Worst pedicure i've ever received. I would not go back. The man doing my pedicure continued to make phone calls throughout the whole process. He hardly focused on the massage or the toenail painting. He filed my toenails too short and they are sore. He continued to mess up my polish and left me with uneven polish and multiple dents in the polish that he didn't fix. I've never written a yelp review before but this was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had in my entire life, if I could hive them zero stars I would, so if you are thinking about coming here especially if you are a person of color DO NOT go somewhere else. From the minute we walked into the establishment the person who did my pedicure had a horrible attitude he started on my toes and I had to ask him for a price list first and when I asked he proceeded to sigh and roll his eyes. 1. I've never had to ask for a price list before and 2. It shouldn't be a problem for me to know how much my service is. Then I had some powder acrylic on one of my big toenails and he proceeded to file super hard and pry at it until it chipped off then told me that it wasn't his fault that he was working over old work and he was going to charge extra to fix it, I've had acrylic on my toe before and when I go to get them done no matter the nail salon they always just work over it and keep it pushing but he insisted it was my fault and he was going to charge me in a disrespectful and loud tone. I should've had him stop right there and have someone else do my toes but he was already 45 minutes in taking his sweet time and I just wanted to be done so I let him continue which was my biggest mistake because as we continued it became evident that he had no idea what he was doing. Anyway, I had him go ahead and add acrylic to my other toe and I never should have because he made my toe nail completely crooked and uneven from my other toe which is the only reason I asked him to add it on there in the first place was so both big toes would be even. I asked for French tip which he clearly did not know how to do, he didn't even give me a base coat he just did clear polish over my toes and then started with the white tip and at the end I was completely dissatisfied with my service. He rushed through and not only that but I realized afterwards that he never did my lotion massage or hot towel treatment which was included in my service. Then to top it all off I tried to ask the manager for a discount because 1. My nails came out terrible 2. My toenail was completely crooked and uneven from the rest of my toes 3. He didn't do everything included in my service and 4. He was extremely rude and disrespectful but as I'm trying to talk to the manager the man who did my toes proceeds to talk over me disrespectfully and raise his voice at me and call me a liar and tell me I lied to him about now my toes came out. First of all I shouldn't have to tell you how to do French tip I've never been to a nail salon where they had to ask me how thick to do each nail like maybe the first one but not all 10 toes like be for real so in conclusion I got no discount, he tried to disrespect me and raise his voice at me and made a scene in front of everyone in the shop while the manager just sat there in silence I will never go here again and I don't recommend any one else does either. Overpriced terrible service shop and they have no customer service number which comes to show they don't care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. read more

I have been going to lovely nails for many years. I am so glad they are open and was pleasantly surprised by the complete redo they have done to the salon to keep customers safe. I walked in without an appointment on a very busy Saturday morning and have never been treated so kindly. I have Multiple Sclerosis with severe neuropathy and several months ago had both the nails removed from my big toes. That plus Covid meant I had not had a pedicure since in over a year and my feet were in bad shape. SOPHIA, was WONDERFUL. She said don't worry I'll take care of you. And she did! Sophia is kind, compassionate and an excellent nail tech. She made my "hobbit" feet look presentable which was no small feat (oh the puns I could make). And she's hella funny. Looking at all these reviews, I'm wondering if I went to the same place. They had questionable cleanliness and I got a poor quality manicure. My tech pulled out a wash cloth and it was either not clean or had a definite stain on it. Then I noticed someone else's nail clipping hanging out. Gross. I loved the color I selected, but this is probably the worst manicure I've ever gotten. I have a UV light at home and often give myself gel manicures, but I was on vacation and wanted to treat myself. I could have done a better job myself. I had to specifically ask to have my nails filed even though 2 were broken and they clearly needed evened out. The edges are sloppy, but the worst part is the top coat. The best way I can describe it is gloppy. It's like there are holes in the coverage. Other than that, the price was decent. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Honestly, I didn't plan on getting my nails done while being on vacation but my daughters decided they would like to try a nail salon away from our home town. Now, I am glad we did so! I don't know all of the ladies names who worked there but I would recommend that you have Nina or the little lady with short dark hair & glasses do your nails ( I am not 100% sure but the lady I described done my gel polish & another manicure while I was there so she may just do natural nails). My youngest daughters nail tech done a good job on her nails but she seemed a little frustrated & unfriendly! However, the atmosphere was great, they are reasonably priced, it didn't take forever, and most importantly we all love our nails! Not impressed. The people were nice and there were several color choices for both gel polish and sns, but I'm not happy with my final product. The tops of my nails are very bumpy, each nail has a different shape, and the edges are rough. The guy who did my nails started off ok, but then got very sloppy. Other group of people came in while he was doing mine and asked if they could be in and out in the next 45 minutes, and although it was very busy, they were still told yes. This resulted in a rushed job for my nails. The guy doing mine got up to help the other group of people and another lady came to finish mine. She put the wrong clear coat on to finish mine off, and then left me sitting for 15 minutes while she finished someone else's nails. I went in with my mom today to get mani and peti done. When walking in we were welcomed and asked to choose a color. The place was small and could use an update, but it was clean and well kept. We were asked to seat separately since that was the 1st available. We agreed. Bonnie did my mom's and Louis did mine. Both did a very good job and were friendly. My mom accidently bumped her nail at the end and Bonnie fixed it for free. Overall they were resonabiliy priced for the area and don't mind coming back. read more

Went for a gel manicure. Selected a polish from an OPI color chart and the nail technician tried to swap it for an off brand polish without telling me they didn't have the OPI color that I requested. Rushed, sloppy, and didn't allow enough time for the gel to dry in the machine. Nails are already peeling and I haven't left the salon and they are not willing to fix it.
