I've never seen anyone walk out unhappy. I am very sad to have heard about some of the nasty reviews for this salon. *If you call during the Holiday season don't expect to get an appointment and then give a one-star review because you can't get in, especially when you've never been there before. *If you're a walk in and they've just opened and ask for a wax and are told you have to wait since the machine has to heat up, don't throw a hissy fit. Also, when you ask for a bald head shave and fade and are told that you might be better off going to a Barber Shop, don't call people nasty and hurtful names in your review. I just don't get why people need to be mean.

They swap out who is doing the work, so you have to repeat yourself several times. They had me sit in the chair and wait 40 minutes before starting my pedicure.. so the water had long gone cold. My dip color was incorrect. I asked for a glazed white and I got sparkly pink. The dip is thick and uneven, and my nails weren't filed correctly. A waste of $140. I'm convinced there are no good nail salons in Bluffton, and I'm definitely not going to come back here..

Catalina Esthetics provides top quality customer service. Catalina is very knowledgeable on skin care and very friendly. I often get ingrown hairs from shaving. She customized my facial down to the products. She painlessly removed the ingrown hairs. She extracted my clogged pores and performed a facial massage. She applied a face mask using products specifically tailored to my needs. As an added bonus, the facial included a hand and arm massage. She was incredibly nice and easy to talk to but certainly not forceful with conversation. I would 100% recommend. I will definitely be returning. Best way to decompress, hands down!
