Whenever I can muster up enough money for a massage, this is where I come to. Massage here has always been at least a 9 out of 10. Always the same lady, around 15 massages I'd guess over the years. Today was totally different, I don't even feel like I got a massage. She asked if I wanted a face massage, I said yes. All she did was rub a lot of oil on my face and eyes which was strange and it took a lot of time away from my body massage. I came for a massage, not oil rubbed on my face. Anyway, I'm guessing maybe she needs to take some time out from giving massages and take care and heal herself. I wasted $108 that I really didn't have but my body was crying for a massage. Will not be going back but I do appreciate the good massages I've received from Natural Healing Massage in the past. read more

This place was wonderful. Affordable and an excellent massage, one of the best I've had.

Massage was going well until more customers came in. They had a full conversation for a long time and were pretty loud. Would have been nice if the employees thought to ask them to keep it down as the walls are thin and I could hear everything. read more

Great place, Rose was fantastic! 5 star service! This was my first time trying professional massages and she didn't let me down.

Had a couples massage here and she did an amazing job! Was very relaxing and I very much enjoyed my time. They were a bit pushy about the tip and didn't act like they were too happy with the amount, but overall I had a great experience and would definitely go back. read more

We had a facial lift and guasha massage with a head massage too and it was much needed for us girls. The ladies were super sweet and the place was clean and walk in friendly. I will be back for a full body massage. read more

The best in Savannah! Been going here over 20 years! Clean, kind, great massages!!!! Conveniently located at Waters and Eisenhower. Same owner for years. Great for gift certificates for special occasion! read more

Thorough deep tissue massages and at an affordable price. I highly recommend them. They offer by appointment and walk-ins for those days that you just need it. read more

I absolutely love this place; go monthly been coming to these people since they were in the Savannah Mall many years ago a little disappointed they no longer to a 'frequent customer' card read more

I was here working, and I always requested the man to different men massage me here. They were both really strong and thorough. I would definitely come back and I really appreciate it. Did attention to the places that I requested more love on my teres, minor and my subscapularis muscles read more

Went in for a couples massage, it was great. Exited the hot stones and Def will be back.

This place is such a great value. The pricing is very fair for what I consider the best massage of my life. I saw some immediate improvement in my back pain the same day and much improvement the next day. I was very comfortable and safe feeling during my massage. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I made a second appointment today to get another deep tissue massage and try foot reflexology. Both times I have made an appointment, I was able to get same day appointments. I highly recommend! read more

They are located in the mall, but when I called I was told about this private location. There are massage chairs similar to the ones in the mall, but there are also massage tables and a private area if you are getting a full body massage. The prices are competitive and the massage itself was great. CC performed my deep tissue massage. read more

Such a good experience! Called for a last minute 30 min massage because my back was hurting me- they could see me right away so I drove over. Walked out feeling better than I did before and certainly standing up straighter! They really worked out my issues. Clean, simple and so reasonable. I recommend! read more

Last minute decision for a couples massage. We lucked out and there was availability on a busy holiday weekend. Wow. We both had deep tissue massages and wow... super thorough and we felt great after! The facility is super clean, the employees are nice and helpful and the therapists know what they are doing. Let let the strip mall location fool you! read more

Last minute decision to go & loved the hour long massage so much I immediately booked a second one for the next morning. Reasonable priced & excellent massage. What more could you want? read more

Great place for a massage. Ask for Elaine. They have comfortable lounge chairs for foot massages.

Went here during covid and everything was clean and the woman Marie who did my massage was amazing. Can't wait to go back omg she is surprisingly strong! Highly recommend read more

My fiancé and I scheduled a last-minute appointment today at Natural Healing Massage and were at first very pleased to know they had availability for two 90-minutes appointments. I had a sore neck and was relieved to think it was going to get better. After our concurrent appointments, my fiancé seems displeased with his service. Nothing too elaborate, just not the massage he thought he'd received for the price we paid. I, on the other hand, am extremely upset. My sore neck became an back pain issue and I can barely move my head to the sides. I informed my massage therapist of the issue prior to my appointment, and ended up with shooting pain that is flared upon breathing, moving my arms or leg. I never leave 1-star reviews, EVER. But this was ridiculous and I'll have to go somewhere to try to resolve this issue before our trip is over (and completely wasted by my super-sore and stiff neck). read more

Very friendly and attentive! Great massages from foot to full body. Highly recommend!

Jesus Christ. (I'm Jewish so this should say something.) I scheduled a 60min couples massage today, and I've never had a worse experience. I'm a domestic abuse survivor and have episodes when touched by men, so as soon as the massage therapists came in I requested my boyfriend have the male masseuse. Immediately, the male masseuse ignored this and started touching my hair and "settled" me into the table. At this point, I'm having a full blown panic attack. I just wanted him to stop touching me. My boyfriend continued to ask them to switch, and they just WOULDN'T. As the male masseuse starts to touch my body and press on my butt repeatedly, ignoring us despite saying repeatedly they were going to switch, I start to sob and beg them to stop touching me. They both (YES. THERE WAS A FEMALE MASSEUSE! For some reason, they wanted to gender swap the massage?) start to caress me (I'm not joking.) as I begin to shake like a leaf. My boyfriend had to scream at them to stop touching me as I am completely naked covered only by a sheet and freaking out. They leave at our request, but not before they both started to laugh at me. My boyfriend goes out while I dress, and they have their boss on the phone-- whose resolution was "you guys don't have to pay today". Ok. We laid down for under three minutes and I was violated/laughed at/traumatized by your employees, but ok. I thought it'd be obvious we wouldn't pay for that? They didn't even apologize on the way out. I would never support this business, set foot in this business, etc. STAY AWAY! read more

We have been coming here since early 2019 and they are so accommodating. We can usually make an appointment for same day and they are consistent. Very friendly and flexible. read more

I love it the massage was great 5 stars it helped my posture got rid of knots in my back.

Make sure that you tell them what kind of pressure and that they understand pain location.

I am now a regular. I have done physical therapy, pro-massages, chiropractors, etc and spent way too much money to find relief for my neck and headaches, and honesty, there's nothing that tops an asian-massage. (I'm half-asian, and these massages are just as good as what my mom would give me! I have a medical need to find some tension release and this helps me...but I am NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND I AM NOT OFFERING MEDICAL ADVICE. Everyone has to find what works for them on their terms.) It's easy to pop in and request, I've only done the quick 10-20 minute neck/back massages because It's really all I need to get the relief I need on my 'bad' days. I walk in and walk out in less then a half-hour with no more headaches, so I'm happy- Bella is the best! :) read more

Simple, straight forward, and clean. Have returned a number of time for a nice quality massage. I leave feeling rejuvenated and invigorated!

More expensive than I'm used to paying out of state for a clothed massage ($50 or so for 45 minutes). I think that was the oddest part, was that was it was a clothed, full-body table massage. The guy was nice, and they seemed surprised that I was from out of state. The pressure was good, and I asked him to massage my knee (lots of walking around Savannah that day) and he did a good job. The shop is located in the center of the mall, and not terribly difficult to find. One other note: paying by credit or debit card will net you a 3% surcharge. Bring cash! read more

I went to Natural Healing Massage and it was therapeutic and relaxing. Upon my arrival I signed in at he front desk and was taken back immediately. I didn't have to wait since I made an appointment on the phone. I was grateful because they took me in as a new client on short notice-I had called only a couple of hours before. They have several spaces for full body massage with curtains over the door frame. You are asked if you'd like to undress or leave clothes on and given a sheet to cover with if you choose to undress. I received the deep tissue massage. Most of the beginning I was fully covered with the sheet and then I was securely draped and massaged with oils and the oil was removed with warm towels- it made my aches and pains better. I will definitely be back for another full body/deep tissue massage. I wish they were open right now I'd be there... read more

My daughter and I went for 90 minute massages. She had a woman massage therapist and I had a man therapist. We both enjoyed the massages very much. The man did a great job mixing in some reflexology. I was so relaxed I fell asleep a couple of times. Unfortunately we are traveling through SC but if we come back to Charleston I will definitely be back for another 90 minute treatment. Felt great afterwards. read more

Even though Yelp had this place as closed today, Wednesday, I called and it was open. They welcome walk ins but I asked for a time 30 minutes from the time I called for TWO 30 minute chair messages and they said no problem! I made the easy 15-20 minute drive from historical Savannah and parking was easy and plentiful. Within moments of their brief set up {while we waited comfortably in their cozy leather rocking chairs}, we were seated in the message chairs. My guy was an experienced pro, magically finding each sore spot, area of tension, and knot with ease then working his wizardry to gently release my tight muscles {and they are tight!}. He managed all the obvious spots most chair messages include (neck, traps, upper back, mid back, spine, and lower back) but also found miscellaneous tightness by pressing on each hip. He then, tirelessly smoothed down each bicep, fore arm and hand. About the time I thought I'd start drooling, my 30 minute message was over. It was $30 plus tip which was incredibly inexpensive for the outcome. read more

I have had top of line massages in Europe and in the USA. They use to be in the middle of the mall and now have their own store section in the mall by Yankee Candle. I have to say I am very impressed by the quality of massage you get. The prices are the best in town. It is so convenient to be right in the mall. When they say full body, it is every part of the body and then some. I have cronic sinus issues making it difficult to breath but the very nice blonde massage therapist was able to open up my sinuses with pressure points to my neck and I am able to breath again normally. I can also hear better. The foot reflexology is amazing too. It is truly an experience I will never forget. I highly recommend them. read more

They just upgraded thier private rooms and other equipments. Really good price, but great serivece and quality at same time! thumb up!

I decided to give this place a try because of all the great reviews, I left terribly upset. I went in specifically because my back was in so much pain, the manager told me they could focus on it, I was confident because of all the glowing reviews. During the massage it seemed like he was doing random movements and had no idea how to do an actual massage. I was extremely uncomfortable and upset the whole time because of how terrible it was. Halfway through I almost got up and left. read more

My two sisters and I are from out of state and had shopped all day. We all wanted a nice massage so we called around. Out of six places we called they were the first ones to pick up. They were so accommodating for a last minute massage for 3 people. All three of us agreed after, that it was if not the best it was one of the best massages ever. Full body and the price was worth it. 90 minutes of pure Heaven. read more

Great service. No appointment; no need to undress. Terrific especially for the days one sleeps badly and twists something or after a long drive when muscles have tensed. It's possible just to drop by and have one of their professionals work out the problem. They have booths in the rear of the shop so one can have some privacy. read more
