From the moment we walked in my husband & I felt welcomed. The spa is beautiful and very relaxing. The attention to details is spectacular. I started off with the infrared light sauna followed by a custom facial. The sauna room is so Zen. I had the entire room to my self. It was stocked with water, cold wash cloths, robes, CBD lotion, books. They brought me tea & cashews after. My facial was one of the best I've ever had. My skin felt awesome after. I fell asleep a few times it was so relaxing. My husband had a deep tissue massage. He said it was the best he's ever had! Even the bathroom was beautiful. I wanted to write another review for Temple Day Spa because they have simply gone above and beyond in their quest to provide excellent service. First of all, Kelly, the owner called and left me a sweet voicemail message telling me how much they appreciated my review and that they were addressing the comfort issue I had during my last visit (cold room temperature in lash room.) She said they look forward to my next visit, which took place today. I had a facial this afternoon with Jordan which was one of the best facials I've ever had. She was conscientious, kind, and considerate during my service and kept checking to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying the experience. We decided on a customizable facial and added the enzyme treatment (masque?) that I loved because it was quite tingly so I could feel it working. Jordan did several extractions for me as well and made sure my skin was super clean and hydrated. Afterwards, I had a lash extension fill with Haley again, who worked quickly and steady to replace my lost lashes. Haley is amazing and so sweet. I noticed my eyes didn't burn afterwards each time she's done my lashes, which means whatever glue she uses is not irritating to my eyes. When I checked out, Kelly (the owner) gave me a little gift bag containing some samples which I dearly appreciated and did not expect. There are no high pressure sales at this spa. Every experience I've had here has been very calming and comfortable. Oh, and in response to my last review about the cold lash room, they provided a lovely heated bed and extra blankets. Vibe: I received a gift card from My in-laws to this neighborhood day spa ans I'm so grateful I did. The spa itself is located by Henry Penny and has plenty of street parking. The inside is clean, modern, but warm- lots of birch wood, black tile, fiddle leaf figs. Everything was spotless and professional. Services received: Charlotte was my aesthetician and she was phenomenal. She got me a water to start, had a conversation about my skin routine and goals, then gave me the absolute best facial. I had the Total Relaxation Treatment which included exfoliation and extractions of course but also a ton of added moisture and a foot and neck massage. My skin looks fresh and has great texture the day after. The treatment was 2 hours of bliss. Additional details: You can discuss skincare goals and they have product you can purchase which I found to be helpful and not outrageously priced. The details they have ready to go were wonderful and thoughtful- feminine products in the restroom, a little half robe if you desire additional modesty, heated tables. Heavenly mother daughter spa day for facials and massages. We both have had multiple services in the past elsewhere and found Kristy (sp?) and Kelly to be exceptional. The facility was welcoming, extremely clean, and tasteful. They were professional and attentive to each of our needs. My mother and I had totally different facial treatments with different products, showing the versatility of Kelly's knowledge and focus on our individual needs. I cannot tell you how much I love Charlotte and what she does for my lashes. But beyond that I so appreciate how consistent and considerate she is. initially we walked into temple day spa and were informed that our facials were taking place at the treatment loft, an easy and scenic 7 minute walk down the street. we were warmly welcomed by kelly, offered sparkling water and walked informed the entire time about how our facials were going to be. my sister and i did side by side 60 min facials done by kelly and charlotte and it was an impeccable experience. the atmosphere was calm, relaxing and very clean. the ladies made us feel more than welcome and comfortable and the facials were top tier. added in some shoulder and neck massage and it was a wonderful experience. thank you kelly and charlotte! we loved our time at temple!! read more
