NOOOO STARSSSSSS‼ The service was HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL! My guy half did my pedicure and left old polish on my toes but still applied the overlay. He cut my foot and still kept going, filed my toes down too much and the shape was ugly. My daughter showed them a picture of what she wanted it what they did was hideous. The owner got upset because my daughter and I hated the nails and decided to cut them off without trying to fix them then called her husband to confront myself and my child, he had a knife in his pocket came storming through the door, we feared for our lives. I called the police (which was no help because he knew them) they were outside giving fist bumps. oh yeah I called my husband up there as well because no man should EVER feel comfortable enough with speaking to a woman that's not his significant other in that manner . One of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. Someone did my hands while I was getting a pedicure and one hand had nails pointed upright because of it. After they fixed it, I had 2 uneven hands and they did such a sloppy job painting it. Not to mention they didn't brush the shavings off my hands as they're adding polish and lotion afterwards. The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Brought my daughter and niece with my sister and I for mani pedis. They should have told us they didn't have time but instead said yes. They left my sister and my daughter sitting, providing no services for over an hour. During my nieces pedicure the tech did not take previous polish off, trim cuticles or cut the nails- instead just painted on top of old polish and yelled at us when we asked her to fix it. In the middle of my nieces pedicure a man came in through a back door and said he was here on his lunch break. The tech got up, left my niece and went into a back room with a man. I have naturally strong nails. I went in for a gel polish removal and I brought my own polish for a regular manicure. Within days my cuticles felt ripped and shredded and my nails s just started splitting and breaking. When I removed the polish I saw why! When the woman used a nail drill instead of acetone best polish remover to remove my polish off, she absolutely destroyed my nails. I have dents and gouges from her work. I highly recommend going elsewhere, absolutely no care was taken with my nails. You can see the white specs and duvets made, as well as my shattered cuticles and broken nails. I even tried to buff them but I just have to let let grow out now, the damage is too severe. read more

If I could 0 I would. I went in for SNS on my real nails. The lady did a good job except shaping. I asked her to fix it since I would like to have even nails. Pretty sure she didn't want to do my nails but got mad at me for asking to fix them I guess she didn't like me from the beginning. Then proceeded to cut them all even my real nails that took forever to grow. Felt like crying but I knew I had to just get out. She then made a comment about Indians(my race) and stated we are all the same. So I guess she was racist. But nonetheless I was nice to them but I guess they had issues. Quite possibly one of the worst manicures I've had. Stopped in here last minute to fix chipped nails. Decided to just get a buff due to lack of time. The gentleman also clipped my skin, causing tip of finger to bleed. Paid $12 for the buff, which I think is reasonable. Just wish my nails looked better. Also, the tools he used didn't appear very sanitary. One other note: while I was there another customer walked in and it took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge her. I had a terrible experience at this location. I live in Atlanta, so I am accustomed to high quality customer service and work that lasts. I was a in town visiting my parents for the holidays and was extremely disappointed with the service I receieved. Especially for a service as simple as SNS (dipping powder). Upon arrival, I waited for about twenty minutes before being told to sit at a station. I was then given a very rude, uncommunicative teenager to remove my SNS and re-dip them with a new set. She stayed on her phone as she would scrape off one nail, then put it down to reply to a text or look on her screen. As my nails were done soaking, she left my hands in the acetone as she then went to go do an entire pedicure and full set on two other clients! I asked the woman working at the seat next to me to please scrape the residue off of my nails because they were over processing which would result in thinning and breakage. I then asked her to please tell the girl to come back and she told me it would now be thirty minutes. My sister was across the salon getting the same service (SNS) by another employee so the owner then told me to just get serviced by him instead. He rushed to do my nails in the same manner that he poorly did my sister's. Within one week, my sister and I broke four nails between the both of us due to the poor application. I have been doing SNS on my nails every two weeks for the past year and have never had any cracks or breaks until now. I urge others to save their money and not visit this shop if they are expecting quality service that lasts. read more

UPDATE: Some people on here indicated that my foot injury was not in fact an injury, but a blister. I just wanted to provide everyone clarification that I went and got it medically examined and was told by an actual physician that it is scar tissue, as I have annotated below. - - - - - - - - - - - I wrote a review about how disgusting and terrible this place was 6 months ago. The end result from my manicure and pedicure was that the lady left a giant hole in my foot that, at the time, wouldn't heal for some reason. Fast foward 6 months and now my injury has finally healed and has left a hypertrophic scar. It is red and thick and extrenely sensitive. It also restricts movement because of where it is located on my foot. Apparently, it will improve over one or two years, but may cause me distress. I moved to another state following the injury because of my job, but if I were still living in Pooler, I would DEFINITELY file a lawsuit against this place. I can't stress it enough how everyone should STAY AWAY from this nail salon. I found a great and CLEAN salon in the same area: Lotus Nail Spa. Go there instead. read more

The most unprofessional and the rudest person ever who claimed to be the manager of this place named Jade. For no clear reasons she refused to do any service to my friend who had been waited patiently while I got my mani-pedi done. Kept saying they couldn't touch her nails & toes since it has been done by her regular nail salon which apparently giving her a sour notes & negative vibes. We were completely stunned by her reaction how she kept refusing and being so rude to my friend who just simply just like I did want to have a mani-pedi day together. There were no clear, nice or any decent explanations of why she refused or not letting them do the services to my friend's while I had 2 ladies doing mine at the meantime. Jade 'the manager' as she kept throwing her status around every time we asked when or who was going to go the mani-pedi for my friend's without any real reasons for refusals. She's absolutely not equipped to be a manager for such a public service place such as a nail salon where your place reputations and rating are judged by your personality conduct in professionalism and great services provided. We will never go there anymore and will not give good opinions about this place due to your manager rude & unprofessional behavior. I wish I didn't have to put one star for this review but it's only there because it's required. This was the absolute worst nail salon experience! I went to Spontaneous nails for SNS and a pedicure. The pedicure part of the experience was great, the guy was very nice and my toes looked great. When it was time to do my nails, the lady that originally started applied the dip powder about 5 times and finally I asked what was going wrong. She stayed that the powder was doing something weird. The powder was turning white when she was applying the "SNS top coat", which actually wasn't an SNS top coat. After her second attempt at fixing the problem with the top coat, she went to get her "boss". She moved me to another chair and the owner came to fix my nails and she had an attitude. She didn't speak or ask me any questions regarding my nails. She stared to fill them with the drill, then she buffed them and she applied the same fake SNS top coat. The polish began to turn white again and she said she don't know why it's doing that. She kept saying "we" don't know, the company has bad powder sometimes. I asked her to take the SNS off, since they couldn't compete the service and she stated that she was hungry and she couldn't fix my nails or take the SNS off and she walked away. The guy that did my toes came over to see what was going on and he even said that they were using the wrong top coat. He offered to take the crappy "SNS" off but she ran over and said "No, we can't fix your nails, you can go somewhere else", then she stared to pick up my things and hand them to me so that I could leave. I could not believe what was happening. If you're looking for SNS, keep it moving because they are charging SNS prices for this type of work!! The owner is very rude and unprofessional!! Not only did we sit for over 30 mins in COLD water waiting for a pedicure, but they had an unlicensed semi-trained teenager (NOT EXAGGERATING) working on my toes, and another unlicensed non-trained lady working on my husband. And to top it off he paid for a mani that he never received. And when he spoke to them about it (we walked out, stopped at the car, and walked back), they told him they would call him the next day and set an appt up, and never did. I usually go to Pro Nails in the same area, but they take too long and I didn't feel like spending my entire morning in a nail shop. Ok, that being said... The service here is A+, tier one. Two out of three stars are for the customer service alone. Genuinely warm and friendly greeting to everyone who walked in, including myself. I got a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. The pedicure was a-mazing! Best massage ever, however the paint job was a little sloppy. I understand top coats are clear, but that doesn't mean slather it on haphazardly. Maggie was so nice and sweet, though. My gel mani is a whole other story. My natural nail was broken, and Pro Nails fixed it with an acrylic patch. It split again and I asked the gentleman if he could repair it with acrylic and he flat out told me no. He said just glue. As someone who has dealt with this often, I knew the glue wouldn't hold, so I'll give an update when it splits again. Anyway, I told him I wanted my nail shape to be more narrow/skinny and he did my pinky nail and it was perfect. However, when he finished, the rest of my nails were still just as "fat." The paint job was a disgrace. Lumps, bumps, uneven, sloppy around the cuticles, and gel polish all over my fingers and hands - like the back of my hand up to my wrist. He made no effort to clean it up when he finished. He was so nice, I decided just to let it go. This is rare for me because I'm very picky and have no problem speaking up if I don't like something. Thank the pumpkin spice latte gods for that one. Overall, service wise it was great, but technical proficiency was subpar. It was also way overpriced. I paid $60 for both services in total. I can get the same services in California for $35 total and be completely satisfied. I probably won't be returning here unless I'm in a crunch. read more

Me and my daughter go here every two weeks and we couldn't be any happier with the service. Great place and great prices. I highly recommend if you are in the area to stop by and try the jelly pedicure. It might take an hour from start to finish but it is well worth money. And for the record I have seen some of the reviews about chipped nails after a few days. My daughter is very active in sports and cheerleading and the only time she has had a nail chip was when the shop had a bad polish and when she returned they redid her entire GEL set at no charge and trashed the bad polish on the spot. I have been to this place a couple of times with no incident. Then, last week I went there just to get my nails shortened and had a pink and white set. The nail tech told me she couldn't do that as it would not show the white line. I agreed. Then I asked her to remove the solar nails and clear polish. She argued with me telling me my nails were too brittle and that I needed a full set. (Obviously trying to up charge me) I declined. Amazing service. I have been living in Savanah for 5 years. Have tried countless nail places. Most rush you and you feel uncomfortable. An older gentleman did my pedicure, he took his time was so gentle but firm. I usually wince when they cut the cuticles but they didt hurt me at all! My gel nails where awesome. This is probably one of the worst mani/pedis I've ever gotten. After 2 days, both were peeling polish completely off. My pedicures usually last 2-3 weeks before they chip or peel. Manicures usually last me 5-6 days. They scrubbed my foot so hard with their metal tool that it opened the skin during my pedi. I did not get a massage with lotion on my feet and legs. The selection of nail polish wasn't very good, most of the bottles looked older and there was no Essie brand and not too many decent looking OPI brands. The upside is they do use the plastic sink liners but that's all I can say. I'll try other salons instead. read more

BEWARE OF THE OWNER LADY Why its so hard to get a simple mani/pedi -- is beyond me. No designs, no tips, nothing extra....just a mani/pedi.... To paint fingernails...not the skin, is it so hard? To apply the paint smoothly and uniformly on the nails is it sooo hard? I returned to this shop unfortunately after about a year. I took a year off because I still haven't found a decent salon in Savannah. And I see that little has changed and it has actually gotten a little worse. The salon is a bit gross. My Pedicure was going well until the "Owner Woman" stepped in to finish and polish the nails. I never really understood why they do this, but oh well. So if anyone has every been to this shop they know who she is and she is literally bouncing off the walls with energy in this place. So you can imagine her control with a nail paint brush. To my dismay I watched her paint my nails WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT MY NAILS. She was watching the door, barking out orders, talking to other people all the while..moving the brush on my toes and then my fingers. I think it is so unfortunate that patrons have to accept this type of service and they expect to get paid. I am giving 1 star because of the lack of respect this business has for its paying customers. And to send a message to the owner, that sort of treatment is unnecessary. Yuck! What a disgusting experience. The young man working on my nails was sweating profusely from his hands. Several times I asked him to wear gloves but he kept telling me it was fine. I was stuck with his dirty sweaty wet hands all over mine. It was so unsanitary, I asked him to wash his hands a couple of times and he did BUT why wouldn't he just wear gloves?!?
