I went to this place with a friend who was told yet by another friend. Now I personally didn't get any treatment here but my friend did. Now she said she was more energetic and felt Bett but I as an observer am not so sure. I didn't see any difference in her behavior. Although the place was beyond comfortable and inviting. However I am. It medical and know anything about what's right or wrong. But my friend and I where treated very respectful and beyond inviting. Even thou I didn't buy anything. No pushy sales tactics, no discomfort. You ether know or you don't and if you want to lern they will explain but not once did I felt pushed. And because of that I will give them a try just fir the heck if it. You never know

I was pleasantly introduced to Essential Me under a private event. I was so overwhelmed that I literally forgot to take pictures. When I walked into Essential Me, my first thoughts were "Wow!" and "How beautiful the space was." The beautiful decor throbbed with a peaceful hum that seemed to sweep me off my feet. I came in recently to get an IV with zofran because I was hungover and feeling very nauseous. They were able to get me in immediately. The staff were all kind, friendly, and professional. I've been to another place like this in the past and Essential me was so much better! I typically have hard to find veins- but my nurse got it the first try. I was in and out within a hour feeling brand new! The atmosphere is also nice which helps when you're feeling terrible, and the chairs are comfy. read more

I am obsessed with this place! I came in here after being sick while pregnant and needing iv fluids.. they are the best! They take walk ins, are SUPER FRIENDLY and have lots of services. Their prices can't be beat when compared to others as well. The place is comfy and relaxing and the nurse is so likable. They do house calls if you have 3+ people as well. This is my first time hydrating with an IV and I am impressed! The nurse Aldreka was absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and extremely nice. I barely felt the pinch. The office is warm and inviting, unlike a medical office. The chairs are comfortable, and it's very relaxing. I am one that rarely drinks water, and it started to show. Dry skin, brittle hair and add menopause to that.. I am need of serious hydration! I am now convinced this is certainly worth doing. I'll be back! Thank you Aldreka! read more

I've been wanting to get laser hair removal for years, but was skeptical about the technology and…read morewhether it really was permanent. My move to Savannah sealed the deal. I used to get Brazilians every eight weeks and epilated my legs. Despite removing the hairs on my legs from the roots, I had to touch up my hairs every week, and it was so time-consuming. With my sensitive skin and fine pores, ingrown hairs and bumps ensued. My Brazilians took longer to grow back, but I also got ingrowns there and it was expensive and painful. Moving to Savannah meant that hair removal was going to be a full-time job as we wear dresses, skirts and shorts pretty much all year round because of the heat. My hairs are dark and plentiful on my legs, so this was the straw that broke the camel's back, and encouraged me to finally check out the world of laser hair removal in more detail. Milan was recommended by a friend, and I initially called after hours to inquire about pricing. It really impressed me that they have a 24-hour hotline manned by somebody who can actually answer your questions. And so I made an appointment. Manager Kaleigh is both approachable and relatable. I think it says a lot about a place when their entire staff are also getting the treatments, so clearly believe in them and can describe them from personal experience. Nurse Jeanie who performs most of the treatments has a great sense of humor and instantly makes you feel comfortable (they have licensed medical providers carrying out all the treatments, which is also reassuring). Of course, the lifetime guarantee is a smart feature that really puts your mind at ease. With hormones, you never know when hairs might sprout up, and whatever body part you purchase for laser hair removal is covered if that occurs. This facility is also nationwide, so you're also covered if you move. I'm not going to lie. This is not a pain-free treatment, but most conventional hair removal isn't either and you have to do that for the rest of your life. However, I've been extremely surprised at how fast I've noticed results. After just one treatment I'm shaving less and saving soo much time. I have dark hair and fair skin, which also makes me the ideal candidate. They use different lasers depending on your skin tone, and also up the intensity after each session to ensure you get results in the desired time. This is one of the most worthwhile things I've ever done for myself - it's an investment, but overall I'll be saving money on all the waxes I used to book, as well as so many hours of time with other less effective hair removal methods. And the freedom of being able to bare my legs whenever I choose without having to worry about stray hairs is invaluable! I highly recommend Milan Laser Savannah!

This is their Midtown…read morelocation, which I frequent because of the super convenient parking right out front--makes it so easy for a quick drop-in or last-minute appointment. The waiting area is welcoming and bright, with gorgeous white marble floors and large windows that let in tons of natural light. The space feels open and airy, and they've got a great selection of skincare products displayed alongside comfortable seating, so you can relax while you wait. The check-in staff are always super friendly and offer refreshments, which is a nice touch. As for treatments, I've had a few great experiences here. I've done a laser treatment on my face to help with discoloration spots, a Dermaplane (which is amazing for getting rid of that pesky peach fuzz that sneaks up as I get older), and their hydro facials are perfect for adding extra moisture during the summer months when my skin needs it most. You can easily book appointments online, or if you prefer, you can call them directly. I've also found that emails get a quick follow-up call within 24 hours, so they're always on top of communication. Overall, Glow Spa is a reliable, relaxing, and professional spot that makes skincare a breeze.

Glow med spa gave me a chemical burn after lying to me about the safety of a procedure on tretionin…read moreand then further attempted to lie after. I went in for a brow lift for a big event coming up in a few days, and while there, the esthetician convinced me to get a brow tint and a lamination. I asked her if it was okay to do since I am on tretinoin, and she said yes, the only thing I couldn't do was wax, so she plucked my brows instead. During the procedure, I asked if it was meant to be burning and painful, and was told yes. We even talked about me being on tret while the procedure was happening! My brows were bright red afterward and painful, and in the morning, I had scabbing in certain spots, red skin, and they were still very painful even without touching them. I very clearly had a chemical burn. After a quick Google search, I learned you should not do a brow lamination while on tret, and I called the spa, who told me I was wrong and there was nothing done at the spa that could have given me a burn. I did not believe them, so I called my dermatologist afterward, who said lamination should not be done on tret or any other retinoids. I am attaching my text conversation below with Glow Med Spa (I cropped out the beginning, which includes personal information) during which they tried to gaslight me into believing they had done nothing wrong and that I was experiencing a "personal allergy." They changed their tune when they realized I was not, in fact, an idiot, and had spoken to a qualified professional elsewhere to further confirm. I really am not the type of person to leave bad reviews. I have never done so in my life and probably never will again. But the fact that they tried to trick me after they gave me a chemical burn is just not acceptable. The burn that they gave me is thankfully not terrible but they have not only ruined a big event for me, the chemical burn could have very easily been worse potentially scarring me, and they were happy to lie about the entire thing.

Bring your ideas, sample images and imaginative concepts. This is not the kind of place that you pick a tattoo out of a book. SUPER CLEAN - the place is spotless and well decorated. Lots of original art on the walls, antique clocks, and old 19th century chairs for guests to sit in. Very classy! SUPER SANITARY - James is laser focused on maintaining a safe, sterile and sanitized environment. All tattoo needles are one time use, opened from sealed package and discarded. He goes through crazy number of supplies. New glove every time he has to answer the phone or touch something. He thoroughly washes down tattoo skin area with sanitizing solution. He provides detailed instructions on keeping tattoo clean as it is an open wound when you leave. SUPER ARTISTIC - James is focused on creating an image on your body that will look good in a decade. Many artist only focus on how it looks when you leave their shop. Ink diffuses over time into the fatty tissue. James will tell you if a small detail is too small and therefore the tattoo would need to be bigger or detail is not workable. He told me that all three of my tats needed to be bigger, and he was right. He also is good at understanding how people might interpret a tattoo differently than you intended. Give him your idea and you can be confident that he'll shape it into a design the will withstand time. He has always taken my concepts and worked them into a phenomenal design that was better than I could imagine on my own. HIGH STANDARDS - James is the owner and the tattoo artist. The last guy that worked with him made a comment that his standards were too high. James appreciated his honesty and told him to not come back. He highly respects the fact that he is applying permanent images on people's bodies. SPECIALIZES IN REPAIR - did you get a bad tattoo elsewhere? James is known for covering, fixing, correcting the mistakes that a lesser tattoo artist left on your body. TIPS - All meetings are by appointment. You might walk in and be lucky to catch him available for a consult, but best to call and schedule time. - Expect at least one consultation, if not two, before you schedule a tattoo. Since this is custom work, you need to discuss the job with James, and if complicated enough, you'll have a second consultation to see his proposed sketch of the tattoo for review before he creates the final tattoo template. - Think of meeting James as meeting up with a friend. This isn't a strictly-timed business appointment. He works by himself and has to fetch supplies, he gets stuck in traffic, and he answers phone calls...just like you. You might arrive at the shop before James does for your scheduled appointment. That's ok. - James will turn down jobs that he doesn't want to be associated with. For example, during my first tattoo, someone came in asking to get a My Little Pony musical note on their rear. James said no. Another guy wanted a design with a boy below the underwear line and James said no. The latter tattoo was well intentioned but James refused on basis for how it could be interpreted. - Heavy Metal - if you like it, then you are aligned with James's music taste. If you don't like it, then learn to appreciate it since you'll be hearing it for hours upon hours during your tattoo. - Illegal to drink before getting a tattoo. Don't do it. If James can tell you are under the influence then he probably will not be able to give you a tattoo that day. - Illegal to bring kids inside the tattoo shop. I believe you need to be 18, but double check if you have need to bring in someone younger.

Time for a Liquid BBL UPDATE Essential Me Aesthetics and Wellness after about $15,000+ spent with this establishment , they start to ignore your texts/calls for an updated consultation ! As you all know I've gotten Fillers last year When I got back from Thailand . They do say that there's no downtime with them (which is a lie) . The first round of liquid bbl I received from them was done by Courtney . Me and my husband both got a procedure done by her that day , & Courtney injection technique actually caused my Husband to Passout and Have a mini Seizure ! (ALL ON VIDEO) . After that , i proceeded with my Injections and was Satisfied initially because i was told its just swelling and it will go down and even out (which it didnt) my hips were uneven . Courtney didn't make sure the Filler was evenly dispersed . I contacted them to have the issue fixed (Courtney didnt take any accountability and sent a fake apology letter) and Dreka welcomed me to have the issue fixed (for free) . The results still were uneven & not to my liking , causing me to spend a few more thousand dollars ! I continued to work with this clinic because it's black owned and people deserve a chance . The results finally was what I desired to achieve thousands later . I then ended up going to get another round of Liquid BBL for projection this April . The healing of the injection site took 2 months to close up & heal , and was continuously leaking FILLER until it did close up . I had to go to the hospital to get an MRI/ Cat scan to make sure my healing was going good , being that they gaslighted me most of the time and acted like I was over exaggerating . They failed to say that this could happen after getting multiple rounds , and they also failed to mention that projection filler is a different healing process than hip filler . During this last round of filler , it has been a roller coaster ! It's going on 3 months since I had the filler , and neither the owner or the injector are responding to any of my concerns after receiving THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS . Beware if you decide to work with this place involving fillers , they'll continue to take your money & after the procedures will FAIL to respond . I gave them grace to respond to my concerns as far as this process , & they still FAILED to give a proper timely professional response . If you want Fillers done , just go to a Real Plastic surgeon .... Cause these "Medspas" just see you as a number . I had clients wanting to fly out just to book with them , NEVER AGAIN . Discipline and Consistency are key to success. I have never experienced a time where Aldrjoy didn't welcome me like we were besties, accommodate my crazy schedule, be genuinely concerned about my progress in my pursuits, or handle me with care!
