We both really enjoyed the massages and the providers were great. The facilities were clean and nice, and they finished it off with a foot soaking along with a glass of champagne for my husband and water for me. We could not tell from pictures and reviews online, but they do not have a full spa "facility" as most others might. There were no locker rooms, whirlpool tubs, sauna, steamroom, etc. If you're looking for an all day spa this is likely not the place you would want to go. It was great if you're staying at the Sonesta or looking for a great treatment within a more confined space.

The massage itself was done well, but it is pricey. The relaxation room lacks even basic magazines for you to enjoy while waiting for your service. The steam room was disgusting, with yellow streaks/mold and broken/missing tiles. Very poor upkeep and not sure it has been properly cleaned in months. The shower to use in the women's lounge was also gross with clumps of hair on the chair and ground. It obviously was not cleaned. Very disappointed for staying at such a nice facility.

When I showed up at 2:15 all the staff seemed to be confused and talking to each other about where the technician was. Yet they checked me in and not until they walked me into the spa area and had me fill out paperwork did they tell me that he was on his way but was stuck in traffic and was running late. They didn't even specify until I asked did they mean 10 minutes, 20 or 30. Then the receptionist who checked me in said it would be 30, so I decided to go get a coffee while I was waiting. And then while I was gone, they wanted me to reschedule to Monday or do a facial or pedi. None of those options worked for me, so I told them to cancel. It's poor business to set up online booking as an option if you can't support staff to actually service appointments.
