My massage therapist did a good job. I made a reservation and prepaid for an hour and a half. All…read morewas well. The reason I won't be going back is because as i was checking out, the therapist was explaining that since it was.my first time i got the price as listed on the web site. However, the next one.would include a COVID cleaning fee. At first I was okay with this, I understand the times we are living in. However, she proceeds to say the cleaning fee increases with each additional 30 minutes. I asked why. I said don't you clean the.same amount and to the same standard regardless of length? She proceeds to say yes, but we have to pay rent as well. I did not like this. List all the fees up front. Don't try and hide why you are charging more money.
