The staff was very accommodating and provided some delicious refreshments and drinks to make our day out even more special. I had a wonderful massage with Brittany and a facial with Sam. Both were very professional. We were all treated to a complimentary paraffin wax hand treatment that was a nice surprise! The staff was friendly and we enjoyed chatting and laughing with them. The only thing that would have made the whole experience better is if they had provided spa robes/slippers so that we didn't have to change back into clothes to move from one treatment to another! Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and would return. I had gone once before this trip to see Taylor for henna brows. She was lovely and very friendly. I was nervous and she quickly put me at ease. I…read morethought my massage therapist was very nice, however I didn't feel like I received a deep tissue massage. It was more like gentle touching, which is not what I'm looking for in a massage. It was not worth the time or money. The facial was also not worth the money. She seemed to avoid extractions, which I was in need of. At the end the woman at the front desk asked for me to leave a tip. I had already left both people very generous tips in their rooms and had even gone so far as to tell the esthetician that her tip was in the room while she was standing next to the front desk lady. I found it very rude to be asked about tipping at all but especially after making it known that I had already tipped. It comes off very low class.
