Mark was our coach both times and he did a great job of keeping the workouts fun, challenging and interactive. He also made sure that everyone had proper technique and gave me several excellent tips. The other crossfitters were also super friendly and encouraging towards me, and one another, throughout the workouts and made me feel immediately at home. I kept getting told that I was past the 30 days cancellation but that was due to the lack of communication on F45's part. It's very easy to communicate when you're contemplating becoming a member but extremely hard to get a hold of someone when you wish to cancel. The classes themselves were fine- good instructors and solid workouts- but the billing and cancellation process feels misleading and difficult. Be aware this is a recurring membership that's difficult to cancel and can only be done through a hard-to-find link.
