I stopped in recently after trying to find a new shop, as I noticed they reopened after their remodel. Everyone was very friendly and the place looked great. It wasn't super busy, so I got in a pedicure chair within 5 minutes. I also needed a fill, so while getting a pedicure I also got a fill which seemed great as it cut down on time. Unfortunately, as it got busier it felt like they were rushing. I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted and the fill application of the acrylic seemed very nice, but the gel polish was overly thick and not smooth. This killed the experience for me, I think if they just slowed down instead of trying to rush to get to more and more people it would have been better. I did enjoy the pedicure overall. Mother's Day solo treat because my daughter has to work. Not my usual spot and didn't realize it was Posh or would not have gone but it's s Sunday and a holiday. When I arrive - as well as two others - they greet us with, "What are you here for?" Confused when we ask for manicures and pedicures. Make us repeat it a few times. No difference between two deluxe pedicures (no way I got 20 minutes of message) & had to remind tech of items it said I got. They decide to do my nails simultaneously and put both my hands in a bowl of acetone. No, no, no. Acetone on a cotton ball is bad enough. I remember this is why don't come to Posh. Tech argues it's not harmful. I now have the driest cuticles and nail beds as well as a headache from the extreme acetone exposure. read more

RUDE RUDE RUDE. They made me bleed and ignored what I had to say. If you don't get gel...their work is mediocre and they don't give a crap about you. Came here out of convenience and my coworker told me about how well they did eye lashes. I read the reviews but I thought I'd still give them a chance. I wanted a pedicure, full set and eyelashes done. The lady who did my pedicure greeted me was able to seat me right away. However, she immediately wrote me off because I didn't want the deluxe or gel nail polish because I mentioned my interest in getting my eyelashes done (which was $120-$150). My regular pedicure at the nail lounge in pooler lasted at least a month so I did not see the problem. She didn't say anything else to me. Not even when she sat me in the next room for a full set. She walked ahead to the other side while I picked up my sandals from the floor. It's been 2 hours and the Paint is already chipping. She was done in less than 30 min. NFG Waited 15 min for my full set and had no idea was going on - they didn't communicate anything to me. I thought I was getting the girl in chair 1. Which was fine bc she looked like she knew what she was doing. Eventually a guy came into work and ended up being my nail technician. I was already seated and instead of telling me anything all he sat 2 chair over and said "move here." I should have walked out then. I told him I wanted a white acrylic full set with a coffin shape. He asked long or short...I guess short. Then he said round or square...I guess square but coffin. He didn't say anything else except trying to get me to do gel...I think. He wasn't very clear. Did not explain anything. The shape was not coffin, nails are uneven, he ignored my requests and he made me bleed with his drill. He took out the gel machine and When I said I don't want gel he just walked away and laughed. Looked at his coworker and pointed at me. Did not say a thing to me. Did not even tell me I could go wash my hands. I washed my hands and sat back down and waited. I encountered a 3rd technician who painted my nails. I didn't want to bother her too much because she seemed in pain from her neck. She did her best, but not the best paint job. I asked her why the other guy walked away and she ignored me. The first chair nail technician just told me to have a seat for my nails to dry. I had full intention of tipping well but the guy was just so mean and he up charged me for no reason. He was the one that collected my payment. I had no one to say anything to so hence this review. I didn't catch the male technician's name. All I noticed was his puma shirt and fox hat. This is the 6th place I've been to down here in Savannah/Brunswick areas and so far the best place around here, for a manicure and eyebrows waxing. The mani was nice. He wasn't able to get it like the pix on Pinterest but then I haven't been able to find a place that can. The eyebrows was was nice and clean. Best thing about this, they use new stick for every customer (yay to sanitary) I so wanted to give them a 5 but the paint job on my pedi were so bad that it's laughable. I get pedi&mani done every two weeks so i have certain experience and expectations. My toes are small and so i just asked for basic pedi w solid paint job. The skin around each toe were not clean, the nail cuts were not filed down and there were overpainted on my skin and yet some spot on the toe nails were not completely painted I would give this place a try again for the sanitary job on waxing and the mani but would ask for a different pedi technician - OR he better go get his eye checked read more

I'll start this with their pedicures are great, however stay away from going before a holiday. They're so busy trying to fit everyone in, they're in such a hurry to finish you. I got a mani pedi, along with my 6 year old. Get home and realize the cuticles barely got cut, I have skin all over, while my guy was painting my toes, another lady was rushing to do my nails. So much going on, I didn't even realize, she never filed my nails. They look like crap and not like a pain manicure should Look. Normally I pay more attention but they were all over the place. Being military I can only have the polish on for a few days, other wise I'd be going back and they'd be fixing it. Took about 30 min for them to actually polish the nails. And a minute massage. I came to Savannah for a wedding and needed my nails done. After many google searches I came across this salon and said why not. When I entered it was nice and clean I was greeted almost immediately. I was seated with in a couple of minutes. My nail tech names was Justice I believe and she was great we had good conversation and she was funny. She did a great job with my nails. My feet were done by a guy who looked like he didn't want to be there but whatever. He was good just a lot less conversation. But my experience with my nail tech carried my visit to 5 stars. I first started with a guy who couldn't even apply the acrylic powder to my nails without wiping the tip off with his finger, thus forcing me to have giant chunks of hardened acrylic Left underneath each of my nails. The girl who shaped my nails did not give me the shape that I wanted (asked for square/round "squoval" ended up with square with the edges longer than the center) and Left the acrylic overlay on my nails so thick that they look incredibly fake and are unnecessarily noticeable. For what it's worth I was loyal to my last nail technician for over 10 years and saw her every two weeks on the dot and tipped her well, in cash every time. As a new resident of Savannah, I have had a horrible time looking for a decent and nail technician. I work with my hands and having clean, well manicured nails is a must! My only goal and getting my nails done is to have them look natural, meaning I would like them short narrow and thin- not obviously fake and poorly done. They never even trimmed my cuticles.... Stopped in to get my nails done for graduation with a friend. I've been in this location a couple of times and I've tried various nails techs but each time I leave I have the same thoughts. My nails are subaverage, I was rushed, and/or the tech wasn't personal. I showed the nail tech a picture of the design I wanted (ombré for my skin color as a brown girl). And she shook her head ok. Then she pulled out the smaller electric filler and began to scratch up the surface of my nails (she never buffed them). Then she began cutting my nails down almost cutting the skin of my fingers. When I told her not to cut them down as low she stated that what she was doing was better because water wouldn't get between the my nail and and the false nail. I told her I didn't care because she was hurting me. Afterwards she went to the other hand and she left the nail slightly longer. Next she began gluing the false nail down and then it came down to adding the acrylic powder on top. She grabbed the pink and white powder and started working. When I told her that wasn't what I wanted she insisted to keep working because she said that's how the picture looked. After I told her I only wanted the polish ombré and not the powder she said they couldn't do ombré paint so I had to choose from the mood nails. Afterwards she began cutting my cuticles and she ended up cutting too low and making me bleed. Overall this nail salon deserves a D+. The atmosphere is serene and the decor is beautiful. Pitfalls, the remaining experience was unpleasant and this isn't my first unpleasant experience with them, the techs rush you and don't take your directions/instructions well. read more

I've been coming here for about 5 years now. i've always had great nails until yesterday. I asked to get the same nails as a picture I showed them, The nail tech starts doing my nails and was not asking me if I approve of the length so I said they were a little long. she said It'll shorten down when she files them. After asking her 3 times to cut them down... she cuts them wildly too short. So now i'm even more upset, then she gets to the powder for the acrylic nails. Dips the brush about 4 times in the powder now my nails have weight from how much powder she uses. There is hardened powder underneath all of my nails and my nail beds are super thick i'm just at a point where I'm about to walk out but I keep telling myself to trust the process. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING! Requiring two dollars for a mask unless you bring your own, unsanitary conditions, chairs are not sanitized after each use for pedicures or for nails, the woman was very rude and pushy trying to get me to pay $60 for a pedicure, tried to up sell eyebrows and nails and gel polish even after I said no, she still pushed it multiple times. I got the most basic pedicure and I still paid $40 not once did this woman massage my feet she only rubbed on the top of my calf, not the back part of my calf. I recorded her the entire time due to me asking her to sanitize the chair since the seat was still warm from the previous person. She also took a brush and took the lid off of the acetone and dipped the brush in the acetone instead of putting it in a cup and dipping from there so who ever she saw today before me and after me has germs floating all over their feet. I had two hours to get a pedicure after working 4 days straight. Called around and found this place. Asked if they had any openings for pedicures, and they said to come over now, so I happily went over and was seated with my feet in the water within 10 minutes. An hour and 20 mins later, I put my sandals back on angrily. Who has an hour and a half to wait to get a pedicure when they told you they have availability? Who thinks it's okay to take care of people that came in after you did? No apologies, no anything. I run a small business, so I understand that sometimes things get backed up. The proper thing to say when asked is that we are incredibly busy today and have other regular customers that are more important than you are, so you're welcome to come over and sit with your feet in the water while we take other walk in traffic and service them before you, but it'd be better if you just come tomorrow. read more

Had my eyebrows done. They were very busy and packed in there but that's probably cause it's a great place. The lady, Mi, who did my brows... Definitely the best job I've ever had done. Literally... I have very sensitive white skin so they always turn bright red and sometimes get bumpy if the wax was too harsh or dirty... Well my brows stayed perfect and didn't get very red or and bumps at all! She even used a razor and had all the white baby hairs removed!!! I am so pleased. Can't wait to go get my toes done next! I'll post another update then and maybe give that last star :) Oh and the place was very clean so that made me feel good. I was so skeptical about this place given the amount of bad reviews that they were given, but the nails I had on were terrible (from another salon) so, I decided to give them a chance as everyone has different experiences. I must say, these reviews speak for themselves, I personally had a pleasant experience. They fixed my nails just the way I like them. I showed him the picture of how I wanted them & he made them look exactly like the picture. I went in for a fill, but when they saw the nails I had on they asked if I just wanted a new set considering they wouldn't look good since the past nail tech didn't do such a great job. Reason that I am giving them four stars is because the guy who started removing my nails was pretty harsh at doing so. After he was halfway done, he had Ben finish the job. Finally found my nail shop in Savannah!! Only took 2 years, but it was worth the wait! I was majorly skeptical of this place bc of the so-so reviews, but some of my employees had been going for years, and I'd seen some of their work around town. I walked in at 3 on a Friday. It was moderately crowded and I had to wait about 45 minutes while my old gel polish was soaked off. They kept bouncing me from chair to chair but I finally ended up at the first station with V. My biggest concern was the shape and durability. I have long natural nails that keep breaking, so I opted for dip powder. I chose the perfect color, and V shaped my nails perfectly. I haven't been this happy with a nail service in years! I will say, they did come across a little rude, and I'm attributing that to the volume of people in the shop at the time. There were a lot of walk ins and a lot of services being performed simultaneously, so maybe tensions were running high. I don't do attitudes, but there was nothing too egregious happening that day. My boyfriend and I got a pedicures and I got my eyebrows waxed here. The pedicure was okay, they tried to upsell us several times, but the lady trying to upgrade us was very difficult to understand. And the overly loud music (that was meant to cover up the melodical sounds of someone unhappily receiving an intimate wax job) did little to help the language barrier. The eyebrow "wax" job was mostly done with a straight razor. She waxed the bottom line of my brows, but shaved the rest. Razors are fine for straightening lines, but for bulk removal is not suitable. I got this done two days ago and all the straight razored areas are already stubbly. The idea behind waxing is that the hairs you rip out take longer to come back. Wouldn't get anything "waxed" here again. If I wanted my eyebrows shaved, I'll do that at home and for free, thanks. read more

First I would like to say I have been going to this nail salon for over 3 years, but this most recent incident really blew away all of the positive views I had of them. A couple days ago I walked into the salon asking to get my nail (fake ones of course) taken off and I wanted a manicure. After picking out my color they sat me down with the girl who usually does feet only. I can tell she didn't really know what she was doing because people kept looking over her back, but anywho. She proceeds to RIP off my acrylic nails leaving my real nails torn DOWN TO THE SKIN and some PAST the skin of the top of my nails. One of my nails were broken and she can clearly see the tear! She tries to go ahead and rip off the nail. I jerked back telling her that was the part of the bail connected to my skin. She looks at me crazy and tells me "I need to cut it down" ... I looked at her and said "no! We can soak them off". After getting my nails on one hand soaked off, she STILL tries to cut down the nail that was attached to my skin. She just kept trying and trying. After getting pissed off with her I went ahead and told her to stop and don't do anything else. I didn't get polish or clear coat. I was pissed and just wanted to leave. Even after the horrible job she did I still had to pay $20 for a bad manicure where my nails were ripped off and only my cuticles were cut. Who does that?!
