When Jenifer came out to greet me, I was instantly struck by how BEAUTIFUL she was, with the sweetest and most genuine smile. Amazing Sugar Waxing Experience! I had a terrible first sugaring experience in California--it was painful and left me hesitant to ever try it again. Bailey Germain completely changed my mind! Today was my second sugaring with Melissa and it was great! She has a great personality and makes you feel very comfortable! I love the breathing technique that she uses it definitely helps with the pain. I'm not sure about anyone else but it hurts every time..... But Melissa has made it much more bearable..... The studio is beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly. I believe Maria did my waxing. I got a bikini, which was great. Did both my full legs, she left some hair on both my knees and my right ankle. Got my underarms done, left some hair on the left side. And did my brows and tint, she tinted them darker than I'm used too but I love it now, she left the right brow slightly thicker than the left and the shape is a little strange. Overall disappointed that I spend $200 not including the tip for some hair left on my body. But like I said the atmosphere was wonderful and the staff was very nice. I'll give them one more chance but I'm not convinced as of now, unless I find someplace better. read more

I really like visiting SugarBare! I was nervous at first but have continued to come back because it's totally worth it. The ladies I have seen (Jessica and Leticia) are both really friendly and easy to talk to. They make you feel like you're just visiting a friend and make the process go by quickly. They have a lot of different times to choose from so you can usually book a day or two out, which is really convenient because my schedule changes so frequently. They also offer spray tanning for a great price compared to others in Savannah, and I got a good one before my sister's wedding. Overall, friendly, affordable and great results. Literally the worst hair removal service I've ever received and I've been to about 7 different places over the years with moving. It was wam -bam-thank-you-ma'am. I was in the waiting room longer than the actual sugaring room. There was no bedside manner and absolutely no clean up. I had plans to go run errands after my treatment, but instead had to go home and shower to clean up the ridiculous amount of excess stickiness all over surrounding areas of my bikini area. This was so different than every other experience. Jessica was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Her studio is very welcoming and cozy.
