I drive 45 minutes to come to this nail salon for a pedicure. Every time I come in the staff is so nice. They offer beverages and occupy my daughter with dumdum lollipops. I leave so relaxed. It feels like I've been there a few hours; But, in actuality it was only about 45 minutes to an hour. They are fast and do an excellent job! I've never felt like they rushed through. As far as price goes I feel like it's extremely reasonable. I absolutely recommend this place. read more

The tech that did my nails did me a manicured. He didn't even clean under my nails and i still have pink paint on my nails from previous set. He soaked my nails in water and just began to shape them instead of cleaning them properly. now i have only my tips done and its very noticeable. If he would do this to my regular nails i won't even attempt to get any nail enhancements. They also didn't have clean tools out a packet seems like they used old tools. He also wasn't responsive at all or engaging to me. i just sat and the chair and he didn't greet me or have any conversation for me. the establishment is nice but the service is poor!!!! read more

Literally the WORST manicure I've EVER had. I travel weekly for work and have been to many, many nail salons over the years. I've literally never seen such a high level of incompetence before. First of all, the woman talked (and laughed) incessantly to herself. That was odd, but whatever. Then she cut me. That wasn't good, but I understand mistakes happen. Then she spent the next TWENTY MINUTES roughly rubbing at the cut to try to get it to stop bleeding, despite my insistence that A) that hurt and B) she was only making the bleeding worse. As if that weren't enough, the polish job was awful. I left with polish all over my fingers. It looked like a Parkinson's patient painted my nails. Last but not least, she had the audacity to try to charge me full price, which I obviously refused to do. I honestly wouldn't consider going back to this place even if it were the last nail salon on earth. read more

First time here. Very friendly, read the great reviews then decided to try it over my regular salon. I ended up spending 3 hours here for a mani/pedi that simply would not dry, was redone 3 times too. Got home and still did not look good. Will not go back!!! read more

When I first went in, (a year ago) I asked if they were able to do a partial pedicure. I explained it is because it is uncomfortable for me to have the bottom of my feet scrubbed. Yes, was the answer, not a problem. I paid what was charged and tip 35%+ Grateful, I began promoting their business to friends. They ask me to hand out their flyer/coupons- I do. As time went on and I go in and ask for a partial pedicure, I am now treated as a second class citizen. I come in sit down in the chair and wait. Last time, the girl proceeds to clean all of the foot baths, and everything else and I've already waited for 30 minutes. The Young lady next to me makes mention of it-seeing I was there before her, observing how...rude. I decide to get up to leave ... I have repeatedly tried to be patient and kind and considerate... When in actuality, more and more they do a crap job, and due to not wanting to change I just continued to go until now. Bottom line they are very rude, sub par and I'm done. read more

I wish a negative star was offered! I went there and first the spa (I use the term lightly) chair was broken. It wouldn't move forwards or backwards. The settings for chair massage were broken. The man tried to convince me that it just worked that way. I needed gel polish for hands. Same brand, sane color and number code, and two different colors. He didn't cut my nails short enough, as I had asked. It was a so-so job. I was desperate for nails to be done. Gel started peeling by day 4 and reg polish on toes has totally come off by day 6. On day 4 went by "salon" really? to request a redo and he seriously tried to tell me that my nails had grown that much for the gel to be PEELING off my nails in 4 days! This isn't my first time. I give them a NEGATIVE 2 STARS rating. I even wonder if they are clean. Scary thought. read more

New to the area so gave this salon a try...big mistake! My nails looked horrible..one was uneven, some were discolored...red and brownish showing thru! Weren't trimmed properly etc. etc. Had to go to another salon a week later to have it all fixed. Took over an hour to correct all the problems but they are all fine now. I will NEVER to back!. I always have a great experience at this location. As long as Annie or Sean are the technicians doing my nails. I have had acrylic, and the UV gel and they always come out wonderful. My best friend has had the Shellac manicure here as well and had no complaints. There are 2 tech's I wouldn't recommend (unsure of their names) and I have seen the horrific jobs they can do. Just be sure to ask for Annie or Sean. I ALWAYS get my eyebrows waxed here, and they come out perfectly! I would only allow Annie to do them. The pedicures are nice, too, as well as their massage chair. The only complaint I have would be they aren't very experienced in designs on your nails. For instance, I wanted a simple mummy/ghost design painted onto my nails for Halloween, I even had the picture to show them. They ended up giving me some crazy orange & black flower. Wouldn't recommend if you have a specific design you are wanting. read more

I cannot even begin to describe my horrible experience at this location. The lady did not even know how to do a gel manicure and the man had to explain everything to her. She tried holding gel nails up to a regular lamp and not a specialized light that is required for gel. POLISH WAS EVERYWHERE. When the gentleman tried to take over he did not even know how to evenly file my nails. He also did not soak my cuticles and cut them.
