I was greeted upon entry and asked what service I would like and I advised that I would like a pedicure. A few seconds later a lady (Ms. Tammy) waved for me to come to her. She was preparing the chair and advised me to sit down.... Once I was seated,I was given a brochure and asked what pedicure I would like. I chose the deluxe $45 she suggested the jelly pedicure $50.... I kinda wanted to try it so I obliged... It was a rainy day and the salon wasn't busy when I arrived but things quickly began to pick up after the rain cleared. After people started coming in I did not her speed up on my service. Ms. Tammy insisted that I get gel polish and I advised that I prefer regular polish. She polished my feet and put a fan to dry them.... Ms. Tammy moved on to her next client, another tech switched out the fan when it turned off. Ms. Tammy came back to check to see if my polish was dry and escorted me to the register I paid she told me "I'll see you next time!" The salon is clean and nice! They have lots of color options. It appears a few of the techs have appointments while the others are available for walk-ins... Overall I enjoyed my experience/service and I didn't feel rushed but I know if I come at a busier time I may not get as much attention. read more

Lily, the owner is always the first happy face I see and greeted immediately every time! I leave with a beautiful manicure or pedicure every time! I'm was looking for a new salon to take care of my monthly maintenance on nails and eyebrows and decided to give Elite nails a chance after viewing their work on yelp. I was highly disappointed. It seemed like my service was being rushed through by the nail tech and the quality was definitely impacted as a result. Salon did not clean my eyebrow area before applying wax. Overall I gave the salon one star because service and quality was no different than any other nail salon. read more

Lots of miscommunication. Tried to communicate with the lady what I wanted, provided photos, and asked for a fill of pink and white. It took a long time with a lot of back and forth to even find the correct color. I asked for a fill, when it came time to pay she insisted that I didn't ask for a fill. Very negative energy... took way more time than expected. read more

Went here today for the first time after having a few people recommend the place Upon sitting in the pedicure chair, the tech pointed out the most expensive pedicure and after saying no and pointing to the regular $35 pedicure, she pointed out a less expensive one but still more expensive than the regular pedicure I picked. After telling her I still want to do the 35$ pedicure she showed me two boxes (obviously that I assumed were to pick which scent I wanted for the pedicure I had picked) so I picked one and let her start the pedicure, I can still see dead skin peeling off my toes that I didn't notice until after I got home. I didn't catch her name but she is older and has glasses. She had went to grab hot towels for my legs when the pedicure was almost over & she burnt my legs with the hot towels because of how extremely hot they were and I watched her burn the next customer she had, legs with the hot towel as well ! I had also gotten two big toe extensions (atleast that is what I asked for) but all she did was put acrylic powder on my big toes and not the actual extension and was ridiculously charged an extra $15 for that! On top of the extra $15 for the gel polish on my toes (That I expected.) I also got my nails while I was here and what was supposed to be a gel fill turned to be a artificial nail removal and full set which I agreed to because my nails were separating from the fake nails I had on. Upon removing the artificial nail for a full set, they had used the fake nail tip to do the removal and the woman damaged my nails horribly, ripping parts of my nail beds off with the fake nails I had on that some nails started bleeding. All of my nails are extremely sore after leaving here. Not to mention I was charged for a $45 pedicure and only realized after leaving on my receipt when I had expressed multiple times I wanted to do the $35 pedicure. I'm very disappointed and believe I was extremely overcharged so needless to say this is the first and last time I'll be visiting this nail salon and won't be recommending to anyone. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. read more

I really hate to give this review because they actually did a good job on my nails. It was the their business management that was the problem. My boss game three of us a $50 gift card each for Mother's Day and the afternoon to be pampered. All three of us were overcharged according to the prices in their brochure. Then they got my coworker and I mixed up and said I owed more than what the gift card was for plus a tip. Not really putting everything together at the time I paid the $20 extra dollars and a $20 tip on my debit card. The debit card was charged $40 on 5/12/23 but on 5/15/23 that charges was reversed and a $50 charge was run. I've called and they act like they don't understand what I'm saying. My advice is to be careful and pay with cash unless you want unauthorized charges on your credit card. After telling my co-workers my experience they too where overcharged on their services. read more
