I came in to get my nails done in a pretty Almond long length. I ended up with different shaped tips mostly rounded none almond. One of my finger nails is so crooked that it's pointing in a whole different direction. When I told her that my nails were not up to my satisfactory level, she said that it was the best that she could do. When I tried to correct my crooked now, she told me that it would be fine. The woman that did my nails was rude and when she filed my cuticle down to the point where I bled, not one word of apology. I have gel polish and acrylic all over me. Now I see why I only paid $35 for a gel full set. I will never go there again. read more

Poor customer service. As a customer, I had to request a pedicure service menu. The technician gestured it was on the table under a UV lamp and nail supplies. I retrieved the dusty service menu. The service menu for the spa pedicure had $45, however the technician said it would be $50 and $10 for gel polish. "Gel" polish was located on the shelf with what looked like regular polish bottles. I WILL Not Return or Recommend TV Nails to MY family or friends. read more

I have been going to TV Nails for over 5 years, and their pedicures are always wonderful. No matter which person does the pedi, the experience is consistent, and the people are very nice. I was prompted to write this review, because I just had a gift pedicure at a well known resort spa in North Carolina. I don't know how much it cost, but I'm sure it was a lot more than TV charges. It was nowhere near as thorough or lengthy as the nail care or leg and foot massage at TV. read more

I will never return to tv nails in Pooler GA on highway 80. My first and last experience. They put on eyelashes for me. Three weeks later I couldn't remove them. Even after using baby oil, professional eye lash remover and every other trick. At the advice of other professionals who also does eyelashes and nails I returned to the nail shop to have them to take the lashes off. The lady tried to remove them but couldn't , she stated to me it won't come off you do it I don't have time for this I do her and handed me the cotton ball and walked away. That was extremely rude and horrible customer service. I get lashes all the time and have never had a problem taking them off. Or a problem with the salon who put them on taking them off if needed. Worst customer service ever... And unfortunately I still have the middle of my left eyelash on ... I can't get them off!!! read more

I just moved to the pooler area and found this nail salon... 1st day... I asked for a pedicure and a fill in... The issue is... They used a very old top coat which left my nails sticky and they couldn't figure out how to draw a simple star on my nails... I had to go back because my nails were so sticky that they didn't dry... For hours I had to deal with sticky nails and finally I had to go to sleep... I woke up the next day and my nails were a mess... The already half assed design was gone! My nails where chipped... The paint look like crud on my nails... I went back to ask them to fix it and the woman was very nasty and didn't want to redo them... She made it seem like it was my fault... I had to ask for her to put a top coat on my nails... She only went over my nails with one brush stroke of polish on each nail and didn't want to complete my half assed star design... So.. After asking her nicely to please put at top coat on my nails... She rudely snatched the top coat off the table and basically slapped it on my nails! At this point... I let it go.. Because she did do my nails over ... So I sat under the dryer to dry my nails and I asked for the paper like slippers that she refused to give to me! She told me to go get the old ones that they gave me the first time... I told her that... That wasn't right... Then she told me that she didn't have anymore and that she did my nails for free and to leave her shop!!! I was embarrassed and furious.... She called me a stupid nigger so I knocked some flyers down and them she started to call me out of my name and saying things like Fu%& you... You stupid nigger and that she is calling the cops on me... I've never ever been treated this way in any nail establishment and I'd like to ask you all.... Black or white to NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESSES!! I was very polite until I was disrespected for asking them to complete proper service.... Places like this want to create an issue and then call the police after they have pushed and pushed you to act a certain why.... I am an intelligent... Educated... Young black female that was disrespected extremely.... And I will not let this go... If anyone can help guide me in the right direction to call attention to this place please do.... I hate that I had to experience this negativity and racist situation in this day in age.... But here it is... I hope whoever is Reading this..... Helps spread the word.... One love!! read more
