My initial issue with this "spa" is that they advertise as one. However, when booking for four people (we wanted two facials and two massages), they were unable to take four of us at the same time. No biggie, we instead opted to stack our appointments in the only way that was available: a massage and a facial at 9:30, and another massage and facial at 10:30. The morning of our appointments at 8:30, an hour before our appointments, they called to tell us their facial person had a fever. Our other option was getting a facial at 11 or at 2. We decided to cancel entirely. If you are claiming to be a spa, I'd assume there'd be multiple employees available to service various needs. I also find it ridiculous that they have a 24 hour cancellation policy, however we were only given an hour notice of our facials being canceled. read more

An average experience at best. This spa needs a MAJOR renovation, the decor is from the 90's which was quite surprising for how pricey their services are. The sauna was not working & my massage therapist fell asleep twice during my session. The front desk associate Astrid was lovely and very welcoming, she was the best part of my experience. read more

I made reservations in July for 3 massages in September as I knew Labor Day week schedules may be full. When we arrived, the front desk attendant said our appointments were at 8:00 and not 9:00, I pulled up my confirmation email that showed our appointments were, in fact, scheduled for 9:00. She said they had it in their system wrong and there's nothing she could do. No apology, no trying to work with us, just a blank stare like this was somehow OUR fault. I was asked to call the spa manager, who was conveniently not there that day. I called twice and emailed then she texted to say she couldn't talk all day. Overall, this spa was incredibly rude, didn't take an ounce of accountability and must be working with archaic software that mixes up appointment times and confirmation emails. If the service at the front desk is any indication of the quality of spa treatments I advise looking elsewhere. read more

I stayed at the Marriott resort and made it out here for a massage (and planning on a manicure if there is one available). This place is ZEN - in one word. The front staff are super friendly and walk you through the services, which are VAST. There are at least 7-8 different types of massages available for various lengths, shortest being 25 minutes. There is a lovely locker room with individual saunas that are open to anyone in the spa regardless of service. There is an incredible relaxation room with perfect lighting, water fountain sounds, and relaxing music. You can grab herbal teas and lie there for as long as you want after your massage. Tracy did mine and she was phenomenal. I didn't realize how tight my neck and shoulders were until she was done I felt amazing. I would come here everyday if I could. This is my favorite spa on the island! I've come here many times throughout the years. I have had facials, body wraps, Swedish massages, deep tissue massages, manicures and pedicures. The masseuses are very professional. There has never been a time when I felt uncomfortable or dissatisfied. Today I had a deep tissue massage and it was amazing! My daughter and I got massages and facials. We enjoyed them but there was nothing unique about them. We used their sauna but their steam room was out of order. We were also allowed to use their indoor pool and jacuzzi. The showers and facilities were old but sufficient. So it was okay but I have been to better spas. read more

Booked a 5pm deep tissue massage that ended up essentially a light Swedish massage instead. They close at 6 and I was told I wasn't allowed to use the showers, steam room or sauna after the massage because they were closing. I wish I had known. I wouldn't have booked the appointment. A large gratuity is automatically added to your total so keep that in mind. :( read more

Just had an Algae body wrap with Doris and L'Athene anti-aging facial with Federica. Amazing. I loved the products used in both treatments. The ladies were very professional and gracious. I purchased travel size L'Athene facial products to keep my skin glowing. I had a facial with a Glycolic peel and Christine was my esthetician. By far, she was the best I've ever had. I've had facials in spas while on business in Scottsdale, Boston, CT and Newport RI and this experience was about as good as it gets. Christine is easy to connect with; she doesn't rush and knows what she's doing. My face looked like I had slept for hours- relaxed and rejuvenated. The environment is very conducive to relaxing. I wish I had waited to have the facial on a day when I had nothing to do. There are lounging chairs in a room with cascading water on the wall and soft music. The showers were clean. The experience and the outcome were worth every penny. I cannot say enough about my experience. Wonderful gift from my hubby. It's a gift that keeps on giving. Will definitely go back. read more
