Came all the way from New York to get the best mani pedi ever. We think in NY we have everything then I see more color choices then I have EVER seen. A gentleman worked on me nice and slow not rushing me at all despite it being busy. My big toe had potential ingrown nais that he carefully rescued. They have NEVER been so shiny! I came here on a Friday night 45 minutes before closing expecting to be turned away since I wanted a manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere was pretty standard for a nail salon but it was also very clean which was refreshing. They took us in with open arms, and had no issue staying open to accommodate us. I thought that was super sweet. Autumn was thorough and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back! read more

Came here for dip nails and gel pedicure. My dip chipped off my thumb nail in 9 days. I made an appointment to get it fixed and not only did I have to wait 20 min past my appointment time, they also charged me to fix their poorly done work. My white dip nails are also yellow, which they tried to say is "normal" but I've had white nails plenty of times and this has never happened. I really enjoyed my visit today! I live in California, but needed to get my nails done & this place was super accommodating to me, my mom and my 2 daughters. We were all able to sit next to each other for our pedicures which we enjoyed. Such a pleasant experience, everyone was very friendly. I love my nails! I am bummed I'll only get to have them done here once a year when I come to visit :( but I know my mom will be back in the mean time :) read more

The manager, Abigail is pretty consistently nice but there are other nail techs with such bad attitudes. I thought they would be a nice change since moving to the area, but sadly it's been more of the same nonsense as the big city I came from. I wish things were different, but I'll just have to find a place with more consistent polite, professional service. I went to this place many times. Very friendly staff and appeared to be very clean. Unfortunately, i went in sept for a manicure. My nail looked infected and some fell off. I went back in november for a pedi and showed the owner my finger. She said you must of got water under it. So i had a pedicure november 6. Shortly after i had pain in my big toe. It swelled and hurt terribly. Went to podiatrist. After months of ebsom salt baths, creams, etc. dr put me on anti biotics. Eight months later. It still pains me and i have trouble wearing most shoes. read more

This place is great! They know what they are doing. I am from New York, I have tried about 8 places. I had infections from other places . This place is great!!! Autumn , greets you! Knows your name. Terrible service. I waited for 60 minutes with my feet in the water. Finally gentlemen did my pedicure. Cut my big toe nail so short, then painted my nails the wrong color. When I told him, he put the color I wanted over the top! I was in there 2 hours and did not have enough time to do my fingers. read more

Worst gel manicure I have EVER had. She filed my nails so aggressively and short that they're painful. She didn't cover the sides of my nails with the polish and it's painted bumpy. Extremely unhappy that I paid for this disaster of a manicure. read more

I tried this place based on the reviews and I'm glad I did! I received the best pedicure I ever had! I'm on my feet 12-14 hours a day and my legs and feet have been hurting me so I decided to treat myself. I was immediately greeted and asked to pick a color than to have a seat in a plush chair. I had my choice of several fragrances for the lotions which I liked. The foot and leg massage was fantastic! I'll definitely be returning. read more

The guy who did my nails was constantly distracted. He stopped working on my nails to look up when someone talked or came in. He answered numerous phone calls. He got up and went to a back room for several minutes. He actually nodded off a couple of times. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for a gel fill. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I won't go back! read more
