I was in utter agony this morning. I woke up with a painful stiff neck and deep ache through my…read moreshoulder blade and down my arm. I tried the usual - gentle yoga, ice packs, relaxation techniques, pain reliever (tablets and topical), but nothing worked. No doubt, it was from my marathon effort of painting on the weekend, and the next day (yesterday) working on the computer non-stop. We are new to the area. My husband had tried them a few weeks ago with debilitating lower back pain. He began to feel better immediately and was soon back to playing golf again. I decided to give them a try. The place was serene and immaculately clean. I was taken to my room right away and noticed how fresh the sheets were - lightly scented, not overpowering. Anna was amazing! I have never had a massage this thorough. When she started, I could barely tolerate any contact in my neck area. She used multiple techniques including a massage with hot rocks. I could feel gentle, tiny pops as she nudged my sore body into letting go. By the time she was done, I was on the mend. I still need to heal, but I am am confident, that I'll heal faster. She works with various kinds of groups such as golfers and makes personal appointments to evaluate your stressors, lifestyle and then personalizes ways for you to work through issues, or just plain better yourself. She can be difficult to reach at times, and the office is a little difficult to find, but other than that I would recommend this place to peoplew who are looking for a new method of self-evaluation/enlightenment/ spiritual awakening. There aren't many places like this around town, so I consider it a gem...whether or not you're in to that kind of thing. It's worth it to at least try once!

She wanted payment in full up front and didn't tell us the credit card charges would be added. They were. She asked me about any areas or pain I wanted worked on and I told her the side of my leg and neck and shoulders. She wants her clients lying face down so she can spend most of our 90 minutes just doing glide-and-slide on the back. I said I don't want any oil just lotion. She used oil. I asked her to work on my neck and occipital ridge when I was face down and she yelled; "That's $10.00 more!" The woman that worked on my husband was good but they both came into the room late and left early shorting us on our 90 minutes. Afterwards she told my husband that there was a required 20% tip! What B.S. It was difficult for me to leave less than 15% for such poor service. We will never go back. If she doesn't understand English well or doesn't like working on Sundays then do a career change because she is NOT good with people or soft skills.

I scheduled another appointment before I left the island. For years, I've had trouble with my shoulders where I couldn't lift they very high over my head. Andrea got in there and fixed me!! Literally, I can lift my arms up and it's been almost a week and my body feels so much better. No more shoulder pain. More flexibility with my arms and shoulders. She is amazing!! She knows what she's going! It might hurt as she works on you, but it feels better and she knows what she's doing. I wish I could fly her to California to give me a message every month. I saw them just fold the used dirty towel back up for next person. Then , they had me go into the massage room after my foot massage and someone walked right out and they go ok go in. I go no I want a new sheet set . They acted like they did not understand me . I then said nevermind Im only paying for 30 min foot massage and left . Wont ever go back to this business . They also treat there workers like crap. One of them told me they wont give them a day off make them works long hours and dont pay them. I used to go here often until I saw how downhill it has gone . They should be closed down by the State Board
