No doubt, it was from my marathon effort of painting on the weekend, and the next day (yesterday) working on the computer non-stop. We are new to the area. My husband had tried them a few weeks ago with debilitating lower back pain. He began to feel better immediately and was soon back to playing golf again. I decided to give them a try. The place was serene and immaculately clean. I was taken to my room right away and noticed how fresh the sheets were - lightly scented, not overpowering. Anna was amazing! I have never had a massage this thorough. When she started, I could barely tolerate any contact in my neck area. She used multiple techniques including a massage with hot rocks. I could feel gentle, tiny pops as she nudged my sore body into letting go. By the time she was done, I was on the mend. I still need to heal, but I am am confident, that I'll heal faster.
