I've only had 4 Botox appointments in my life, so I'm not an expert by far. My appointment was back right before the new year. These were the worst results by a mile tho. Even tho I purchased more units than I've ever used in hopes of banking some it apparently wasn't enough and they talked me into more. Despite the 60 units used (I'm 30) only the middle of my forehead was frozen while the upper portion would move when I raised my eyebrows giving me a very weird wrinkle. Above my eyes would also wrinkle. I bruised for 3 weeks following the appointment. I didn't go back for my follow up because the results were so bad there's no way I'll ever go back. Let alone give them more money for more units to fix it. Absolutely not. Before 6 weeks my movement started coming back. By 8 it was basically gone. Idk if the brand they use is trash or if they dilute it? Staff was nice but the payment model is scammy. Practitioner I had was clearly inexperienced I guess? If you're getting laser hair removal: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I am a very understanding person & I understand people have bad days. However, I have had too many bad experiences here. For the most part the staff is kind. I have had two nurses that have been extremely rude & condescending. The main issue I have had is with the pricing. They will do a "consultation with you", trick you into a very poor contract, & they do not explain everything correctly. During my original consultation I was told they had a life time guarantee & did touch ups for $50. I now pay $90+ every time I go. I have also been quoted $7100 for laser on full legs, which is outrageous. I got quoted $2500 at the MedSpa at Augusta Plastic & 2750 at a different MedSpa on south GA. Both of those places completed touch up at no charge. Ideal image gives you a certain amount of time to finish your treatments & then they start charging you touch ups regardless of the amount of sessions you've had. Their technology on laser hair removal is completely outdated & very painful. I can sit through painful procedures & I don't mind paying for a good service but I'm not even getting that. I have recently started getting laser somewhere else & 4 sessions in & my hair is almost gone. In addition, it's not anywhere nearly as painful as ideal image. At my last appointment, I left very upset & it has made me never want to return. I have very course hair & one of the nurses who I saw there (who was amazing) informed me I needed a double pass every time I went to ensure the treatments work. When she did a double pass it worked WONDERFULLY. The new MedSpa I am going to, the nurse does a double pass & it works for me. I told this to the last nurse I saw & she didn't want to hear anything I had to say & refused to do that for me. I don't want to sit there & go through that painful procedure twice, but I don't want to keep paying for touch ups forever! I have paid THOUSANDS to get this hair removed already. She told me "you're just going to have to come in for touch up every couple of weeks." I am Hispanic & my hair is very stubborn, which is why I need a more aggressive approach. She cut me off when I was trying to explain this to her & said "do you have PCOS or something?". I do not. If you're thinking about getting laser here, save your money & time & find somebody else. I was super excited. I had signed up, did my zoom call said I wanted lip fillers and botox. No issues, It will be great she said, reviewed medical. No issues. The didn't have an appt for lip fillers right off but did for botox disappointing but okay, signed up paid in full. Get botox and then was told after by vm they wouldn't provide me fillers as I was allergic to peanuts when I was one. I'm now 39. I have given them a week and nothing. Went elsewhere for the lip fillers and that service even said they took my money and ran. Please go elsewhere, this is a bait and switch scam. read more

I waiters patiently for someone to contact me about my appointment and it never happened. Eventually I called to inquire about it and they booked me 4 months out stating they were short on nurses. They are exceptionally polite during your consultation as they are baiting you to give your money and sign a contract which states that all services are non-refundable. Which you may think means that if you're not happy with the service you receive, tough, you're not getting your money back. That, is one thing. However, they mean that even if you change your mind about getting the service and cancel, you're not only NOT getting your money back, if you've set up a payment plan, payments will continue to be withdrawn until the service you are NOT getting, is paid in full. I booked an Ultherapy treatment which was described as "can be a little intense but you get used to it after a little while". I got a mini treatment around the mouth which was only about 15 minutes long and it was pure TORTURE. I was then told that my upcoming treatment would be 2 hours long. That made me nervous. It was scheduled for over a month away and the closer I got to that appointment, I got more apprehensive. I finally called to tell them approximately 5 weeks prior to tell them that I don't want the service and I just want a refund. They told me that I signed a legally binding contract and they will not provide a refund unless I have a medical reason for not being able to receive the treatment. They are sure to reiterate that you signed "a legally binding contract". This is over $1200 dollars of my money they get to keep. The services here are thousands of dollars and they make sure that they get to pocket your money. I don't know why a company would need to trap customers into paying for their services. It's unethical. If you're considering going to ideal image, be sure that you can endure the service you pay for because it will cost you thousands of dollars and you will not be getting it back. read more

Had a consultation with Ideal Image over Zoom, and was told they could get me in for an appointment today for services. Purchased the membership and services in advance based on this. The location contacted me this morning and said they would have to reschedule me and they were 2 months out - typical bait and switch. I immediately requested a full refund, and was told they would open a case and get back to me. When I called corporate customer service the incredibly rude and unprofessional representative said someone would review my case and get back to me in 3-5 days to get more information. When I asked what more information was needed she didn't know; when I asked to be transferred to someone who would know she put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back and said no one was available, and hung up on me. I have waited the 3-5 days with no response. I have sent emails, no response. I have called every day this week and sat on hold for 20 minutes or more, still nothing. This is the worst company to deal with, stay far, far away. They have stolen $900 and refuse to even talk to me about it. read more

I also asked if I could go to the Jacksonville location instead of Savannah. Was told no because this is a franchise. On 3/14/22, I entered into a Service Agreement/Contract with Ideal Image of Georgia, Savannah location. On 4/12/22, I called 912-544-100 and requested a refund for services not yet received. I was given a case number and was told to expect a call from Kenzie Becker (sp). I received a call from Kenzie on 4/13/22.  She asked if I had read the "Service Agreement" that I  had signed because all fees are non-refundable unless a physician deems that I am not well enough to received the procedure.  My reply was  that I had read the contract that was not at all my understanding.  Per Section 4, page 7 of 14 para. 1) "If treatment services have not yet been performed, you will receive a full refund in the amount of the total service fee price we received, less $100." Kenzie replied this paragraph applies only to the "Annual Membership" fee. I do not believe that I have misunderstood the "Terms & Conditions" set forth under this contract. Initially, all I wanted was to get a refund for the Botox and filler and instead do the CoolTone service along with the Ultherapy service.  Unfortunately, Kenzie was so intent on trying to bully me and tell me that no money was refundable, she didn't have time to listen. Dealing with Kenzie has really left a bad impression of Ideal Image. These people have over $2,700 of my money. Why can't I get a refund? They have done nothing to incur any fees.... They scheduled an appointment and collected my money. I paid with my AMEX. I am about to file a fraudulent claim with American Express since no services have been received. Do NOT deal with this business. I signed a contract for 100 units of Dysport before Covid and didn't try to use them until June of 2022. They said my contract had expired, so I appealed and my appeal was turned down. Then I found a copy of my contract, which said the units "never expire." I could never get Natalie, the office manager, on the phone so I went in person and showed her the contract. She said she would honor it, but they weren't going to offer that product much longer so I had to use it soon (no substitution was offered). I asked her to send an email confirming that my contract would be honored. That was about 3 weeks ago and I've never received the email. I've tried to call about half a dozen times, but Natalie is always "traveling" and the receptionist says she gives her my messages. When I asked to speak to someone else, I was transferred to "customer service," which tells you your option is invalid when you select ANY number to try to get through. Save yourself a lot of hassle and go to Savannah Plastic Surgeons, who have good customer service and get better results. read more

So two experiences: first time I went to Ideal Image, I got botox with Ansley. She did such an incredible job that my dad was asking if I changed my makeup bc my skin was so smooth and lifted! I am now ten days out from my second botox appt, this time with Jessica. My skin looks so incredible and I always want my forehead/crows feet to look this good. Both ladies were so incredible about knowing the facial anatomy and knew the proper techniques for injecting. I felt so calm both times and they both upheld COVID safety standards. Can't give them any stars. Can't even go to my appointment. They had me pay everything upfront and sent me an u godly amount of text and emails, more than necessary, to confirm my appointment and do medical history. I replied to all and did everything asked. Prior to this I did an almost hour long zoom consultation for treatment. We scheduled my appointment around my work schedule and to accommodate a trip I had coming up, because I wanted the treatment before going out of town. They emailed morning of my appointment to remind me to come early. Next I receive a phone call canceling my appointment, both my botox and lip filler, two separate appointments right behind one another. Next available would be the 5th and I leave for my trip the 6th so can't take that one due to swelling and bruising. I told them to just refund me as I signed up for the membership and everything, an additional $299. I am a new client and first thing they do after taking my money is cancel my appointment day of? And to add to it my botox was canceled because someone called out of work, and the filler appointment was canceled because she tried to squeeze me in but now can't do it? And now I have to wait for corporate to call me to get a refund. Not a good first experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They need to get it together. Even though their radio ad that plays inside of the facility says, "...And it doesn't hurt!" believe me, it hurts. They can prescribe numbing cream, which I took advantage of. I would put the cream on just as directed and it basically made minimal difference. They suggested rubbing alcohol on the skin first and putting the cream on with cellophane over it and that made no difference. Maybe it is just me and my skin, but I could not stand it. During my initial consultation I was told my hair was dark enough to go away about eighty percent with treatment. I paid for my FULL body to have laser treatment. I had to stop treatment on my face about six months into treatment because the pain was unbearable. The rest of my body I finished treatment on though; It takes about a year and a half to be "done". After a big bill and all that time I still have dark brown and black body hair and have had to keep shaving. I still have about half the amount of hair I did before starting. read more

I paid a lot to get the youthful look that they advertise. It is very, very painful-close to torture. I was supposed to have one treatment of Ultherapy, then a follow up treatment a few months later. With the enormous scheduling problems they have at this office. Then the Covid 19, it is a year later when I finally got my follow up appointment. So the nurse told me that the treatment only lasts a year, then I would have to start over with the very deep and painful 1st treatment again. So basically, all I endured on my face today was almost useless because it was the follow up treatment but a year later. I did see some improvement in my skin and elasticity from the initial treatment. It probably would have been great with both treatments. But the process is very, very painful. Far more that I imagined. I don't think I will do it again. Plus this office has a lot of problems with scheduling. read more

When I first went to Ideal Image I had the worst facial hair problems to my neck and chin. I'm talking thick, course, dark black hair problems. September 6, I completed my last treatment for my neck, and let me tell you, I am shocked myself with the results. I'm loving it!!! Only a couple more treatment left on my chin and I can't wait. Every time I go in for treatments, I'm so nervous walking in the door, but the staff is so friendly and welcoming until I'm relax until I get on the tablet. The nurse tech try to make you as calm as possible, it doesn't take that long. The tablet is a different story. That laser... wow, glad my neck treatments are over. I believe I just throughout all 5 minutes of treatment. But once the aloe is applied, I'm back to normal. The treatments are a little pricey, but the end results are worth it... Don't bother! Made an appointment with the call center and when I showed up they told me that my appointment had been double booked and it was the call centers fault, not theirs. I feel that I should have been contacted as soon as they knew of the problem and offered a new appointment. They told me that they'd get to me as soon as possible. An hour later and I was still not seen. I was told again that it was the call centers fault and that the technician that the call center thought was working was having a baby shower. Give me a break. Multiple people came in and we're seen quickly while I waited. No offer was ever made to make the situation better...I'll look for professionals now. read more

Very friendly and courteous staff. I bought my laser hair treatment with whatever special was going on. For the upper lip and chin area I'm paying about $2100. The treatment itself is quick (about 2-3 minutes) but yes, quite uncomfortable. It's a laser, it will get hot, you will smell burning hair, you're going to tense up in anticipation of the next zap. But the good news is, it ends. I have only been once but it's already working for my stubborn, coarse chin hairs, no real change to my upper lip yet. I have lighter hair, too. While not gone completely, the growth has noticeably slowed. I have confidence that more treatments will just continue to help. I have become tired of the constant plucking and self-consciousness of knowing I have dark hairs under my chin so I felt it necessary to give this a try. I am happy I did. read more

I had been curious about laser hair removal when a friend of mine said she had it done and it was fantastic!! I went in for a consultation and after having all my questions answered, I was able to have my first treatment that same day. They worked with me on the financing. They have many options. It is not cheap, but now that I'm almost done with all my treatments, I can definitely say it is well worth it!! After the first treatment I noticed a difference and now I hardly ever have to shave my underarms or bikini line. The few hairs that do grow in come in lighter and much finer. I have sensitive skin, so not having to shave my bikini line is such a huge relief. It does hurt. They say it's like a rubberband snapping on your skin, and that is exactly what it feels like. Not fun, but could be worse. And each treatment takes such a minimal amount of time - about 10-15 minutes - it's hardly anything at all. After each treatment they give you a little aloe which helps tremendously. By the time I leave the office, my skin feels back to normal. All the ladies there are very friendly and professional. I've had a pretty good experience so far. I am getting laser hair removal on my chin and upper lip. I'm about 4 treatments in, and my hair is much,much finer. I had super course black hair on my chin that I had to pluck several times a week. Now I don't really notice it unless I look super close. As far as the process goes, it stings and burns, but it's not awful. The staff is really nice and accommodating. I plan to get other areas treated in the future. I was hesitant at first about getting the treatments since I have dark skin (I'm black), but I haven't any issues with scarring or discoloration. read more

I signed up with Ideal Image, and have NEVER been happier. They told me I would lose about 10% of hair each time, and that it would also become thinner. They were exactly right! I have my lower legs, underarms, and bikini line treated, and the results are amazing. I have had 5 treatments, and I don't have to shave in between my treatments anymore. I don't get ingrown hairs anymore, which is the reason I signed up. I'm in the military, so I have transferred to different locations, and that has been very easy, and convenient. The entire staff is AMAZING! ALWAYS very friendly, and polite. I come in for my treatments, get shown back almost immediately, and then go straight back to work. It is not pain free, but the numbing cream takes the sting out, and anything in life that is worth getting is worth a little effort. I love my decision with Ideal Image. I went in the first time to check out the place because I heard about them on the radio. Everyone was nice at first. They talked to me about the treatment & everything. Ended up getting a contract for bikini area & lower legs. I payed $500 deposit that day & got my first treatment on both body areas that same day. They told me the bumps & redness left on my skin would be gone in 24hrs if not to let them know. I was itching & hurting for a week! I tried calling them several times for 4 days straight but would just tell me to wait & see if it would go away on its own. After over a week I had enough & called them to set an appointment to cancel my contract & get a refund back, since in the contract it says if you have a health issue or consent you can have the refund back. I went in to my appointment & they only took pictures & said to come back another time to talk to one of the other ladies in there. I drove an hour just for some pictures, & didn't even get to talk to someone?! I went back home & for the past 2+ weeks I've been calling almost every day, sever times a day to set up another appointment & all they tell me is that they will call me back & NEVER do. It's ridiculous! They are fast on making appointments to set you up a contract & get your money. But when it comes down to canceling a contract & refund. They ignore you & never return your called.
