The prices are fair, the atmosphere is chic + peaceful, and the service is though, patient, and next level! I found them through instagram, and they are better in real life! I had a pedicure with Mr Tim who is AMAZING! ASK FOR MR TIM! He gave me the best pedicure ever bcs his massages are great! I got the express pedicure and he literally gave me a massage and prep for over 30 minutes!!!! Then, started the polish process. His commitment to providing the best service was mind blowing! I never experienced that with a pedicure before. I had a manicure done by Christine! Christine has 20+ years of experience and I felt so comfortable and confident in her while sitting in her chair. She did my nails throughly with patience and quality care. She uses press-x nails and not polish for my 3d applications. She did all the designs I wanted (I brought in one for each nail), and she elevated them to make my nails look more cohesive! I was super impressed and so happy with the results! Being spoiled--I'm not mad about it. This is my second time coming here, and the service is always top-notch! I ended up getting an aloe vera pedicure, and it was wonderful!!!! Finally, a Yelp page for my fav nail salon! I've been frequenting this salon for almost 3 years now. My first visit was in August of 2020, and I was so impressed by their health and safety procedures. I went for a pedicure on 1/26/23 - my first one of the new year, and I will say that I'm always impressed by how friendly and clean they are. I started to use my phone number for a points system- I can't really tell you what my points are accumulating for, but I can tell you that I forget to put my number in often. Gel costs $15 extra for any service, so be prepared. they have a great selection of gel colors, I do wish they had more though - some of the nail polish palettes repeat after the second or third set- but I always find a color that I'm looking for. They are a bit on the pricey side, but I love that they ask you to wash you hands when you enter. I've gotten several different shapes, designs, and patterns, and they have all been executed well. I'm very particular about the shape and thickness when getting a full set, and I appreciate being listened to when say what I prefer. read more

Dip powder with tip - I showed the man doing my nails a reference photo multiple times. I wanted a ballerina shape which is common in most nail salons. He repeated to tell me it was a square round. As long as it looked like the picture I didn't really care what you wanted to call it. He asked me if I was happy with the shape I said no it's too square it's need to be sharpened he told me it was the same as the picture. Second time he asked, same thing. Disappointing experience as I feel like I wasn't listened to and still had to pay $100 for a poor outcome. read more

Honestly maybe it was just my experiences, but I've been here twice. Once by myself and once with my mom. The time with my mom and guy was doing her toes and he was getting irritated because he couldn't understand what my mother was telling him to do and I caught him actually rolling his eyes as I was sitting next to mom. The time I went by myself, it felt is if I was an outcast. The lady that was doing my nails did not do a good job either like she was rushing me out of her chair. They are very very nice here, the place is clean and gorgeous and service is great. I've been getting acrilycs for years and started going here when I moved a few months ago. I've never had nails fall off, break, etc. this much and it's been almost every time that I've gotten a new set or even a fill. I've even had my nails done by two or three different techs. I do not recommend this salon. I got the paraffin pedi and they did not do everything that was listed. No clas mask at all. Barely any massage. The entire pedi didn't even last 45 minutes. The mail stylist had an attitude from the beginning. My nails are misshapen and looked better when I painted them myself. F9r sure not worth $45. read more

Refused entry to medical alert and mobility assistance service animal team. Repeatedly said she understands, but she would not accommodate any animal. That no one would be asked if it is an allergy. Was the manager. Refused to provide name. Does not know ADA laws of federal protection. Called owner on vacation in Hawaii. Said they would not accomodate because they had Chihuahua in before that was disruptive. In nearly seven years of having this medical equipment, I have never been refused service through travelling coast to coast or in any service industry facility I've entered, including salons and nail salons. Very discouraging and does not know the laws. Refused service to me as a disabled person. Does not know ADA laws and said owner may speak when she is back, but would not provide owners name or contact info. No screaming, harsh words, or cursing at anytime. We've never had an incident or aggressive behavior or disruption in our time as a team, but the staff started speaking about me and about my medical equipment as that yes, it's the state of Georgia and they can refuse service to anyone and do not have to give a reason, that they can refuse service at anytime. Did not know the legally allowed questions or federal laws that protect me, the disabled person, in this scenario, and not open to other discussion. Left. Started shaking and getting close to convulsions. Again Refused names and any contact info. read more

Literally the technician kept checking her watch, then was interrupted by girl at the front saying your next appt is here. LITERALLY in her chair for 13 minutes.
