The staff is amazing, their work is gorgeous, and the rates are very affordable. Now I'm actually ecstatic that the blunder caused me to find a new salon. My stylist here at Celadon, Mandy, was exceptional - confident, meticulous, and super talented. My color and highlights looked so natural. For a first visit, she instinctively knew how to style my short cut. For whatever reason past stylists would always end up doing their own thing, even after I explained time and time again that I really wasn't too pleased with the results. This time the appointment took about two hours with a haircut which was half the time it took in Dallas but the same price. I did not wash my hair for three days to make sure the process took but once washed, you could not tell I had a Brazilian blow out. My hair was super frizzy and not stick straight like the one I received in Dallas. Danielle said that depending on how straight I wanted it she would increase the tension during the process. Despite requesting that it be stick straight it came out wavy. Also, during my appointment I was not offered a beverage.

I don't know what kind of voodoo hair magic she used but I am so in love with my hair, it turned out a million times better than what I thought it would in my head. I have been getting so many compliments on my hair. The vibe of the salon was relaxed and welcoming. I get so much anxiety over having to schedule for a hair service online, I always worry that I booked the wrong type of appointment for what I want to get done so I was happy I could message Sarah and have a chat about what my hair goals were and get scheduled for the correct services.

The color is difficult to tell in the photos but the tone was extremely yellow. She also caused chemical breakage on one side of my head with her blow drying techniques. See photo below. This salon ruined my hair and refused to give me a refund!! Also I should mention I emailed several times and called several times for an entire week before getting fed up and posting on Facebook which is when they finally decided to get in touch with me saying they don't issue refunds (even though they absolutely ruined my hair and I had to pay a ridiculous amount at another salon for a color correction)! Oh and they blocked me on Facebook and they filter bad reviews so be warned!
