Y'all.... I highly recommend Inner Peace Massage and Spa. When you go, as for Vashni. She was super sweet, consistent with pressure, and did not talk your ear off. I got the hour longer deep tissue massage and I feel like I can conquer the world now. After a nice bath and nap that is. read more

I'm not a Spa person. I'm not a massage person. I told my wife the night before that I don't like having someone I don't know touching my body. I know that sounds weird. My daughter bought my wife and I a couples masssage gift certificate. We decided to get massages with different masseuses at the same time. Hannah came out for my wife who said to take me first. We went to the room where everything was explained. We had 60 minute therapeutic massages. The massage table had sheets and blankets, but was also heated. I wasn't sure if I wanted light, medium or heavy and told Hannah to do her best which she did. I realized after the wonderful white noise and background sounds that I need to do this on a regular basis. Hannah also mentioned that my tension was high and should do this to help relax and de-stress. She was absolutely right. After the massage was over, you get a bottle of water and told to continue to hydrate. Very soothing, very relaxing and mainly--- very professional. read more

My appointment was with Kianna today. I can't give her enough stars for the amazing work she did. This was a post race (running) massage and she hit every spot as discussed prior to the appointment. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very client focused. The business itself was also pleasant and the ambiance was nice. It was quiet and calming as was to be expected. Prices were extremely fair as well. I will be back! read more

The worse massage I've had ever! Not worth it. I asked for deep tissue massage and got no pressure what so ever. This lady got really weird when she was massaging my butt like she was almost into it... first time there and i can tell you im NEVER coming back read more

I've been here a couple times now for a massage. I have left both times completely satisfied with the massages. Seriously, they were two of the best I've ever had. I did deep tissue both times, once for 60min and once for 90mim. The massage therapists asked me questions and the massages addressed the issues I was having. Everyone is so friendly and it is a very relaxing atmosphere. I will be making this my go-to massage place when I'm needing to treat myself! read more

Everything was perfect. The entire place has a very calming vibe. I got an excellent massage from Andrea. I will be returning.

Visiting the HHI area and came upon the Inner Peace Massage & Spa. The reviews encouraged me to give it a try. I very highly recommend Jasmin - she had a calmin demeanor, professional, kind and asked about me and my needs. She gave me an excellent Deep Tissue massage. Atmosphere was relaxing - perfect end to my vacation here. I'll look her up again when I'm in town! read more

always super professional and kind, I will always go here when I need to unwind and get my body feeling good again

My family and I have used this Spa a few times now. We like it and will continue to use it. This is our second year coming here for a Mother's Day gift to mom. Mama Bear "Sherry" was key in helping us make moms gift a reality. I would recommend giving this place a try. read more

Inner Peace Massage & Spa - Waiting area. Nice and clean. - Skin Care Near Me - Bluffton, South Carolina

I usually visit a few times a year (not near as often as I wish), but came in again this past week and wanted to provide and updated review. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and kind. The waiting area is quiet, relaxing, and smells nice. The entire place is always very clean. Diane was the massage therapist I saw this past time and she took the time to listen about my problem areas and recent activities as to why the areas were flared. I always recommend Inner Peace Massage when someone asks where they should go. Thanks again for a great experience! read more

I had the best facial with Emily. I mean the best. I love this place. This place was is very clean and very relaxing. U like that it is more bright relaxing then dark relaxing with the decor it that makes sense! I read a review about how great Emily was so I booked with her and I was not disappointed. I have had many facials and she gave me one of the best I ever had. Q read more

The facility was very calming and comfortable....as spas should be. The tranquil environment lent itself well to getting your mind and body relaxed before any therapeutic treatment. Finding the right fit though, must include choosing the most appropriate therapist for your needs. I sampled several, and all were good at their craft but Niasia was a standout. Though it was our first time together, she made my experience top notch. She listened to my concerns and trouble spots (which number quite a few) and not only did she remember everything, she worked each area until she got her desired result. As Niasia moved to different areas of my body, she made it a point to ask how the pressure was at each location. To me, this is an integral part of my therapy experience as I can handle a range of pressure depending on the body part. This focused customization was perfect for me. I knew Niasia was exceptional at her craft, because within thirty minutes, my neck and shoulders literally melted as the tightness and nagging discomfort disappeared. I have been depending on this type of therapy for years, so it made me ecstatic that my last session with Niasia fell into the category of "best all time massages". Glad my next appointment is tomorrow. Hurray. read more

Had the most amazing massage with Lexi! My wife purchased a massage package for my birthday and I couldn't be happier. Inner Peace is the only place I'd recommend for a massage in Bluffton read more

Wonderful experience! The entire staff was extremely professional & friendly. As soon as you walk in, it's such a tranquil environment with a fresh aroma flowing throughout the building. I'm glad both staff members (Brittney & Chantel) were really focused on working on me and my husband's target areas. We got the Grand Adventure package which was a really good package with a really good price. Browse through their website to get an idea of what each package entails & for what price. Plus, Inner Peace Massage is only through appointment only, so be sure to book it beforehand. Booking is quick and easy, whether it's through online or on the phone! Definitely coming back here again, hopefully soon! read more

Becoming a permanent customer! I have severe back pain from a career in the ER. April did an awesome job relieving my pain with a stellar deep tissue massage. I scheduled my next appointment before leaving the building. It is a calm and quiet office with the sweetest people. Massages are priced at average rates but quality is top shelf. I will be trying the other services they offer soon! read more

Excellent experience from the moment we arrived. Friendly and welcoming. I can honestly say I've never experienced a better deep-muscle massage. Definitely go for the 90 minute massage. Truly a wonderful experience. read more

Not a well put together business. Terrible customer service experience. There are much nicer spas in the Bluffton area you will like much better for many reasons. read more

I have been a client of Inner Peace for over a year now. Every time I step foot in there, I am instantly relaxed. A few months ago, I had the pleasure of getting Summer as my massage therapist. She has been a God send. She listened to my needs and just kind of "got me". She is not only an incredible massage therapist, but she actually cares and it's evident that working there is not just a paycheck, it's a passion. I would recommend her to anyone! Kudos to Inner Peace and Summer. read more

Check in was a bit confusing. They did not have me scheduled correctly, although I called and made my booking directly. Massage was good, not great. The place is nice and I did not feel rushed like I did at Massage Envy. I realize I prefer an actual spa type of experience for massages, vs. a "fast food" approach to in massage- "in and out "environment.. Get all relaxed during massage, then get dressed and go home. Kills the feeling of relaxation. read more

I was fortunate enough to receive a 2 hour Signature Massage from Habiba! Her knowledge, warmth, and presence make this an experience you won't forget. I explained my issues and she knew exactly what I needed. read more

I went in for a massage today and chose to see any available massage therapist since I've never been here before! I had Summer and let me tell you if you are wanting an amazingggggg massage she's your girl!! I will ALWAYS request her, always! The inside of this spa is beautiful and so relaxing! As soon as you walk in the door they make you feel so welcomed! I had a 90 minute massage and I really wish I could have laid there all day, it was that good! I highly recommend checking out Inner Peace, I know I will definitely be back! :) read more

As a first time client I was unfortunately not impressed with my massage experience at this establishment. The "Spa" portion of my visit was non-existent. I had a 90 minute massage, oil was not used during the entire massage, what was used was some sort of balm that did not feel pleasant when applied. It was also hard to rinse off in the shower and my skin still felt coated with it afterwards. No hot towels were used, a serious miss in my opinion. Usually there is one rolled for my neck and two draped over both feet. My therapist seemed almost annoyed during the entire massage, just going through the motions. She never checked in on the amount of pressure being applied, but did make a point to call out a mark I had on my body, basically embarrassing me right in the middle of the massage. She did have an appointment directly ahead of mine that I saw checking out so perhaps the therapist was tired and should of had a break. After getting dressed I was basically pushed out to the front door, therapist standing right next to the receptionist in the entryway handing me a water and telling me I should check out the other therapists. Apparently she doesn't need or want to retain any new clients. That was a first having someone tell me to take my business to someone else directly after my service. And I was a new customer!!! For a $130 massage at a "spa" this experience was a complete disappointment and felt very impersonal. If my experience was positive I would of added three new clients for this business. I will not visit this establishment again. read more

I had a massage with Jeannice today and it was wonderful. She was very nice and I feel fantastic. I would definitely recommend her! The spa itself is lovely. read more

Great DEEP Tissue Massage I really like DEEP tissue....So disappointing when I tell the masseuse that and they can't really do it....but Habiba can totally give you a massage as deep as you want. Very relaxing. A clean environment, nice atmosphere. A little pricey to me, but I guess it's the going rate.....easy to schedule....lots of choices for appointment times. read more

Went to Inner Peace Massage for the first time today. I was greeted warmly immediately upon entering, completed a short intake form and was then taken in for my deep tissue massage with Chantel. The atmosphere of the spa is warm, welcoming and induces relaxation. Chantel did an amazing job working out my lower back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain. She was friendly and professional. After my massage ended I was provided with a robe and slippers to move to my next appointment...an Eminence facial with Katie. Katie was warm, friendly and professional as well. We discussed my skin, my needs and she proceeded accordingly. The products are amazing and it was the first time I've left a facial without my face being bright red from overuse of steam or harsh products that don't work for my skin type...sensitive and Rosacea. I was really impressed with Inner Peace Massage and have already scheduled a return appointment. If you've never been, make an appointment. You'll be glad you did! read more

Such a gem in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area! I went for a 30 minute facial and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was amazing and very calming - as were all of the staff members. I had my first prenatal massage today with Liana. She was fantastic! I was extremely nervous going in as I have significant scoliosis that has made past massages very uncomfortable. Also, being pregnant, laying on my stomach isn't ideal. Liana set me up on my side with pregnancy pillows and was so accommodating to my scoliosis. I'm very talkative so it was nice having someone who knew exactly when to talk to me without making me feel like I wasn't getting a relaxing massage. She was so friendly and funny. Her training in prenatal massage and neuromuscular therapy made for an incredibly relaxing and wonderful massage. I loved the lotion she used, and it was so nice to know she saw I had a nut allergy and avoided any creams with nut oil in them. I would 100% recommend her to anyone, and working for years as a chiropractic assistant, I can say I've ran into my fair share of people who claim to be well-trained and aren't. I can't wait to go back during this pregnancy! Praise God for a wonderful, non-pushy massage business. read more
