Big no no! On arriving I was greeted great start (only reason for 2 stars) and I assumed since this is a tourist town and this is on one of the main shopping streets all would be good but no! Here for business with the hubby and wanted to get it done so didn't have to when I went home. I thought we were on a good roll as it appeared she was performing the actual pedicure well although I thought she was going to cut a toe off a few times. Then it came to the polish, horrendous! The worst paint job I've ever had and I'm sure my 1 year old grandson could have done a better job. I'm not normally this critical or mean but even when I asked her to clean up the polish from outside of my actual toe nail and then When I gave her a $3 tip she was horrified. Either she needs glasses or she just didn't care! Please put ur nail techs through training and QA before letting them lose on customers this is not ok! read more

I needed a quick polish change and decided to give Envy a shot despite the mixed reviews, and was satisfied! I didn't get his name, but the guy who did my nails did a great job! We had good conversation and he offered some suggestions during my visit. The space could use a refresh, but I wouldn't let that deter me. I'd come back! read more

First time trying out this location. It's only been open for three weeks and Facebook made it seem like a place I should check out. First impression: bright, open space, lots of nature light and clean. Bright and friendly people with art work along the wall and pedi stations in back. A girlfriend and I did a pedi first with a newbie training next to our helpers and watching on the side. Overall, it wasn't great but it wasn't bad. I know it sounds bad but i felt like they really didn't have a system in place. The heated towels weren't really heated, they didn't really seem confident in the process. Overall, I'm going to give them an excuse because it's still a new salon and I'll try them out again in the future for a second round. Afterwards, I got a liquid clear gel fill and design. It was fun people watching. They did a great job of my fill and painting. Met the owner David who also did my design. He did a fabulous job of free-handing a design after showing him a pic I had found on Pinterest. Very funny, friendly and talkative. I will definitely be coming back just for the nail design. I love, love my nails. Overall I gave them 5 stars because of the customer service and nail fun design. Customer service wins me over any day. Will be back. read more

Stopped at Envy nail bar while in Savannah for the weekend to do my nails. Came on a Friday afternoon at which point it was walk ins only. The color selection is decent and Rico did my gel nails and he did a great job. He was also so funny! Great nail salon if you're in downtown Savannah. read more

The whole place needs a deep cleaning badly. The baseboards and walls need a new coat of paint. For a place where you go for aesthetic reason, it has a surprisingly bad aesthetic problem itself. Nope, not a fan. I was visiting the area and several nail salons were closed due to staffing, construction, and covid, but someone in a shop we visited said they thought Envy was a good option. My friend and I called ahead for pedicures. One thing I really don't like is the lack of pricing transparency. Their pedicures are expensive and the employees were constantly trying to upsell us in sneaky ways. For example, I said I wanted a deluxe pedicure and they sent me to the back room- when we walked back there, one tech said "did you want to be in this room or the other room?". I Said I didn't care, I just wanted a deluxe pedicure and which room It was in did not matter to me as long as I could be near my friend who was getting the same service. Later it turned out they have a fee for the "black room" which they never explained to me but argued about in front of me in Spanish as to whether to charge me for it or not (I guess they assume none of their clientele speak Spanish?). They did charge my friend more for the room, and also charged an upcharge for gel without explaining the difference, even though he just got a clear coat. A $50-65 pedicure is EXTREMELY pricy, so you'd expect excellent service, right? Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Most pedicures at that price would include a paraffin treatment or some advanced treatment. They used a mask on my legs which was very nice, but they didn't clean it off well, so I had to come back after leaving to have it removed and it was extremely drying. They also did not do a good job exfoliating at all. I usually get pedicures every couple of weeks and had just had one 2 weeks prior. They did a poor job and left several rough areas where they had done just enough to be abrasive on the skin but not enough to smooth it. Overall it was a very poorly done pedicure and I've had much better services in Chicago, NY, and San Francisco for under $40. I was flustered when I left especially because of the mask issues. My friend called later to see if we could get a refund for the poor service and they said yes, but only if we came back in person, which wasn't possible since we were only in town for a short time. I do not recommend this nail salon and would encourage you to go somewhere else. read more

I was charged $35 for a maintenance underarm wax (that took 10 minutes) The rates were not listed anywhere in the store and I did not ask the price prior, which is on me. When I politely questioned the price (to confirm I was being charged for the right service), the cashier said, 'it was what the technician said the price was,' so I just paid and left. I felt compelled to leave this review because I've never paid more than $25 for this service, even in different states. read more

Love this nail bar! I started coming to Envy out 3 years ago and love them. I've tried many in Savannah and they are the best.

I just got a manicure today at ENVY and had a great experience! I highly recommend booking with Gabbie if possible, she was really nice. They use these double layered bowls to soak off the acrylic rather than wrapping your fingers with foils and I loved it! Felt more luxurious. I will definitely be coming back! read more

This place is absolutely disgusting and completely ignores Covid-19 safety measures. The bathroom was nasty and the toilet doesn't flush properly. The employees smoke their vape pens and blow it into the open air. The floor looks like there are nail bits and dead skin everywhere. I went in for a mani-pedi with my friends in preparation for my best friend's wedding. All 5 of us had a terrible experience. To start, the first pedi chair I sat in didn't work. I got another chair, and my nail tech was extremely rough on my feet. Not relaxing at all. Polish was smeared and all loved my feet by the end of the service. While I was getting a pedi, the manicure tech started on my hands at the same time. I was irritated that she couldn't wait until I could come to her station. During my manicure, the nail tech CUT my thumb and just wiped it with a paper towel?! My finger continued to bleed and she stuck my bloody thumb into the dip powder. Made me want to vomit. How unsanitary. None of the tools looked freshly sanitized either. Now I am dealing with an infection on my thumb due to their negligence. I paid $115 for the worst mani-pedi experience of my life! Never go here if you value your health! They don't care about you! read more

As an out of town person, I understand nail places can be hit or miss. I was highly impressed with the customer service of my nail tech, V. However, the quality of work was less than impressive. Her nail art was great and has held up well but the gems that she placed have not held up whatsoever. For the priced charged, I could've had way more art added. Paying nearly 100$ for a set that fell apart within the day was highly upsetting. I do recommend the nail tech and her art but do not recommend the gem stones. If you are interested in them I recommend the tech using something more sturdy seeing as I haven't done any heavy duty work with my hands. They shouldn't have messed up so soon. I give the nail tech/ her personal art & the atmosphere 11/10 but the quality for price 4/10. Hope this helps someone out there! Updated , not even a week later and the nails are already coming off. I am highly disappointed in this set and it's lack of quality when as aforementioned, I paid nearly 100$. I wish I would've known prior to, I honestly would've just gotten a manicure. My nail tech was great as a person and as an artist, but I will never come back here. This was a total rip off and I feel even the owners know it because upon leaving, they asked how much she charged me. And when she told them they looked satisfied as if they knew it wouldn't hold up anyways. Just seems like a joke. I've always lived by, you get what you pay for, and my charge was not small so the work should've been quality. HIGHLY disappointed. read more

I have a friend who works here and does a great job on my nails so I do enjoy coming here however I came in the other day and paid so much for the worst pedicure of my life. If you guys are charging $20 extra for gel polish that she'd know how to use it. I should have pulled my foot up to me and checked so that's on me but just letting me walk out like this is crazy. Not to mention the girl doing my fill in as well dug the file into my finger and made me bleed plus they're overall bumpy and messy. I shouldn't have paid $110 for that honestly. I was visiting Savannah from Boston. I didn't have time to get my nails done before we came. I was a little hesitant because I have acrylic stiletto shaped nails and some places have issues with getting that shape right. I have to say Emma gave me the best service ever and I could not be happier with how they came out. Also molly gave me the best manicure I've ever received. I cannot say enough about how happy I with both services. I'm sad I can't bring them back to Boston with me read more

Tia, is an incredible nail technician! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and a great conversationalist! My girls and I came to this place because our previous Spa plans fell through. So glad we did. We had a blast and Lee did my eyebrows which came out amazing too! If I'm ever back in town I'll definitely be back and highly recommend these two wonderful women! Beautiful, talented and extremely patient. Thank you so much for making our day! :) Lastly, I really appreciated the diversity in staff! From Latinas, Asians, to African American beauties! Was in Savannah for a girls trip and decided to get our nails done. They were able to accommodate a group of 8 pretty quickly, which was awesome. Best full set I've ever had! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Hope did my manicure and she made my nails look incredible! 10/10

I went to Envy for a manicure. I first called in for appointment and the person on phone said tech wasn't available due to "break" to which I replied I would wait. Once there, the nail tech attempted to do a manicure, but it felt like she was more interested in holding my hand and flirting than doing the work. After the manicure was done my nails looked the same as when I came in. Honestly I would have given one star, accept the nail tech ended up being great in bed, so I married her. So in a way, best $30 ever spent. read more

This salon is not taking any COVID precautions to keep its customers safe. Of the 10+ employees working in the salon when I was there, one (!) single person had their mask on correctly. One employee was clearly sick with a runny nose, but was still walking around the salon mask-free. I had to ask the woman doing my nails to wear a mask at all, and even so she removed it halfway through the service after being very sassy to me about how she didn't need to wear a mask. Also, the salon is huge and customers could've easily been seated 6+ feet apart, but I was squished up next to another guest (who was also not wearing a mask, and none of the employees asked her to put one on). I would not return to this salon. If they are this lax during COVID times, I have major concerns about the sanitization of tools and supplies during "normal" times. The prices of the mail services were very high for the results. My nails were filed down to short nubs when I asked for no cutting/shortening, and I wanted a very simple design that they struggled to accomplish. Would not recommend. read more

My mom came in here today to get a mani/pedi. $95!!!??!????! She doesn't typically do these things without me, and she gets whatever I get, so she doesn't always know what she wants. She called me mid-appointment and I told her to get gel on both hands and feet. Clear coat up top, white on toes, typical. Easy. Now, I live in Los Angeles, much more expensive than Savannah, Georgia, and I've gone in for gel full sets, gel mani/pedis with shaping, etc. and I've NEVER paid more than $75 dollars for any of my visits, much less a baseline gel mani/pedi, and I go to high-end salons or personal nail techs. I was so furious when my mom told me what happened, and knew that they took advantage of her here that I had to write a review all the way from California to warn others against this place. Her manicurist also told her one price, and was charged $10 more at the counter. But because she is not an argumentative person and wanted to get home, she didn't make a fuss. They ripped her off, do NOT come here nor allow your moms to come here. Coming from a person who lives in LA, with the highest prices in the country, I'm telling you right now that this place is not pricey, they're just ripping you off. read more

This is gonna be a long one. I came in for an SNS manicure and a pedicure over the weekend. My pedicure was just okay but not a lot to report there. After sitting with my SNS experience for a few days, I've honestly gotten more and more disappointed. I just moved to the area and am looking for a new place to be my go-to (I am a habitual every 2-3 week appointment). I decided to try out Envy.. which turned out to be not a great idea. I have honestly never been so disrespected. Customer service in this salon seems to be the least important thing. I waited for a while after my pedicure was done until finally one of the techs told me "Your nail tech went to McDonalds.. none of us have eaten so he'll be back soon. sorry." I replied with kindness that it was no worry at all, eating is important, I'm in no rush. When Nico got back he sassed me about his break as if I had been having an attitude but I was literally just sitting there and I truly didn't mind and I even told him to take his time. I've worked in the service industry for many years. I understand what it's like to not be able to grab a break.. which I also told him. So as he was prepping my nails to soak, he asked if I wanted to redo the tips so I said no, my length was my natural nail and his response was "Wow. Must be nice." He asked me where I got them done, I said New York.. I actually just moved here so I'm looking for a new spot, he said "Oh well that explains it." I asked him what he meant and he laughed it off saying "I'm just joking!" Not a great opening. Was that comment about me? my nails? I still don't get the joke. After he shapes them he tells me that my nails are too long for dip and he's going to do them with acrylic. This isn't true because I've been doing my nails with SNS for three years and my old salon would just move the powder into a taller container. But, I was determined to not make a fuss and try to enjoy myself so I just said ok. As he was filing them down he hit my cuticles with the electric nail file multiple times with the half hearted response "oops did I hurt you?". Throughout the manicure, him and his coworkers were speaking in Spanish. I understood about half of what they were saying and it was mostly just gossip so whatever, I didn't care. When he told me to go wash my hands he told me in Spanish - which I understood - but apparently he also said no soap which I didn't catch. So when I got back he rudely asked "did you use soap?" as if I was the stupidest person for doing so. I asked if he said I wasn't supposed to and instead of responding to me he turned to his coworker and said "see? I told you she doesn't speak Spanish." I am still reeling about this. Never once did he even ask if I spoke Spanish. If it was so important to not use soap then why wouldn't you tell me in English? The shape and application itself is fine from a distance. I'm glad I went with a dark color. But when you get up close.. there are bubbles in one nail, a couple nails are wavy to the point of being a lighter color in areas, and almost all of them have gaps in the side where the color doesn't go all the way to the edge of the nail. I also had to refile the edges myself after I left because they were so sharp I actually scratched myself. At one point he even was vaping. I vape too I totally get it.. but like, how unprofessional to do it while you're literally at work in front of a customer. Having just moved here, I know no one. I work for myself so I don't really get a lot of human interaction. It's been a rough change for me so when I decided to get my nails done I was hoping for some human connection, to be a little pampered, and was met with such obvious distain for my existence. It honestly felt like I was back in high school and the mean girls were playing a prank on me. On top of it all, I had a super shitty week with my brother in the hospital and the stresses piling up. I was sorely needing kindness and to be treated the way I was treated just really breaks my heart. Looking back over the experience I realize I kept making exceptions and tried to make it a good experience for myself at every turn. I was determined to have a good time and no matter what I said it didn't matter. Let this be a reminder that outward appearances show nothing that's going on inside. You never know what someone is going through. We should all be treating each other with kindness and respect as a default. The world is hard enough, why make it harder? read more

Since I've left a really mean review for another nail salon, I think it's only right to say how AMAAAAAAAZING this place is. I brought my 8 year old with me, and Molly was so good to her. She even got her a soda out of their employee fridge. Also, no one has ever done such a good job on my nails ever. I can't say enough good things, and that's mainly because of the way my daughter was treated. Thank you, Molly!
