My facial with Lexie was great! However my boss gave me 2 gift cards. The first card was 2 years old (and expired according to their policy). I received as a gift but due to a family members severe medical condition I was not able to use until now. Wanted to spend a day for myself. I spent over the amount of both cards. But I was told nothing could be done to extend card or issue a new one. I promise had the expired card been reissued or extended I would have spent way over the 100.00 of the already paid for card I had received as a gift. Now I will not be back, I've told all my friends who will not be back and my boss who will no longer spend money there on gift cards. A small adjusted would have made the spa a lot more than my 100 gift card. Many other choices in our area! read more

Our trip to the spa was exceptional. Tracy gave me the most relaxing and serene massage. I had a creek side massage I believe it's called. She gave me about 1hour and 20 minutes of her time. The rooms are so large and peaceful. They play nice music to further the peaceful environment. I had a 20 minute bath after the massage. I had wine and a snack while bathing. It was a bath bomb on the wooden tray to use or not, but it was the disappearing rose petals she put in my bath that won me over. One more thing the lotion that she gave me to use oh my GOD I wish I had it one the daily! read more

I am a local and I will not be back after my most recent experience. I just had a facial in March of 2024 and they upcharged me so much unknowingly. I told them that I didn't know that the service provided was an up charge and they told me there was nothing they could do. The aesthetician simply asked if she could massage my neck and chest and they charged me $70.00 for it. They made no attempt at making it right and told me they didn't know what was said in the room. The facial was not enjoyable and not worth the $320 they charged me. After a hard month and an attempt to relax, this was a very bad experience. read more

Just left after a very disappointing eyebrow wax. I have been to Whisper Creek a few times for eyebrow waxes and had good experiences. The front desk staff are always very pleasant and the waxes have been great until this time. Tonight there was zero effort put forward and my eyebrows look worse than when I went it. The room was not ready- I had to wait while the esthetician covered the table in a sheet. A head wrap was not used and the esthetician got wax in my hair. The majority of the appointment was spent with the esthetician rubbing oil on my hair to try and get the wax out. Only two-three wax strips were applied to my eyebrows and only two hairs were plucked. The esthetician did ask if she wanted me to do more but I was too nervous to continue on. The esthetician did not remove the excess wax nor apply any cream. I left with residue wax on my face and tons of oil in my hair.
