Being new in town the location looked foreign to me, something new. Once inside they immediately asked what was needed. As I requested a mani pedi the pointed me to the wall of polishes. Good quality brands and colors. Of course I chose pink for my toes with a name of a place called Pink Polish. They started on my hands which is my preferred so I don't mess up the polish. Although they say walk in's welcome you go inside and you are left hanging. Then someone calls out when the girl comes back. So after a while you just sit and wait. Then someone calls you over to come in the back. Odd no please pick a color? So I take it upon myself to pick a couple of colors for my hands and feet. I go to the back and roll up my pants and place my feet in cold water. So I requested it be a little warmer. For Southern Hospitality I found little here. While getting a pedicure a girl came over to work on my hands. Truly if they asked I would rather get the manicure first so not to wreck my nails. Which is what occurred, thus the lackluster review. On the up side I was happy to get in. The bad thing was it wasn't on my terms. For $61.20 plus cash tip as requested on the signs, I would expect better service.
