After using this salon for many years I'm taking my business somewhere else. Today I walked out after waiting for an hour, with an appointment set up, to have my nail dip powder. The owner Sam just asked if I was leaving, didn't care to apologize or anything. Like my business didn't matter to him. I'm sorry because the rest of the techs are great especially my tech Leti but this is not the first time I had to wait for a long time and owner doesn't even care. I've seeing other people treated this way but I was still giving this place a try but no more. I'm sure I will have no problem finding a place where management appreciates my business. read more

I came in for a soak off. I would suggest Sam or Cathy. Sam wasn't the friendliest but he did an excellent job. Cathy was a breath of fresh air, she conversed with me. She made sound recommendations and most of all, she seemed to enjoy what she was doing. There was another man there who seemed pretty great from a distance but I didn't get to work with him. If I could offer any advice to this shop, it would be to treat everyone as if they were a regular and not a stranger. Makes for a more welcoming Ora. She remembered almost everyone that came in while I was there by name, this shop was 100% the best I've been to in the last four years. Since moving from Hawaii.. I haven't found someone nearly as awesome as my go to nail tech back home . I even had a horrific shop experience prior to coming into here.... Which made me not want to get my nails done for while. (Month and a half). And when coming in I was a little skeptical because I went to the first place on Apple Maps. But lemme tell you!!!! Just Go! Want great nails? Go! Want amazing service ? Go! Wanna go where they care about you and your business? Go! Wanna go where it's affordable? Gooooooo! Well I went in this shop on Saturday February 22 2020. I had a great pedi so I decided to get my nails done. What a mistake. My nails looked like press on nails. I paid over $60 dollars. On Monday a nail broke so I called them and was told to return to get it fixed. I fixed it myself as I wasn't ever going back. By Tuesday 2/25 another nail broke so I returned. I was charged an additional 42.00 dollars to correct their mistake. No problem as they were bought and paid for. A spa it is not!! Not relaxing at all kids running around and crying. This was by far the most ghetto nail salon I have ever been to DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY GOING THERE. may I suggest the zoo. They are friendly but I'm not looking for a friend. I walked in there at 10 o'clock I walked out at 1 o'clock with nothing done as I sit down to get a pedicure I feel like I was judge because what I had on but I decided to stop by that nail shop because I was out and about and the guy was doing my toes I explain to him that I had acrylic on my toes that would have to be removed he really just wet my feet found my toenails down And said he was done when I spoke with him and show him where my toes was not done he then decide to speak in another language and the owner come up to me and tell me I made him feel uncomfortable and he don't wanna do my feet the owner then said that he will have someone else do my feet as I wait another hour and no one ever came to me so that's when I decided to walk out I feel as if I was discriminated against because like I said the type of clothes I had on today I sit by myself because I was alone and decide to get my toes and nails done soon as he got done filing my toes down he asked me for payment keep in mind there is no sign in the building Sean what's the charge of any of the service never will go back read more

I went in and my brow wax was fine nothing stellar but I got "lash extensions" she simply uses super strength glue to glue them to my natural lashes and not only did she glue some lashes onto my eyelid but she also glued my eyes shut. I know you think you'd be getting a good deal by going to a nail saloon but go some place that specializes in lash lifts and extensions otherwise you're just wasting your money. read more

I have been going here over a year to get my nails done. They always know my name, ask about my family, remember when I took trips, etc. That is above and beyond what they have to do. While I'm getting my nails done the owners come by to make sure the technician is doing a good job and ask if I'm satisfied with what they are doing. In the time I've been going there I have only had to wait over 20 minutes 2x. It happens, they take walk ins and try to accommodate everyone. When it was all said and done I was charged close to $200 for a Mani/pedi for me and my 2 daughters! I couldn't believe it! no wonder why they didn't have every price listed. He filed my nails very short and uneven and ground the tops of my nails to the point that they hurt.... finally cutting my skin. I recently moved from Bluffton, SC to Port Wentworth, Ga. I went to this place because of it's convenience, it is the closest nail salon near my home. Being used to paying the higher prices in the Bluffton area, I was surprised when a mani and pedi was only $30 for both!!!! The tech in my opinion did a good job. However, the polish on my fingernails started chipping away after two days. I do not do any strenuous work, so in my mind it should have lasted longer. In their defense though, I could have opted for the GEL polish. read more

She recommended that I get the callus removal treatment and in the process scrubbed so hard my foot started to bleed. Worst mani/pedi ever. Was visiting the area and found them on google maps with high ratings so I figured why not. The man that was taking care of me spoke not one word of english. All of our "conversations" consisted of him pointing and grunting. Polish selection was dreadful and all of it looked old. He kept putting thinner into the polish I'd chosen. The pedicure took over an hour and he didn't seem like he had any clue what he was doing. When we moved onto the manicure, he wanted me to soak my hands in water before he filed my nails. At that point, I looked at the man giving a mani next to me (who spoke english) and said "does this guy know what he's doing?". He rushed him away from me...they had a convo and all of a sudden I had a new man giving me a mani. This one decided to insult me a few times by asking "do you always rip your cuticles like this"...obviously not, idiot. He as well kept putting thinner into the polish. The polish was so shitty that it never ended up drying and smudged on the way out the door. HATE this place and would NEVER go back here. Dreadful. read more
