Had the post natal massage! had to be on my side because of my c section recovery. It was very nice and relaxing room and ambiance. The therapist listened to my wants and needs and delivered a very nice massage. Only complaint is that they have high prices compared to other massage facilities I have had massages at. I really wanted to live my massage, however I was disappointed. I paid good money to get a 60 minute deep tissue massage and did not receive that. Just felt like he was rubbing in oil and not really giving me what I asked for. We went on vacation and this was the last day we were there and was hoping to get a relaxing yet deep massage for my hips and I mentioned it several times, but he only rubbed the upper part of my back. Best Massage in the DT area I've found and I have LOOKED . As an ex-LMT I can tell you this place made me feel safe with their intake form and DRAPING in a way I haven't experienced at other spas here. Im not a shy person by any means and I've left most other local spas BLUSHING lol. Draping should be tight and protective. It's not hard and it's the first skill you learn. This is very important to me in a spas overall quality. IMO the massage itself is as close as you're going to get to Westins quality on this side of the river and the 90 minute pricing is very very reasonable. It doesn't have the sauna and steam room or more pampering spa amenities, but the massage is really why I'm there personally so I prefer the reasonable rate. I had a couples massage for my birthday. Both my partner and I were very happy with our therapists. Mine was Cheri and I will be back. I'm not sure who he had but it was one of the male therapists. The couples massage room is gorgeous! Prettiest one I think I've ever been in. Rooms are clean. Tables are comfy. I was surprised it isn't noisier being right in the middle of everything. They have done a very good job with the space they have. All staff I've spoken to here has been very kind. Very happy I gave this place a shot! read more

I'm in love with Spa Bleu! If you give them a chance you will be too. This locally owned spa is in downtown Savannah. It should be on your relax and renew destination list. The spa is located in between CVS pharmacy & the now closed Panera Bread. It's on the corner of Bull Street and State Street. There's a sign outside and a placemat with lovely flowers to let you know you're at the right place. -Heads up! Parking is on the street or in a parking garage. Make sure you leave yourself time to park and walk to the spa. They will ask you to arrive early for paperwork. Also so you can begin to relax and let go of the busy stress filled world we all live in. Do not let parking get in the way of your stress free spa experience. Leave a little extra time just in case. Spa Bleu is located upstairs in the building. You will take the elevator up to the second floor. There are signs to prompt you where you need to go. It's very easy. Once you enter the spa it is in a word, lovely. Blue walls, with plush sofas, products line the walls, and a wonderful receptionist greet you. My favorite color is blue. So the decor of Spa Bleu speaks to me, lol. I love the touches of shades of blue everywhere. But it's mixed in with neutrals and little pops of colors. So it does not overwhelm your calmed senses. My girlfriend friend and I decided to get a couples massage. We've been besties for years. So being together in a room while each getting a massage did not bother us in the slightest. But if you prefer privacy you can book the couples massage and be in a separate space. The massage comes with aromatherapy for each individual. We were given a menu with descriptions of the oils. I love all citrus! So I chose mine based on those scents. My girlfriend asked if she could get a sample to smell of two. They were happy to accommodate her. One of the owners, Lenon Whitney actually brought out the samples to her! It was kind of him to bring out the samples. He then took the time to answer our questions about some of the add ins we saw on the massage menu. Lenon also explained some of the products on the menu too. He was very patient with both of us. He made sure that he answered all of our questions and that we were comfortable. And then he offered us mimosas! Which of course we said yes to! Our massage therapists were both fantastic! They took us back to the couples room with mimosas in our hands, lol. The couples room is a deep dark blue, with dimmed subtle lighting and soothing music playing. There is a small seating/changing area. My therapist Cassie made sure I was comfortable. And asked all of the right questions: what/if any areas she should avoid, if I have any problem areas, chronic pain etc. She made my hour massage incredibly relaxing. Cassie made certain to ask if the pressure was ok and how I was feeling. I appreciated this, her checking on me. The world seemed to fall away for an hour. It was a serene experience. I need to go back to Spa Bleu and try one of their packages next time! read more

We always try to get a massage on our vacations and after reading several reviews we decided on Spa Bleu. My husband and I opted for the River Stone couples massage. It came with our choice of two aromatherapy scents as well. The spa is on the second floor of a building and is nicely decorated and has lots of rooms all over. We were led into a nice size room that had two beds, a sitting area and was lit with mood lights and relaxing music. After meeting with both our therapists (I can't remember their names but they were so amazing), we were treated to 90 minutes of pure bliss. The hot river rocks melted the tension and the therapists did an amazing job on our knots. For me personally it was one of the best massages I have ever gotten and really worked through my knots. Every muscle felt amazing after and it was the relaxation we needed on this vacation. My husband even mentioned his foot injury from a few years ago and they were careful when attending to that area. They were very clean and recommended masks on, at least during the face up part of the massage. This will definitely be a return spot when we come back to Savannah.
