Wanting a place closer to my home, I booked a 90 minute massage with Michelle. The neighborhood is like a mini Habersham.....oozing with Southern charm. The facility itself houses a decent size fitness room, a large outdoor pool, and spa services. I was greeted warmly and escorted to the ladies "locker room". It was a very well equipped and aesthetically pleasing space complete with sauna, showers, lavatories, and lockers. I was provided with a luxurious robe and slippers. I stored my personal belongings there and then headed to the spa service area. The atmosphere was comforting and the room was nicely furnished. After a brief chat with my therapist, we were off to the massage room. Before Covid, I regularly sought out this service but because of the pandemic, I had not participated in this activity for months. Michelle was outstanding, listened to all my requests and found my pressure tolerance quickly. I felt so much better afterwards. The release of tension, knots, and stress was instantaneous. I was hooked and reserved a spot for the following week. Even though the prices are substantially higher than Massage Envy, it's hard not to appreciate the extra perks a customer gets i.e. use of the sauna, the pool and the fitness room for the day of your service. These are definitely value added incentives for you to enjoy without being a club member. The best part too was that for a couple of hours, I felt like I was on vacation. In actuality, I was just a very short drive from home and I felt sooooooo much better.

The reason I got my nails done to begin with Is so they would look nice to go out of town. 2 days later, I'm in the mountains and the nail polish starts peeling off and is still wet. I get it all Uber my white shirt and of course it was red, so it really made a mess had to go to a salon in the mountains, Gastonia area to get them taken off. I was so upset when I called. They said to come back but I was out of town wasn't going to be back for a week, I went in to get them painted, because now I no longer have And the guy basically got that owns the place blamed it on me because my nail beds were too thin.Of course , they are , since y'all had to drill them down when you applied them. I had to get them taken off the lady in the mountains had to drill them off with the drill. I have absolutely NO idea how there are bad reviews about LimeLite!…read more I've been here quite a few times. I've gotten quick trims, a beautiful balayage, full hair dyes, and a couple of formal up and down hairstyles for different events. My hair is extremely curly, frizzy and long so these are services not very simple for hair like mine! This past time I visited, I had Rebecca who completed a trim and Brazilian Blowout on my hair. And WOW, amazing service, complimentary beverages of choice, great conversation and amazing results. She even took the time to really let me know how the entire process was going to go, after I'd faced a terrible experience of receiving a Brazilian Blowout at a different salon leaving my hair damaged and hardly changed. I will always go to LimeLite for any services, my hair has always felt and looked great after leaving. Yes, the process is lengthy and the prices are high but that's what you wait and pay for with for wonderful results that are by no means mediocre. A couple of things to note, they cannot accept tips via card, only cash or check. Remember that, because I couldn't tip Rebecca nearly enough for the results and service she provided me with. Another thing is that the process for getting the service done may take longer than estimated on the phone or upfront, because hair responds differently and may take more time. They do not finish here without delivering the best work they can provide. I love LimeLite and after many visits, strongly disagree with many of the low reviews!

This time the appointment took about two hours with a haircut which was half the time it took in Dallas but the same price. I did not wash my hair for three days to make sure the process took but once washed, you could not tell I had a Brazilian blow out. My hair was super frizzy and not stick straight like the one I received in Dallas. Danielle said that depending on how straight I wanted it she would increase the tension during the process. Despite requesting that it be stick straight it came out wavy. Also, during my appointment I was not offered a beverage.

The class was three hours long but the owner is so passionate she stayed with us to show us her tricks for another hour. I was able to get a certification and I'm absolutely confident that I will do a great job with my girlfriend's Lashes tomorrow. The owner has her own line of products which were very good quality for much cheaper than anyone around. I was the only guy in the class, so I really learned a lot about what a woman goes through when getting her lashes done. The owner really made the class fun and easy. She took the time to walk us through her steps and spent a significant amount of time with each person individually. By the time I was complete I was trained on C,D and J lashes from Sizes 9-14 each. I was given thousands of high quality lashes, one practice dummy, adhesive, 2 types of high quality tweezers, tape, eye pads, glue remover, eye lash brushes, swabs, and the list goes on. I learned how to do classic style lashes l, lash removal and how to wash mascara off. I can't wait for the next module.
