(I'm sure you can schedule in advance if you don't want to chance it) The deep tissue massage itself was top notch. The massage therapist expertly worked out some knots and loosened some tight fibers I didn't realize needed it. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff and therapists were all friendly and communicative. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town and even bought gift certificates for some friends who live here. Small ask that maybe was remedied right away: the spa music was briefly interrupted by commercials at the start of the massage; maybe someone forgot to switch profiles from their free Spotify (or whatever) account to the paid version.
