My experience with EOS has been extremely frustrating. This gym has been open for less than a year…read moreand has already gone through three different sales managers, which speaks volumes about the lack of consistency and leadership. I referred two individuals to this location, which should have qualified me for three months of free membership per their referral program. However, despite multiple attempts to get clarity and resolution, the internal team has been completely unhelpful. Communication has been poor across the board, and it has been nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at a corporate level via phone. At this point, it feels like they have done everything possible to ignore the situation and avoid honoring their own referral incentives. There was no follow-ups, no accountability, and no clear answers. On top of that, I also signed up for assisted stretching services and was very disappointed with the experience. Based on the contract terms, I hand-delivered a cancellation notice to their corporate office in Dallas (off the Tollway), but the cancellation was still denied. Once again, I ran into the same issues with poor communication, lack of follow-up, and it took nearly a month just to get in touch with someone.

I went to redeem a free work out as a plus one with my step mom, she had been raving about this place for a while so it was nice to be able to to join finally! Sometimes t can be a bit overwhelming when it comes to trying a new gym or workout place, but as soon as we walked in the front desk personnel greeted me, assured that the class would be free, and then gave a in depth tour of the facility! I'm not sure if that's required, but it was so nice! She then set me up with all the proper equipment, and made sure we were in the correct sauna! The workout was amazing, I don't think i've sweat that much in a while!!! After the work out she proceeded to give me an exclusive offer and even told me that if I just come back they would work with me! Unfortunately, the area is a bit far from me given it's my step moms home location, and I am more located in central Dallas, or I would commit in a heartbeat! One of the biggest downsides to these workouts is not having enough time between sessions. There should at least be 5 minute breaks between sessions. He walked me through all the goodies: weights, recovery center, sauna, fitness classes and a bunch more, all bundled into different membership packages. I was suprised learn it costs about the same as a cute TJ Maxx outfit or a full tank of gas if you're feeling like getting the full membership. And get this: you can bring a friend for free every single visit. Love that Crunch Fitness thought of this built-in gym buddy system, nice idea! I've got a few of friends who rave about how much they enjoy their membership. They say it's a great place to network with other business professionals or just vibe with likeminded fitness folks. I didn't sign up today because I'm checking if my UHC insurance might cover it (I might already be a member and not know it). But if you're thinking about it, I recommend joining! Look at their Yelp offer and take advantage of their one day pass to see if it fits your vibe.

July we were told that new management was coming that following Monday. I show up Monday no one there lights off doors locked. No explanation try reaching out to D1 no response for about 2-3 weeks. Finally we get a call stating that their new management and they will be starting class back up and that we would have the weeks missed added to the end of the contract. Well everything was fine until December 12 when I get a text message telling me classes were canceled. I called and spoke with Corey and he stated that the facility was going to be closing for renovations. I already knew something was up. The space is small what more can they do to it. Well, he told me that we will be getting an email from corporate about what going on and that we will be getting refunds. I did receive an email from corporate that Sunday night telling me another lie about what they're doing and how they plan to reopen in 6 weeks but that we were going to be getting a refund by the end of the week. That was December 15 and today is Jan 16 and I still have yet to receive anything from D1. I have sent emails with no response. I called the Frisco location which is were Corey from Firewheel D1 went to. He told me that refunds had been refunded, but after talking to some the other clients that also attended D1 Firewheel they have not yet received their refund either. I've reached out to corporate no response the number for corporate on the website for immediate assistance goes straight to voicemail. I really thought highly of D1 the trainers were all great. But, the owners they don't care about us. They only care about lining their pockets.
