I confirmed this multiple times before arriving and even confirmed again in person when I walked in. Only then was I told I was "wrong" and that the price quoted was only for a polish change, which was never explained at any point. The price was suddenly raised to $25. The issue is not the cost. I was fully prepared to pay. The issue was the attitude and the dishonesty. Instead of taking responsibility for the miscommunication, the staff repeatedly insisted that I had misunderstood, spoke to each other in another language while smirking and laughing, and made the situation uncomfortable and disrespectful. That behavior alone was enough for us to leave. Mocking or insulting customers in another language is immature and unacceptable. We wasted our time and left feeling disrespected. I will not support a business that changes prices after the fact and treats customers this way. To make matters worse, the salon had an overwhelming chemical odor that caused an immediate headache within the short time we were inside. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

When we arrived, their ages were confirmed again, but despite that, the girls were separated and couldn't sit next to each other during the service, which was disappointing since the experience was supposed to be something special for them to do together. When it came time to pay, I was told one of the girls would be $35 and the other $65. When I asked why, I was told it was because my older daughter got gel polish. I clarified that she did not, and another staff member confirmed she hadn't. Despite that, I was told the price would still be $65 because she is "bigger." I have no issue paying more based on age if that's clearly communicated upfront, but this was not the case. When I questioned the pricing, a scene was made -- multiple employees came over, speaking to each other and to me, which made the situation uncomfortable and unnecessary. To make matters worse, less than an hour later, the polish on my oldest daughter's toes was already peeling off. Overall, the pricing felt inconsistent and poorly explained, the atmosphere became uncomfortable, and the experience did not match what was advertised or expected.

First and Last Time Here This was my first time getting my…read morenails done at Legacy. I'm from California, but a close friend recently moved to Georgia, so I'll be visiting often. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this salon. I received a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure--over $100 worth of services--and left completely dissatisfied. The work was sloppy, the massages were rushed, and worst of all, the attitude of the techs was incredibly unprofessional. I was rushed to pick a color even though the salon was nearly empty and I was already seated. My toe polish has a noticeable dent and gap near the cuticle. A different technician started my manicure, and I clearly told him not to use the drill because my nails are thin and it causes them to break painfully low on the nail bed. I know my body and what works for me. Instead of respecting that, he gave me serious attitude and, along with the others, began speaking about me in Vietnamese right in front of me--something my friend also picked up on. To top it off, I asked for water, and while he did bring it, he placed it on the table and immediately grabbed my hand to begin the manicure. I struggled to open the bottle with my mouth for several minutes while he offered no assistance. When I finally spilled it on my dress and asked for help, he casually said, "Go ahead," and let go of my hand. I truly tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the entire experience left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. The work was subpar, and the attitudes were inexcusable. I spent $120 including the tip and walked away feeling mistreated. If I had read the reviews ahead of time, I would've saved myself the time and money. I hope the staff at Legacy reads this and realizes that poor customer service and sloppy work are damaging their business. Please do better.

You are instantly welcomed and asked about exactly what you want and you have time to weight out different options. I was looking for a structured builder gel manicure. And it was really excited to see that this salon offered that. And it was my first time getting this so I had some questions which were quickly answered. The color I got was OPI tickle my france-y with a Chrome overlay.
