They are inside of what appears to be an office building and on the second floor just up the stairs. She wanted payment in full up front and didn't tell us the credit card charges would be added. They were. I asked her to work on my neck and occipital ridge when I was face down and she yelled; "That's $10.00 more!" The woman that worked on my husband was good but they both came into the room late and left early shorting us on our 90 minutes. Afterwards she told my husband that there was a required 20% tip! What B.S. It was difficult for me to leave less than 15% for such poor service. We will never go back. If she doesn't understand English well or doesn't like working on Sundays then do a career change because she is NOT good with people or soft skills.
