Absolutely horrifying experience trying to get this gym to cancel my membership after I left town due to their "you have to sign a paper in person to cancel"......HOW IS THAT A REQUIREMENT IN 2025. After talking to the manager, the franchise owner and getting no resolve, it is evident that they bank on people to sign up and trap them by making cancellation a challenge. Plano has a lot of amazing gym facilities and this one should be last on the list given their customer service is horrible. read more

Used to be a really good gym, now it's a gym. Equipment is dated and needs some upkeep here and there but the free weights are fine. Not the cleanest, but the limited staff does their best. Being mindful of the virus, I believe that this gym has the right amount of "cleaning" spray stations and even wet wipes to clean the equipment. Unfortunately, not all gym people are mindful of others and there is the occasional dirty wipes/towels laying around. Something you probably can't control however the trainers, front-desk staff and managers of the gyms are super happy and always greet me when I walk in. They actually know my name and answer gym related questions when I have them! For $30/month you get water massage bed, tanning bed, great gym access 24/7, free STYKU body scans (pretty cool!), usage of a REACT machine for great leg workouts (if you know you know, if you don't GO TRY IT OUT NOW!). This place smells of sewage most of the time, day or night. Instead of a water fountain, one of the two is broke for several months, they put in old style water 5 gallon water station that is empty in the evenings Before 8pm, this place is nice and clean, and the staff is always friendly. After 8pm, when the staff is gone, it is a circus. Below is after 8pm: - if you are lucky, you will get to see someone working out without a shirt. If you say something to that person, nothing will happen - depending on the day, usually a Wednesday or Thursday, someone who clearly is not working out will ask you if you are, "ok." What they mean is, do you want drugs - people will bring their children in sometimes and let them play on the equipment - it is basically the behavior of children with no supervision - if you sit in the parking lot and watch the door, you fill find people without member ships jump out of their car, as if they are just coming in, when a person with a membership unlocks the door to go in. Not just one, but several people at a time do this. if you ask if they are a member, there is an excuse as to why they cannot verify that they are, or outright refuse to discus it. This gym is a great convenient gym. They are friendly and have many options to choose on workouts.

I love this gym because of how convenient it is and the staff cares but the only problem is late at night, after staff leaves younger members bringing 3-5 extra people with them and those who don't pay to use the gym taking over machines or not taking proper care of it. I'm leaving 5 stars because I know how this affects reviews and the staff is beyond great but something needs to be done about this "sneaking in" people. 10pm looks like a 5pm and it's beyond uncomfortable! read more

Great place to workout. This gym is well rounded with a great variety of equipment. We don't use their programs by they are a available for members. This gym is always clean, the staff are friendly, and more importantly, its convenient hours and location are key. Our family placed membership after their opening in January 2019. I've been coming here since October and I attend the specialized small work out classes that Norris runs. I love that it's always CLEAN. Workers work hard to keep it that way. It DOESNT SMELL like most gyms! So far, I've met Grace up front and she is always a doll. She remembers most members and makes a point to check in on them and answer questions. I love her enthusiasm for the members! She even joined me in class when I first started (she had to show up early since she can't do it on work time) because I had told her I had a lot of anxiety going to the gym and especially joining a work out class! She walked me through my class and ensured me it isn't so bad and I have been smittened by her since! Another person I've met and adore is Norris! He coaches the small training classes---love these! If you are out of shape, scared of going in and making a fool of yourself; I highly recommend this class! They have class as early as 5:30 am! Each class is 30 mins! Very manageable! I have the unlimited classes and I go twice a day, back to back for a total of 1 hour! All members can try out for 2 classes free. Norris is devoted to helping all his clients. He will start you off with a body scan and it will measure all your current body stats/fats/etc and he will give you a personalized analysis. I've been going for 2.5 months and I've never felt better. I love what Norris has done for me through his coaching and patience with me. His work outs are different everyday, he keeps class size small so he can focus on each person. Everyday I attend, he pushes me harder each time. I am really extremely thankful to him. Price point is also something to consider. They make it affordable for everyone to work out. Health is wealth, stop being broke ! It's free to come in and try. I definitely love this gem in our town!
