I've had facials done regularly at a number of spas around Savannah, so I have a pretty good sense…read moreof what's out there, and this one stood out in an unexpected way. The space itself is a bit more bare bones than some of the more high-end, aesthetic-focused spas in the area, so if you're going purely for ambiance, it may feel a little understated. That said, the quality of the service is what really matters, and this is where they absolutely deliver. The facial was thorough, professional, and clearly tailored to my skin's needs. I noticed a visible improvement afterward, my skin looked healthier, more even, and just overall refreshed in a way that lasted beyond the typical "post-facial glow." What I appreciated most is that the focus here is on results rather than frills. The services feel accessible and effective, which makes it a great option for someone who wants consistent skincare without paying for extras they don't necessarily need. I'm seriously considering their monthly membership because the results were strong enough to justify making this part of my regular routine. If you're looking for a place that prioritizes outcomes over atmosphere, this one is definitely worth trying

I had been looking forward to this appointment all week, but in the chaos of planning bridal showers, the day completely slipped my mind. Thankfully, Leah at the front desk (who is always so kind and welcoming) gave me a call, and I rushed right over. The moment I walked in, Leah greeted me with her sweet smile and calming energy. That's when I met Atia, who would be my massage therapist--and wow, what a blessing. Atia is a true master of her craft. She immediately put me at ease with her kindness and patience after I arrived late, and once we began, I quickly realized I was in the hands of someone extraordinarily knowledgeable. She has such an intuitive understanding of the body; every movement was intentional, and the way she explained the areas of tension and why they were tight was both fascinating and comforting. Not only was the massage itself incredible, but she struck the perfect balance between conversation and quiet relaxation. That's not an easy thing to do, and Atia absolutely nailed it. By the end, I was so grateful that I gave her a big hug--I couldn't help it! Of course, the Woodhouse experience is about more than just the massage. The hospitality staff deserve their own spotlight. Leah is always attentive and patient with any questions I have, and Emily adds such a thoughtful touch in the relaxation lounge. On my very first visit she made me feel so cared for, and on this second visit, she even remembered my name--such a small detail, but it left a huge impression. She goes out of her way to make sure guests feel pampered, whether that's by bringing the perfect beverage or simply radiating warmth. Between Atia's unmatched skill, Leah's front desk sweetness, and Emily's heartfelt care, Woodhouse Spa Savannah has set the bar impossibly high. I already can't wait for my next visit next month. This place is truly a sanctuary.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere set the tone: calm, soothing, and exactly what you want from a spa. The quiet room was my favorite spot -- stocked with mimosas, trail mix, cozy blankets, and even warm airplane-style pillows. I actually ended up taking a little nap there (which honestly felt like a luxury in itself). For treatments, I booked a deep tissue/hot stone massage with Jessica -- and WOW. She worked out every knot with just the right pressure while keeping the whole experience relaxing. It was exactly what my body needed. Between the thoughtful service, relaxing amenities, and my husband's sweet surprise, this spa day was unforgettable. I'm already planning my next visit because once you experience Woodhouse, you'll want to keep coming back. Savannah gem for sure!

Of course I was excited but also hesitant going to an unfamiliar salon. The massages were great. We had a lot of tension that needed worked out and were sore the next day but it was much needed - especially with all the walking we had been doing and continued to do. Pedicures were great too! However, I didn't realize just how great until now because... I went to Tybee Island on the beach all day, walked and walked and walked. Back in Ohio I am in and out of sandals, heels for work, barefoot working in the yard. We went on our annual canoe trip in rocky river water and water shoes, etc. You get the idea. My Sweet Water pedicure lasted a whole month and still wasn't chipping. SO impressed. Ohio pedicure's last me 3 weeks if I'm super careful. So if you're questioning a pedicure, do it. Wish I remembered my technician's name :) I think we were there 7/9.

I had the CBD oil massage (80 minutes) with the scalp massage incorporated in. I hate that most spas won't let you do a service in addition to, rather than making it part of your allotted time. That being said, the scalp massage did not impress me and next time I would skip it. But I think the CBD oil really did lend to relaxing me. I was also impressed my spa professional didn't forget my feet and gave me a bit of a foot massage. The room was dark and tranquil. The robe was cushy, fluffy, and luxe. And it was big enough for someone my size. The locker room was clean and had a shower and vanity if you needed to get ready to go somewhere after your treatment. The spa bed was comfortable and the waiting area was velvety with a dark, relaxing color scheme. They had lemon water, coffee, and snacks. Kate was professional, and though maybe a little heavy on the elbow, she listened when I told her too much, and did a great job overall. A little sore, but felt better afterward. The front desk staff was also attentive and helpful. They offer various types of massages, CBD, prenatal, hot stone, scalp, foot reflexology, etc. Prices are pretty on point with the market average. I like that employees get a known amount up front. My service was 315 for 80 minutes massage and scalp treatment, then Kate got 63 dollars. I chose to tip a little extra, but I like knowing she is being paid a living wage up front and I could choose to tip extra or not.
