I don't know what kind of voodoo hair magic she used but I am so in love with my hair, it turned out a million times better than what I thought it would in my head. I have been getting so many compliments on my hair. The vibe of the salon was relaxed and welcoming. I get so much anxiety over having to schedule for a hair service online, I always worry that I booked the wrong type of appointment for what I want to get done so I was happy I could message Sarah and have a chat about what my hair goals were and get scheduled for the correct services.

The color is difficult to tell in the photos but the tone was extremely yellow. She also caused chemical breakage on one side of my head with her blow drying techniques. See photo below. This salon ruined my hair and refused to give me a refund!! Also I should mention I emailed several times and called several times for an entire week before getting fed up and posting on Facebook which is when they finally decided to get in touch with me saying they don't issue refunds (even though they absolutely ruined my hair and I had to pay a ridiculous amount at another salon for a color correction)! Oh and they blocked me on Facebook and they filter bad reviews so be warned!

I would definitely give this studio a chance on any of their numerous services. However, I have to admit I was slightly disappointed in my results. I thought I would see more of a dramatic difference in my lashes. I do realize this is because of my own lashes being fine and thin. I was also not able to complete the tint. One of my eyes became irritated and I had to stop the process. Emily provided my service for this visit. She walked me through the whole process. I found her to be very calming and professional. I appreciate her efforts despite the difficulties of working on my eyes. Emily also recommended products to help lengthen and thicken my lashes. Her expertise and recommendations were very welcome. I would recommend this salon. Just maybe not this service if you have sensitive eyes and fine and thin lashes.
