Unfortunately cannot recommend as much as I wish I could! Came here to get my wedding nails done. I will say scheduling our appointment was very easy & I was able to send inspiration photos ahead of time so I had peace of mind that I would be able to achieve the vision I wanted for my wedding day. It was a bit of a scramble as soon as we got in. People were shuffled around and there seemed to be a lot of confusion over who was covering what services. Our pedicures were generally fine, and my mom's manicure went well, although I thought the line work on the French was a bit sloppy. I had originally said I wanted SNS with tips, but by the time of my appointment, my nails were so long and such a great shape that I decided not to add tips and to keep the shape. In filing them all to uniform length/shape, the manicurist made them incredibly thin and pointy, sacrificing the pretty tapered shape they had before. I was looking for a marble ombré effect which was sort of achieved. It also had gold detailing. I am used to nail artists painting on those details, but she used a foil paper which resulted in each nail looking different as opposed to uniform. The services were really pricey which I was fine with since it was for my wedding day. Although I wasn't crazy about my nails as they weren't what I was envisioning and I hated how they were filed to such a point, making my fingers look very stubby, they did look pretty in photos. I had them done on a Friday and my wedding was 2 days later. The day after my wedding, my nails began to disintegrate and crumble off. Mind you, these are my natural nails not tips. I would reach for a hand towel after washing my hands and the nails would just come off in pieces. The following day, the top layer of designs peeled off in full from each nail. So, 4 days after I had them done, I was left with stubs of nails and the basic matte white under layer of the SNS. I've never seen this happen and am just glad it waited until after wedding day, but I was super disappointed after growing my nails to the longest they had ever been. I reached out to the nail artist to let her know what had happened. I am not local so I couldn't go in for a touch up, but I figured that after the money we spent and it being a special occasion some of it would have been refunded. I just got a quick "sorry about that!" And nothing more. I have to think it was because of how filed down the nails were and the thin layers of SNS application. Super disappointing and I dealt with gross nails my whole honeymoon. read more

This was my first time visiting this salon and I had a wonderful pedicure with Erin. She was very sweet and did a great job. I was greeted as soon as I entered the salon and felt welcomed. I did have to wait a few minutes even though I had an appointment, as they were very busy. Erin listened to how I liked my nail shape and took her time, I was very relaxed and didn't feel like the massage (my favorite part) was rushed. Went to perfect polish earlier and had a sweet girl named Haven. I'm usually not impressed with the nail places in various places I've been to but she did a great job. I'm so glad I used Yelp to find this gem!!! I have been to almost every nail salon in Savannah and have been greatly disappointed. Most of the salons are dirty, jam-packed full of people, nobody cares, customer service is null and void. First time I called to make an appointment the person on the phone was very professional and courteous. Showed up to my appointment and was greeted by a very professional Nail Tech who knew about my appointment and was ready for me. Nail Tech that I had was fabulous ...everybody in the salon is extremely helpful and polite. The best thing was all of the the tools came out of a bag in an autoclave. I then had a pedicure and watched her scrub and clean the bowl and place the plastic bag in it before I used it which again made me very happy. Made an appointment for a manicure and gel polish. Cuticles were not done correctly. Cuticles were never pushed back and gel polish chipped in 24 hours. Technician never spoke to me just tapped my hands and pointed. There was one person there that was about customer services, the rest didn't appear to be. This was my first manicure with gel nail polish. I would not got back. Most disappointment. Others I work wit, who have gone to others salons, nails are more professionally done. I took my younger sister here to have her nails done (an acrylic full set). We drove almost two hours for it. The staff was very friendly and as accommodating as possible before and during the appointment, that's true. However, while her nails were being done the tech, 'Magic' Mike, was being a little too rough. She didn't say anything, so that's no fault of his as he didn't have a chance to correct it. He hadn't washed his hands before starting, at least while we were there, so under his nails were dirty. That isn't typically an issue except he used his nails to push her cuticles which both cut her cuticles and left dirt under them. The nails weren't even, he didn't quite know how to do stiletto nails so she ended up with almond (not a huge deal, just want to mention it in case someone else wants them), a lot of her skin was chaffed from the electronic filing, and her nails were extremely sore. We thought that this was just the normal discomfort of getting an acrylic set put on, especially as she got a longer length, but as the evening went on they got much more painful for her. Her cuticles were very cut up, there was a lot of tugging going on, she had many spots on the undersides of her nails that the skin had been removed from due to the filing, and the cuticles and area surrounding every nail bed was bright red. We tried having her wash her hands, peroxide, light lotion, basically anything at all that we could think of to help it. The peroxide bubbled at her cuticles and didn't stop either time we did it, the washing also stang some at her cuticles, and the lotion didn't do anything at all. We ended up having to remove them not even 24 hours after having them put on, and while removing them we found that the tips had been partially glued to her fingers themselves and there was also acrylic on her fingers themselves. I contacted Perfect Polish (with photos of her fingers afterward) and while they were still very nice, they basically just said that nobody noticed anything and that the tech didn't do anything that I said happened. I was basically told that she seemed happy when we left, which she did because we weren't aware of the extent of the issues yet, so nothing happened at the salon or by the technician that I was saying happened. Overall, I seriously urge you to be very aware and vocal throughout the entire process. I'm not saying to not give them a try if you would really like to, but please be very aware of everything going on as it's happening and if you have an issue address it immediately as it won't be taken care of after the fact. I don't want anyone to cry after getting their nails done like my sister did; it simply isn't worth it. We paid $50 for an acrylic set with normal polish, and I gave a tip as well because I believed originally that it was a good enough job too. The nails weren't great, there were dents everywhere, they weren't even at all, the polish chipped anytime it was touched (I should note that the tech Mike took the bottle and added something to it before applying it; I'm unsure of what or if it affected anything but I thought it best to mention), my sister said the clear topcoat smelled bad (like it had gone bad, not like a polish normally would), and they caused her tremendous amounts of pain. I don't recommend this place despite their friendly staff and good customer service. read more

I just received the best pedicure I've ever had!! My technician is named Lisa and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She pays VERY close attention to detail, my toes look great. However, what really makes her stand out is her leg and foot massage. I feel like a lot of times technicians just focus on the legs and I really like my feet to be massaged. Great nail salon. I'm visiting from Arizona and I'm spoiled. I've been going to the same gal for 15+ years. I'm always hesitant going to a new salon. This salon was immaculately clean and busy. I had made an appointment and Mo did my pedicure and Mike did my fill. Both were personable and spoke perfect English which is sometimes hard to find. customer Service wasn't bad I called for a last minute appointment the staff was friendly and the place was clean my issue is my nail tech didn't seem to know what she was doing she asked another employee a lot of questions she was learning no problem my deluxe pedicure was nice was told it included a glass of wine which I did not receive again not an issue just expect to get the service I paid for then it was time for my nails she removed my nail extensions and insisted I just put the powder over my natural nails way shorter then I normally go for but ok again I'm flexible but the fact I left in tears because I was so frustrated and didn't want to cause a scene after paying 120$! and 2 days later my dip powder begain to chip and now it's Monday I went into the salon on Thursday my nails are completely crumbling and I will have to go to an actual professional tomorrow to have them redone it's to the point I don't even want to return to the salon to have the fixed because I do not trust them to turn out correctly be cautious using this salon!!! 100% rip off read more
