They are located in the mall, but when I called I was told about this private location. There are massage chairs similar to the ones in the mall, but there are also massage tables and a private area if you are getting a full body massage. The prices are competitive and the massage itself was great. CC performed my deep tissue massage. read more

Jesus Christ. (I'm Jewish so this should say something.) I scheduled a 60min couples massage today, and I've never had a worse experience. I'm a domestic abuse survivor and have episodes when touched by men, so as soon as the massage therapists came in I requested my boyfriend have the male masseuse. Immediately, the male masseuse ignored this and started touching my hair and "settled" me into the table. At this point, I'm having a full blown panic attack. I just wanted him to stop touching me. My boyfriend continued to ask them to switch, and they just WOULDN'T. As the male masseuse starts to touch my body and press on my butt repeatedly, ignoring us despite saying repeatedly they were going to switch, I start to sob and beg them to stop touching me. They both (YES. THERE WAS A FEMALE MASSEUSE! For some reason, they wanted to gender swap the massage?) start to caress me (I'm not joking.) as I begin to shake like a leaf. My boyfriend had to scream at them to stop touching me as I am completely naked covered only by a sheet and freaking out. They leave at our request, but not before they both started to laugh at me. My boyfriend goes out while I dress, and they have their boss on the phone-- whose resolution was "you guys don't have to pay today". Ok. We laid down for under three minutes and I was violated/laughed at/traumatized by your employees, but ok. I thought it'd be obvious we wouldn't pay for that? They didn't even apologize on the way out. I would never support this business, set foot in this business, etc. STAY AWAY! read more

My fiancé and I scheduled a last-minute appointment today at Natural Healing Massage and were at first very pleased to know they had availability for two 90-minutes appointments. I had a sore neck and was relieved to think it was going to get better. After our concurrent appointments, my fiancé seems displeased with his service. Nothing too elaborate, just not the massage he thought he'd received for the price we paid. I, on the other hand, am extremely upset. My sore neck became an back pain issue and I can barely move my head to the sides. I informed my massage therapist of the issue prior to my appointment, and ended up with shooting pain that is flared upon breathing, moving my arms or leg. I never leave 1-star reviews, EVER. But this was ridiculous and I'll have to go somewhere to try to resolve this issue before our trip is over (and completely wasted by my super-sore and stiff neck). read more

I have done physical therapy, pro-massages, chiropractors, etc and spent way too much money to find relief for my neck and headaches, and honesty, there's nothing that tops an asian-massage. (I'm half-asian, and these massages are just as good as what my mom would give me! I have a medical need to find some tension release and this helps me...but I am NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND I AM NOT OFFERING MEDICAL ADVICE. Everyone has to find what works for them on their terms.) It's easy to pop in and request, I've only done the quick 10-20 minute neck/back massages because It's really all I need to get the relief I need on my 'bad' days. I went to Natural Healing Massage and it was therapeutic and relaxing. Upon my arrival I signed in at he front desk and was taken back immediately. I didn't have to wait since I made an appointment on the phone. I was grateful because they took me in as a new client on short notice-I had called only a couple of hours before. They have several spaces for full body massage with curtains over the door frame. You are asked if you'd like to undress or leave clothes on and given a sheet to cover with if you choose to undress. I received the deep tissue massage. Most of the beginning I was fully covered with the sheet and then I was securely draped and massaged with oils and the oil was removed with warm towels- it made my aches and pains better. More expensive than I'm used to paying out of state for a clothed massage ($50 or so for 45 minutes). I think that was the oddest part, was that was it was a clothed, full-body table massage. The guy was nice, and they seemed surprised that I was from out of state. The pressure was good, and I asked him to massage my knee (lots of walking around Savannah that day) and he did a good job. The shop is located in the center of the mall, and not terribly difficult to find. One other note: paying by credit or debit card will net you a 3% surcharge. Bring cash! read more

My daughter and I went for 90 minute massages. She had a woman massage therapist and I had a man therapist. We both enjoyed the massages very much. The man did a great job mixing in some reflexology. I was so relaxed I fell asleep a couple of times. Unfortunately we are traveling through SC but if we come back to Charleston I will definitely be back for another 90 minute treatment. Even though Yelp had this place as closed today, Wednesday, I called and it was open. They welcome walk ins but I asked for a time 30 minutes from the time I called for TWO 30 minute chair messages and they said no problem! I made the easy 15-20 minute drive from historical Savannah and parking was easy and plentiful. Within moments of their brief set up {while we waited comfortably in their cozy leather rocking chairs}, we were seated in the message chairs. My guy was an experienced pro, magically finding each sore spot, area of tension, and knot with ease then working his wizardry to gently release my tight muscles {and they are tight!}. He managed all the obvious spots most chair messages include (neck, traps, upper back, mid back, spine, and lower back) but also found miscellaneous tightness by pressing on each hip. He then, tirelessly smoothed down each bicep, fore arm and hand. About the time I thought I'd start drooling, my 30 minute message was over. It was $30 plus tip which was incredibly inexpensive for the outcome. read more

I have had top of line massages in Europe and in the USA. They use to be in the middle of the mall and now have their own store section in the mall by Yankee Candle. I have to say I am very impressed by the quality of massage you get. The prices are the best in town. It is so convenient to be right in the mall. When they say full body, it is every part of the body and then some. I have cronic sinus issues making it difficult to breath but the very nice blonde massage therapist was able to open up my sinuses with pressure points to my neck and I am able to breath again normally. I can also hear better. The foot reflexology is amazing too. It is truly an experience I will never forget. I highly recommend them. read more
