I will start by saying that at the time I was at the salon, I did not realize the severity of this. I live out of town, so I couldn't just pop back in. This is beyond a "reach out and ask for a refund scenario", before the business mentions I didn't say anything. This isn't a refund or polish fix situation. I am sharing this as a warning because I am genuinely worried. Everyone was nice, My tech seemed genuinely nice. I don't understand how this happened. He finished and said "oh, i scrubbed your feet a little too hard." I genuinely didn't notice anything super painful at the time; and I am very pale, so I just said I was fine, paid and tipped 20%, and left. Well, I am here to tell you that it is not fine. This is the result of the pedicure I got there. I don't know if it's chemical, friction, no idea, but it is so painful when all I wanted was a nice pedicure to end a long week. I've never had this problem before and I get pedicures on at least a monthly basis. I cannot in good faith suggest this place. read more

Online they are advertised as being open until 8pm. I showed up at about 6:45pm hoping I could still be seen for a pedicure since the door reflected a different closing time of 7pm. It's frustrating when a business does not update their business hours online, especially for out-of-town customers like myself. However, I was grateful that they were still willing to see me. The pedicure itself was decent. Everything was extra hot, which was fine for me, but may be uncomfortable for people with heat sensitivity. Unfortunately my nail tech was way more interested in the daily shop drama than paying attention to detail. I asked multiple times for her to correct the wonky nail shape, and the massage was super underwhelming. Don't bother with the $5 paraffin wax tbh. The decor and atmosphere needs a pretty big update; there's way too much going on visually that makes it hard to relax. The final result after drying was also decent. Had some bubbling, but at least the color matched the swatch. TL/DR: Check it out if you want a simple pedicure, but don't expect to have a super relaxing time. read more

The 2 stars is strictly for how sweet my nail lady was. I Showed a picture of what I wanted, he quoted me $75 because the ombre had 3 colors. It was a little high but being that there was no wait, I went with it... When I went to pay she tells me 80. Sooo, I'm like, ok she added her own tip. I let it slide cuz I always tip, even when not fully satisfied, just not as much. I was already feeling some kind of way paying the 75 because it's thee worst ombre set I've ever had. As you can see in the pictures she used very little of the colored acrylic that I assumed was why I was being charged so much.... then she "thickened" them with a coat of clear acrylic. Theres no arch. The color is dull and choppy, not blended well for ombre. They're crooked. Neither the length or the workmanship justify $75. read more

The best nail salon!!! I get SNS and this is one of the only places I know of that uses the REAL powder base. Most salons don't pay for the base powder for SNS because of how expensive it is, but that is the part that helps with vitamins on your nail. I'm so happy they told me about the real SNS base and not just a fake polish base. And then the designs they can do at this salon are out of this world!!! Highly recommend. A few staff members are just rude. Quality is just not good. They don't really care to give quality customer service. I told the owner how rude the nail tech was & he basically just brushed it off as if it was okay. I had to stop the nail tech from going any further with my nails because she was about to start applying acrylic with old nail polish still clearly visible on my nails. read more

Love this place!! Get the supreme deluxe pedicure. It comes with lotion, scrub, hot rocks, and wax foot peal. Everyone is so nice too.

I made an appt and still had to wait 45 mins, I wanted regular polish because I liked the color and they said they would charge me an extra $5 to remove the gel polish and lastly they cut my nails down without even asking me. They charge $28.00 for a fill with gel and it takes almost 2 hours. I won't go out of my way to go back. read more

I used to go this nail salon frequently (every two weeks) I pay them the same amount every two weeks. Now, for the most part they are a good salon. However, they are very conniving. They switch their prices without telling the customers, charge you for the shape that YOU ALREADY HAD and on top of that, they allow your skin to bleed after it's already cut. I am very disappointed and upset. I don't know if they are under new management or what. But this is unacceptable and I will not be returning. Smh read more

I got my nails done two weeks ago for the first time ever. I don't have anything to compare it to but the staff was friendly and professional and the place was clean. The nail tech Cindy was really efficient and patient with my slow decision making. I got SNS with tips added on, they were exactly how I wanted them to look and when I didn't want her to cut my real nails down she kindly accommodated my request. I was visiting from out of town Very horrible experience I told the guy what I wanted and showed him a picture he stated yes That is powered nails yes I will do it for you when he was doing my nails I said this is not what I wanted he goes the other style that you wanted is 50 dollars do you have 59 dollars I told him I don't care how much the price is if that what I wanted that what you should do he goes makes all these fees that it would be 50 dollars plus the length and the color you want cost extra like what I never heard of the color costing more I honestly think he favors people I will not ever go back to that place ever again I tell my family and friends never go there read more

To come in and not be greeted but the customers more towards their complexions were greeted and seated. I was skipped twice before I finally said something and walked out. If getting eyebrows done look at the stick, they use the same stick multiple times on different customers which is unsanitary and that's double dipping in the wax. Then the girl who put my tips on (employee w the glasses and one headphone always in who mostly ignores the customers and has a bad attitude) tried to blame it on me, when she's the one who didn't glue them down properly.
