We visited this restaurant on 4/24/26. It's located in Jenks. I suggest making reservations as we had been trying to go there for a few months and it was always packed. On this day we went between brunch and lunch so it was quiet. As they were setting up for lunch, a lot of tables had reservations signs on them. So, like I said, make reservations. For our meal we split salmon benedict and the spring salad. When we told them that we were splitting it, they brought it out already split, which was so nice. We never expect or ask restaurants to do that so if they do it's always a pleasant surprise. This place is cool because you can go dressed up but don't feel too out of place if you are dressed down. Although I will say that wouldn't dress down for dinner service. It feels like evenings probably a nicer service. We looked at the dinner menu and plan to go back for it. I have been here a few times. Appetizers here are so good. The chicken satay, nachos, and Brussel sprouts are so yummy. Their adult happy meal is so yummy. Cheeseburger with Brie, bacon jam, and arugula with very good French fries. The martini is considered the adult toy. Their cocktails are fun too. They also do very nice mocktails. The steak & fish were not warm & were at best room temperature. We had to literally wave & flag down our wait staff to get any form of service, while the older woman with dark hair manager did not step in to help. We had been looking forward to trying Pure and finally had a chance to try on a weeknight. We did not have reservations but there were able to accommodate seating with the available tables. It is a beautiful addition to Jenks. Since we were participating in dry January, the bartender was able to create yummy cocktails for us. We shared the chicken and dumplings (Ricotta, gnocchi, parmesan cream, herb crumble) and chopped salad. I wasn't crazy about the gnocchi as I prefer more of a fluffy texture and the overall concept didn't work for me. The table next to us had the salmon which looked really good as well as the Brussels. Pros- fantastic food and beautiful atmosphere. Cons- terrible service. When you walk in, no one looks up to tell you where to go or where to sit. My water glass came with lipstick. We went to Pure last week Saturday the 18th. I was apprehensive but our experience proved me wrong. We were a party of 4. We started with appetizers of nachos and Brussel sprouts. Both excellent. Two people had the burger and he other two had chicken dumplings and pasta bolognese. The chicken and dumplings was very good, but the pasta bolognese was out of this world! We stopped into this new restaurant after enjoying a visit to Stella & Sloane next door. Brenden was our server--fun, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The ambiance instantly reminded us of our beloved wine country, especially Sonoma. The food was good overall, though a few small tweaks would make it outstanding (hence the 4 stars). The Parker Rolls were delicious, but the Lavender Butter wasn't our favorite--offering a classic butter as an alternative option would be a nice touch. The Chicken & Dumplings were served hot and fresh, but a way too salty for my taste, so I didn't finish the dish. When I received the order, I felt a little foolish because the ingredients---two tortillas, rice, beans, a palmful of lettuce, two very small pieces of avocado, and one scrambled egg---should have been lower than the meal cost (about $15). I was very eager to try this restaurant, as someone who grew up in Jenks and is always searching for healthy dining options. Unfortunately, my family's experience fell short of expectations. The entry layout is somewhat confusing, creating an awkward situation where guests waiting to be seated stand uncomfortably close to those already dining. After being seated, we were not asked for our drink preferences. We were brought coffee that was noticeably weak, and although the owner kindly offered it complimentary, we would have preferred a higher-quality brew over a free one. On a positive note, the Chicken Satay appetizer was excellent. However, we observed our burgers sitting on the counter for nearly ten minutes before being served, resulting in burnt buns from the heat lamp and cold fries. For the price point, both the service and the execution of the dishes did not meet expectations. We have been waiting for Pure Kitchen in Jenks to open. We poked our heads in hoping to grab an early Anniversary cocktail. The staff said they were still going through their soft opening and didn't actually open until Four. (It was maybe 3:30) However, Cynthia and crew said please come in, sit at the bar, we will even see what the kitchen already has prepped for food. We were sooo glad they did! What a beautiful restaurant! Great vibe, excellent wait and bar staff, and Chef Robert and his crew were rocking the kitchen. We really only wanted a drink but the menu was enticing and the aromas from the open kitchen smelled amazing. We ordered the Valentino with extra lemon for the bride and I went with the Paloma. The smells were too great so we ordered the Chicken Satay in peanut sauce. Then Cynthia came up and said we could also order the Salmon Poke Tacos off the lunch menu... heck why not! After all it was the brides anniversary. Hands down those Poke Tacos were the star of the show... I made the decision to go all in did the math was extremely excited.I contacted the owner by text have receipt a week before the sudden closure of Pure Food and Juice. After our conversation I was going to purchase their meal plan invest approximately $3500. I DODGED A BULLET,! Pure Food Juice closed the following week. One of the issues I have is the owner Cynthia Donaldson (Beavers) had to have known Pure Food Juice was closing.Cynthia Donaldson in my opinion regardless of knowing Pure Food Juice was closing and chose to still sell gift cards meal plans knowingly. My sister who works hard for her money as we all do has a gift card that that cannot be used. I contacted Pure Kitchen Market addressed the issue with Stephanie.Stephanie made it very clear that Pure Food and Juice and Pure Kitchen Market are two different companies. Stephanie further stated that the owner Cynthia Donaldson who is a co owner of Pure Kitchen Market did not tell anyone they were closing.Just closed it After explaining sisters gift card issue Stephanie said that Pure Kitchen Market is seeing how to handle that and will know more in two weeks My sister in good faith invested her hard earned money in her health and a meal plan gift card.My question to you since the Co owner of Pure Kitchen Market Cynthia Donaldson decided to shut down Pure Food Juice leave customers who purchased gift cards hanging what should she do? 2 weeks while you figure out what to do is a long time for someone to go without eating. We had a great experience for our first visit to the Jenks location. I wish I remembered the name of our server but he was attentive, quick and made great suggestions. We started with the poke salmon tacos which I highly recommend. Very crisp and fresh! For dinner I had the salmon with butternut squash risotto and my husband had the "adult happy meal" which is a burger and martini. My salmon was cooked perfectly and the risotto had a ton of flavor and lots of garlic which I love. The adult happy meal is a great price. You basically get the martini for free. My only suggestion would be to tell them how you like your burger cooked. My husband prefers medium to medium rare and it was well done. 60 dollar steak not medium rare as requested and potatoes were not "real mashed potatoes. I was left unattended after buying a 60 dollar steak and 50 dollar bottle of wine. No ice and then Waited about 15 minutes for a dessert menu or my ticket. I ordered dessert and coffee and a liqueur and half the coffee was spilled. And waitress left. No napkin under plate or offer to refill. No response when I asked for a refill on coffee. The managment then sent the waitresss over to tell me my table was now needed and could I move to the bar. I was meeting a friend who was late. I told them firmly no, after spending $200 plus. I was dressed plainly and sure that had something to do with the "attitude". I told the waitress to tell ur manager shame on ur manager (middle-aged blonde female) for sending u over here. I have just moved to Jenks and will Never go again. Amusingly? I was antiquing at The American Heritage Antique business across the street. The owner said he had talked to a man who had walked out due to their demeanor. We started with the Chicken Satay and Parker Dinner Rolls with Lavender Honey Butter. The chicken was so good I didn't even take time to savor the flavor. The lavender was a pleasant addition to the honey butter, while still giving it that sweet honey taste. We ordered the Chicken and Dumplings and the Burger for our entree. The Burger was out of this world! Perfectly cooked and it had chopped pieces of candy bacon on it. Finished everything off with the Chocolate Ganache which was very rich and delicious.
