I booked a one hour foot and lower leg massage with twenty minutes spent on arms, neck and head. The massage therapist spent most of the time just rubbing up and down my lower legs, and touching her phone which was on the floor. I left before she could get to my arms or neck. I did not want that kind of sloppy work anywhere near my neck or face. I did pay and leave a tip but I'm never going back.

Also they don't speak English - so you just mostly point at what you think you'd like and then get something sort of like that. The rooms are open across the top so you definitely hear everything, from voices of other guest to the bathroom. Again, not a luxury place. But definitely not horrible.
