With exposed brick walls, creaky historical wooden floors, huge glass windows overlooking the town square, the space feels roomy and restorative. The classes I've taken there had sensitive and wise teachers who offered creative stretches with multiple adjustments for every skill level.

She was talking with Stacy and i asked question about my renewal date and they just ignored and laughed . I think its all comes from management all gossiping making fun of me it was too much i asked why didn't you ask Stacy the question I asked she said i am yelling at her I have all the recording i didn't raise my voice . She told me to leave the place . They charged me twice for cancelation which i didn't cancel the class . I was explaining and the manager was rude saying i am nasty Yes i have accent i look different and yes i can speak other languages. After grabbing some weights and equipment for the class, I got started. I liked the blend of yoga, bar and aerobic exercises, and more tension-based exercises with the core. Keeps things more interesting with the variety of movements. I had a substitute instructor who was overall great and very encouraging. She really pushed us because she would often count down for some exercises which would make me think we would be done after that, but then she would lead us right into another exercise using the same muscles so you wouldn't get a break! Overall a great opportunity to be challenged with a full body workout! I would definitely go back if price wasn't a barrier for me personally. Membership prices range from $90/month for 4 classes a month to $160/month (unlimited classes.

I've made so many new friendships and let's be honest.. it's hard to make new friends as an adult. It's my place of choice to go to relieve stress, to focus on getting stronger and to just breathe. They do not…read moreprovide true yoga classes as I have experienced them, this is NOT a true yoga studio, this is a yoga mill, cheap corporate "yoga". I think for $124.00 a month, the instructors should go through the class with us, instead, they just walk around spouting a memorized script that NEVER changes. They also have classes with NO instructors, only audio. I could easily do this at home via Youtube (again, for $124 a month!). There is no yoga music, the studio does not convey a "yoga" feeling, it's a sterile environment, and some of the workers are rude. So it's essentially a cold experience. At least for me. I did the 30-day trial, going through several different types of classes they offer, and decided it wasn't for me, but they auto-drafted on the last day of your trial, so be quick to cancel!!! I missed the window and they grabbed my money. I feel this is predatory because they will not refund ANYTHING, they just point to the rules. Also, they don't answer the phone no matter how many times you call all day long. Avoid Sunstone, there are better/real yoga studios out there. I didn't enjoy it, but they can enjoy my monetary contribution.

I have never ever liked to exercise until I was introduced to the Bar Method and the amazing staff at the Plano location. The Bar Method has helped me to gain strength and improve my overall fitness while accommodating, previous injuries (knee and foot). And somehow, this workout never gets easier or routine. The stronger I get the more I'm able to engage my muscles and benefit from the workout. And the class formats and moves are always being updated so there's always something new. The studio itself is very nice, new, and cozy. The staff, including the instructors, are very nice and do a good job in welcoming you the Club Pilates family. They offer different packages in terms of membership, which range from being able to go to one studio to unlimited access to all the studios across the metroplex.
