Today was a really terrible experience at nation nails. We were here once before, and my daughter had her nails done by the older gentleman. That was a good experience however, today her nails were done by the woman who works there. She's a very friendly lady however when she removed the tips from my daughter's nails, she actually tore the tip off the nail till it tore the nail bed and caused her to bleed. She did this not once, but twice. Two nails were bleeding. I can't understand why she works in a nail salon but does not know how to do this in a way that does not injure a person. She's obviously not even trained properly. Never again will we return to this business. I just hope my daughter does not get an infection from the injuries they caused her today. Meanwhile the older gentleman was giving me a pedicure. It started a half hour late. Then he rushed through it because their next appointments had already arrived before he even began my pedicure. They are overbooking themselves and with just two people working, no way they can keep up and do a quality service. I regret ever going there. read more

Don't know why this salon has good reviews. Went to have a dip set removed. Asked over and over not to use the drill on my nails and my request was ignored. There was a lot of debate outside the English language which made me feel left out of the decision making process. After biting my tongue through a mostly-unpleasant removal, she begins to rub lotion on my arms and hands. Since neither of our hands had been washed, she was wiping nail filings and particles all over me. It felt more like an exfoliation. I left with dirty hands, fingers and arms and chemicals caked to my fingers. A few days later, my nails were peeling up from the drill, breaking and brittle. Nope! No thanks. Will not return. However, the man I assumed to be the manager was quite kind and talkative. read more

I really don't know why this place is getting 5 stars. The man who did my nails was so RUDE!! He pushed my hands rather than gentle. He cut too short and ignored my request to keep the length. The nail drill made me bleed and he didn't apologize. He's desk was a disaster too! Cotton swabs left out, open super glue, and artificial nails and particles all over. That's a sanitary issue. I took a friend here with me to get pedicures and it was great. They have a huge selection of polish and take their time working on your feet. Highly recommend the nail art as well! I got a gel manicure $28 while on vacation. The lady was very nice and did a great job. I had gel on and I was pleased with the way they removed it. They have tons and tons of color options in regular, gel, and dip. I appreciated her taking time to tend to my cuticles and making sure I liked the shape. There were three people getting pedicures when I arrived so I waited about 5-10 minutes for just a walk in, that's very quick. I was very tempted to get a pedicure too but I didn't have time. The place is inside a shopping center so I wasn't sure when I first pulled up it was the right place. They did have a small sign out front. There was a small cafe across the shopping center that my dad sat in while he waited. He enjoyed cookies and a sandwich so that's a plus. read more

I have had nothing but bad experiences with nail salons on Wilmington Island since moving here. That all ended today! I decided to give them a try. Cant be worse than the other nail salon i tried. All I can say is Amazing!!!!! Went at 10:45 and there was no wait. Got the mani/pedi combo and was blown away at the quality of the pedicure. It was most most salons would upcharge as a spa pedi. Located inside the mini-mall; this was worth the search! This was a wonderful experience with plenty of attention to detail. We loved speaking with the owners and relaxing in the massage chairs. Searching for a new salon, my friend and I decided to try this place. Needless to say, we will not return. I intended on getting a gel mani and gel pedi but the man insisted on telling me how regular polish should be ok. The tech did not soak the polish of my toe nails and proceeded to scrap them with acetone. My pedicure was not relaxing at all and since she decided to scrap my toe nails I opted not to get a manicure. My friend had glitter polish on her toes so the man proceeds to tell her next time she needs to get a bottom coat and asks her where did she come from. He also manhandled her feet and legs. Needed a manicure while in vacation and this was close by. I Loved my experience here. The staff was super Friday and they got clients in and out in a timely manner. I got a manicure and my husband got a pedicure, he raved about the nail tech. He loves the massage and said his feet felt so much better, he definitely enjoyed his pedicure. In town for a conference, decided on this shop based on the reviews. Shop is located inside a small shopping center and the shop was neat. The day I went with a colleague, we were seen very quickly because no one else was in the shop. The lady with the glasses that did my pedi was nice and the experience with her was fair. However, I give this place 4 stars because I watched my colleague get a massage for the GODS on her legs and feet by a male employee, meanwhile my "experience" lasted like 5 minutes. I will say the lady's polish skills were good. If I'm ever back in Savannah and in need of a pedi, I will come back here, but I will most DEFINITELY ask for the older male employee to do my pedi because I was hella jealous watching my colleague's massage! read more

That was one of the best pedicures I've ever had! I came here once years ago when they first opened and vowed never to go back. But I was lazy and on vacation and it's the closest one to my parents' house. Admittedly, their color selection isn't awesome, but I'm also extra critical because I STILL can't find a place that has the Muppets OPI colors. Great massage (and massage chairs), awesome warm towel, and super gentle addressing toe nail issues! She was amazing! i wish I could spell/pronounce her name so everyone can ask for her! One of the best pedicure and waxing experiences I've ever had. I live in Atlanta and have been to a lot of nail salons. The ladies were great, professional, and everything was very clean. The spa pedicure was a great price for what they do, and so was everything else. I've never had an eyebrow waxing like the one I got here. The waxing and plucking were pretty standard, but she gave me an AMAZING fascial massage after. I'm down in Tybee often and will definitely be coming back here. read more

Had a nice pedicure. The massage chair was large and easily accommodate a tall guy. Went there to relax and enjoy the pedicure, but left all notted up inside due to the blarring Fox News on the TV. I'm sorry to be the first to rate this place as less than five stars, but this was not the experience I had hoped for. To start, the ambiance... Well there is none. It looks like some pedicure chairs and manicure tables were thrown into an office space. It was not relaxing or a nice surrounding to be in. The owner nor staff were aware of how to make their massage chairs function properly so I ended up not using it. The foot tubs are covered in plastic so they didn't have to clean them - which is both concerning for cleanliness and tacky to me. The owner was very nice but my pedicure was not all that well done. She gave me a massage with salt scrub, not lotion, so it wasn't as pleasant as other places. The polish they carry is not of a high grade either. Lastly, I was not a fan of the very strong smelling "tingling oil" they put on my legs at the end. The smell permeated my clothes to the extent that I had to wash it off when I got home. My car still smelled like it the next day. All in all, a nice staff is not enough for me to return. I want a relaxing experience and quality pedicure if I plan to come back. read more
