Unusual request a first but I can see in these times the necessity to keep the germs down. Came here as this was the closest nail place to where I was doing errands. I also chose this place because I love Pink Polish, but learned once inside they are no longer affiliated. Note the vibe in the shop was eerily quiet no music or talking. They were able to take me right away for a regular manicure. I picked a nice OPI color and sat down. It was a pretty good manicure except the person doing my nails only wanted to do one coat of polish. I insisted on two? Crazy the price you pay for a manicure $25. has nearly doubled since Covid and now you don't even want to put on two coats?! No drying station either. The person doing my nails had me pay before polish. I thankfully had cash for the service and tip to make it easier on her. As she made change from where she was seated and didn't have to move. My polish still looks good after three days. Only because I insisted on getting two coats as I have gotten for nearly 50 years of getting my nails done. Sorry I was put in that position that I had to insist on it.

I understand they were close to closing, but I am still a paying customer & deserve the time & care I'm paying for. I'm sure they're other services are good, but unfortunately not acrylics. Update: I've been waiting to post this for a week because I felt bad, but my nail completely fell off after literally a week... and it wasn't even a nail from my dominant hand.
