I added the hot stones which weren't real hot. My muscles were not a focal point at all. She put pressure and the stones on my bones - my ankles, my spine, my shoulder bone and blade. She never even laid a finger on my calves, which were sore. I am an athlete so my muscles stay pretty tight. My back was the first thing that was massaged and then a dry towel was laid on top of my back, then they put hot stones on the towel? I don't even feel the heat at all. Then she put the blanket on top of the towel and so my whole massage I had this dry towel just sitting on my back. Then she pulled 2 of the rocks off my back after massaging other areas for a while, which made them no longer hot at all, and used them on my feet. When I flipped over, she took the cover that was on the pillow I used when face-down, and asked if she could cover my eyes with it. She put it on my forehead and pushed down. My eyes were not covered and everytime she'd move, this pillow cover would move up and down. She also put the rocks in my hands, so I had to hold them throughout the rest of the massage, not real comfortable. I have never left a massage and immediately booked another one to actually give me a massage. I'm not sure if this place got new management or what, I had never seen any of the people there that were there today, but it was very upsetting. We had 4 women in our group. 2 got facials and 2 got full massages. We still tipped 20%, but that's because we are decent people. We Definitely did not get what we paid for. One of the ladies were very pleased with their facial, thats it. It is upsetting to pay a company over $250 for a massage and not get the service you paid for.

Trying to let it cure as long as possible before final sanding. I had given my keys to the house sitter the night before and could not get to my skimboard from the garage. Profesional skimboard are 350-600$ We get there and i decide to call all the "surf shops" i could find online. Most had recordings saying " its past laborday we closed early now". My wife suggested that i call the place we had done SUP dolphin tour a few years... Long shot i thought but always take wifes advice. BAM! Some guy answers and is like yeah well wait on you how far are you away. I verify im old man weighing in at 170 he has that kinda board. He tells me the brand and its got grip we got wax come and get it. I tell him were there in 5 minutes. We get there sure enough this place has a full line of quality rentals . Like a hidden surf rental location. Jack pot! This board was better than the one i have and rental price was very fair. If we could of stayed longer I would of tryed out the boogie board they had. We rented the board right at closing and didn't get it back till the next day. The first yoga class started at 830 that morning. They had quite the following. All ages and types looked like it would of been a really good class. We will be attending when we come back and stay longer. This is hilton heads surf shop IMO.

Gabby knew exactly how to work on my wife using a very specific neuromuscular technique. My wife was able to get immediate relief and we've scheduled one more session with her before we leave at the end of the week. Additionally, we had a long conversation with Louie about the hand crafted tinctures that they make onsite. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help us find a few natural remedies to help avoid some of the nasty prescriptions that have been coming our way.
