like experience. read more
