Extremely impressed with this place!!…read more I've been nervous to try waxing since moving to Savannah last year, as I've become a big threading fan. Waxing would make me breakout, so I made the switch. However, after having a poor experience at a different threading salon in town, I ventured over to EWC to try them out. *Staff was SO friendly *I didn't break out after! *First visit was free, just pay tip My only knock is I wish my brows were left fuller (this was the only service I got). Otherwise, highly recommend! I'll def be back!

Loved that she got to know me before starting and proceeded to share what she was doing since it was my first time with her. She was also very conscious of my comfort and areas of pain. Facials should be both relaxing and beneficial to the face and facials with Taylor allow just this! The environment is small, but clean, neat, and warm. They also serve wine while you wait! If you've never gotten a facial before I suggest doing this, but before coming straight here check to see if there is still an active Groupon and then buy a bundle for 2-3. It seems expensive up front, but SO worth it. Once you buy the Groupon you can't buy it again (unless it's gifted from someone else, I believe?) The Groupon made my visits about $28-30 each and then I tipped well for her great service!

Anyway, my usual girl decided to move on from the spa and I've been searching for someone since with no luck. This place is most definitely not my place! My vagina deserves way better than a discount chop shop. The place feels cold, clinical, and not very private as I could hear all the conversations going on in other rooms. My waxer was terrible and I have no idea how it hurt so bad. I get waxed all the time but this one, came with too much pain for my liking! Starting with the wax which I told her was way too hot like 6 times... nope!! I'll keep searching for my place!

The young lady, Ac, was extremely nice and welcoming--she answered all of my questions and even took me in as a walk-in. This was my very first time trying sugaring, and honestly, it was such a good experience. It was way less painful than waxing and didn't leave me with that burning sensation you usually get. Ac was amazing throughout the process and made me feel really comfortable. The prices are super reasonable, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they also offer a variety of other services, including male waxing. I 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back. Park by the lot by the food court, it's the closest to the shop. - Vibe - Located in the food court area, SBB is well lit inside with a black and red theme. They have salon chairs lined up on one side and a make up wall on the other. It looked like a pretty extensive display of cosmetics, but not of any brand I had heard of, but then again, I don't wear much make up either. - TLC - She never told me her name, but I think her name was Chand and I'm only saying that because that's what it says on my receipt, unless both ladies who were present use the same ID on the register. My eyebrows were not terrible this time, but holy, Jesri was fast! I was already anxious because my two kids were with me and they were already antsy with the promise of some treats and some playtime at the indoor playground if they sat still while I got my brows done. I didn't feel like coming to the mall again later in the week. She was very personable too, making conversation as she did her thing. I really appreciated her efficiency and so did my kids. - Services - I personally got the Eyebrow threading for $13 and that's seems to be the standard price everywhere. They offer a variety of services, targeting only certain parts of the face or the Full Face and they offer various packages and memberships. Looks like they offer eyebrow tinting services as well. - Heads Up - Jesri got me at the cash! Haha. I couldn't pass up a good deal. They have this deal where if you buy a $40 gift card, your threading service that day is free. Also, the gift card never expires. It saved me $13! They also have this pretty sweet deal for $17.99 per month for unlimited threading. If SBB was a lot closer and if I had unruly, bushier eyebrows, I would have probably gotten that deal too. I have been threading my eyebrows for as long as I can remember and I refuse to remove/trim any other way. SBB is the third pace I've tried in and around Savannah and and so far, I like SSB the best.

I am maybe too trusting of people with my eyebrows, they did look a bit lopsided post this past visit, but I'm the one staring at them most often and I've gotten multiple compliments so they must've done something right. Eyebrows and tinting will cost you $25 and they're usually running a promotion to purchase a gift card for future visits at a discounted price. The tinting lasts about two weeks. The first time I loved it, the second time it was a little dark for me so I simply applied water to it early (typically you're supposed to wait 24 hours) and I liked the results. All in all, I've gone twice and will continue to return.

The waiting area is welcoming and bright, with gorgeous white marble floors and large windows that let in tons of natural light. The space feels open and airy, and they've got a great selection of skincare products displayed alongside comfortable seating, so you can relax while you wait. The check-in staff are always super friendly and offer refreshments, which is a nice touch. As for treatments, I've had a few great experiences here. I've done a laser treatment on my face to help with discoloration spots, a Dermaplane (which is amazing for getting rid of that pesky peach fuzz that sneaks up as I get older), and their hydro facials are perfect for adding extra moisture during the summer months when my skin needs it most. You can easily book appointments online, or if you prefer, you can call them directly. I've also found that emails get a quick follow-up call within 24 hours, so they're always on top of communication. Overall, Glow Spa is a reliable, relaxing, and professional spot that makes skincare a breeze.

And also since I had treated myself to a facial. The service was incredibly soothing. My skin felt renewed. My face felt so soft and clean. Tatum also gave me tips on how to keep my skin healthy. But she did so by not pushing all of their products to me. This was important to me! Spas I have been to in the past generally always try to get you to buy a multitude of their products. Tatum simply asked me my skin care routine. Then she suggested adding two serums which she felt are beneficial to everyone's skin care. She answered my questions effectively. When I checked out the ladies asked me if I enjoyed my service. I said most definitely! I will be going back to Glow Med Spa for another facial/self care.
