Puls sent a repair man to my house to fix a broken refrigerator and washing machine. Two men arrived. One of the men worked on diagnosing my refrigerator while the other person translated for him. The same man who worked on the fridge went to diagnose my washing machine and his diagnosis was the computer board was broken and needed to be replaced for $350 after looking at it for less than 60 seconds. After they gave me the quotes the 1 man who was translating told me the guy who was making the diagnosis didnt work for pulse but was just his friend. So basically I realized I had let someone into my home who no background check was done on and was possibly not licensed. I find it very frustrating that they would work with a repair man who would just bring his buddy along with him because he is not qualified enough to diagnose the problems himself. After they left I ran an actual diagnostic test on the washing machine and saw that it just needed to be calibrated. I performed the calibration and was able to fix the washer on my own. So the technician they hired who brought his buddy along didnt even give a correct diagnosis. I am still waiting on a refund for my diagnosis since it was incorrect and was given to me by someone who isnt even contracted by Puls. read more

I scheduled an appointment with this company last Saturday, they gave me an appointment for 3-4 pm but no one ever showed up. So I rescheduled it for the following Tuesday. The technician didn't place the replacement screen on the correct way, it was completely lop sided.The phone was fixed for 3 days and the screen wasn't working, I wasn't able to click on anything on my screen. So I used the guarantee call to have the phone repaired again that Friday, the phone was fine all day then Saturday morning, the same problem occurred. I used the guarantee call again to re repair the phone. Then today, the same problem happened again, so I called a technician to come out once again. After I made the call and scheduled an appointment to have the phone fixed for another time, the phone was in my pocket and I hit it against the wall, which lead the phone to have a small crack in it. The tech came in and told me he wouldn't be able to repair the phone because of the crack. He told me that I'd have to pay the full repair price again, even though the initial problem with the phone was the inability to use the screen after the first 3 repairs. They offered me $20 off, which is crap because the reason the phone isn't working was because of their technicians inability to repair the phone the correct way the first time. Tech "Mark" was absolutely the best! I'm already talking about this company to everyone I know. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable, professional. So here's what happened four days later. The best I can tell the battery that was replaced in my iPhone was not a good battery. My phone does not keep a charge more than an hour to an hour and a half. When I contacted cell savers, the red tape you have to go through to get somebody back at your house to take care of the problem is unbelievable completely inconvenient consider this when you're using their service. I ended up taking my phone to a brick-and-mortar store and have them replace the battery and now it's working fine. It's unfortunate because I really love the service of somebody coming to your house and not me having to go to a store to get this taken care of unfortunately it ended up I had to go to a store to get it taken care of. read more

After having an appointment scheduled in advance and waiting hours for the technicians arrival, I get a call 5 MINUTES prior to my appointment time saying that they don't have a technician available for my appointment window and couldn't get anyone else out the rest of the day. The whole concept with this company is absurd! It's the Uber for repair service. Yes, they come out the same day but the technicians are unaccountableand have no integrity, the technicians have no training. They have an app that summons anyone wanting to make some fast cash calling themselves a repair technician! This appliance repair service completely SCAMMED me! They supposedly guarantee the work but I have had different doofuses come out and nothing was fixed! It has been a major hullabaloo! I replaced the floors after the first leak and am waiting to do it again. The first "repairman" gave me a song and dance that my 4 year old LG washer was leaking due to a broken internal tube. We had to wait for the part to come in. He came back and for $228 after he allegedly repaired it- it continued to leak and started making a noise!!! So, we called their foreign call center to be shuffled from person to person and lied to. I know their scripts by heart now after calling a bazillion times! They sent another guy who said no way that the first guy replaced the tube because he never removed the stackable dryer to look at the machine!!! He said he would come back but never did. I have been calling MULTIPLE times a day for the last 10 days. Washer has been leaking for 3 weeks! They said they were sending a repairman - no one showed! So, I called another company and that repairman said no part was fixed and he had to order it but I had to pay him $350 more! So, I asked PULS for my money back if they could not fix it. No response. They keep telling me a manager will call but it has been 10 days! Where is my call?????? Where is my money? Where is the 90 day guarantee????? Today they sent a guy out, who I questioned about his training. He looked like he rolled out of bed in the middle of the afternoon. He had no training, no certifications. He knew as much about fixing a washing machine as I did! Then, he "diagnoses" that the machine was not leaking for him! So, why is there water pooling underneath the washer still? Ugh!!! If you are ready to deal with untrustworthy technicians and you feel like being taken for a ride and deal with the worst customer service ever, call them. I learned my lesson! Met at a Cheeba hut in Tempe and sipped on a cold one while the repair took place. No questioning about the price, the quote you get is what you pay. Very poor customer service. Found them online and it stated that they provided service seven days a week. My double oven microwave /Convection oven went out. Called right away on Saturday and was told they could have a tech out in Sunday. We agreed on a time frame and was anxious to get it fixed...I have a family to feed On Sunday at 11am, the beginning of the time slot we received a call from a very shy customer service rep. She stated that they couldn't get a tech and we would have to reschedule next week. She was not professional nor apologized for the delay. It was as if I was talking to the techs daughter or wife and they needed to make up an excuse as to why he could not come. Professional and service provided as expected. I had an iPad with a broken screen. I contacted CellSavers. The text updates provided helpful uodates. The technician came to my house and explained the process. I did not realize an iPad fix required overnight work in order for the glue to set. The technician ensured I had the serial number the iPad. When he returned he showed me that the screen worked. The technician also checked all functionality before leaving with the iPad so we both knew what worked. I am giving 1 Star because 0 Stars is not an option. This is the WORST cell phone repair service I have ever received. I saw the Puls booth at local Wal-Mart & was told how much more convenient their service was because a tech will come to home or office to do repair. I scheduled immediately for phone repair, as I had an upcoming trip out of town. 10 minutes before my appt. I received a call canceling, asking to reschedule for the next day. NO! I insisted the phone needed to be fixed same day as I was told (and charged in full for the service). They sent a tech 2.5 hours after my original time, who could not fix the screen. I was forced to reschedule following day at my office at 11, which was again, cancelled by Puls & rescheduled. After an hour, the tech still could not get the home button on iPhone to work, so the repair was worthless. I was then called by customer service saying I'd receive a refund in the amount to fix my screen at Apple via Pay Pal in 3-5 business days. It is July 7th, no refund, phone screen still broken, and can't get a call or email back from customer service. If this is truly a partnership with Wal-Mart, I'm extremely disappointed that a multi hundred billion dollar company can't do better than this. The promise of convenience at a lower price available 24/7 is obviously a sales pitch that is not backed by actual service. This experience has been anything but convenient & in the long run, more costly spending all this time trying to recover what I was promised. Do yourself a favor, spend your money at Apple who honors their product & service. read more

I am totally surprised writing this.i researched cell repair places do from the reviews I was happy to call cellsavers.....My tech was Issac and was very professional with excellent customer service...my phone was repaired and working fine.....about and hour after he left the phone stopped responding...we called and submitted warranty form...but got no response or followup....we had to call in to get ypdate and still don't know when phone will be repaired.....the amount of hoops that exists for a warranty repair..is outrageous...is now,think I should have keep looking...BTW the 3 stars are due solely to ur tech Issac.. read more

I called this company to fix my iPhone 7 plus, because my screen was cracked. The new screen is horrible, is so dark and my camera lost the resolution that it has. It's obvious that the screen they use is a very low quality and it is not what I paid for. After my initial review, I had to go through a pain process of filling out a complain form and different calls and text messages from and to their customer service, finally another technician showed up and change the screen but no change, he told me the part that is damaged by the initial technician was not on his order so there is nothing he can do!!!!! Even though I specifically explained on the complain form that my touch screen is messed up and my camera lost it's resolution! So he told me to call the customer service again, which meant waiting for 12 minutes on the phone with no one answering the phone!!!! I just needed my broken screen to be fixed but now I have left with a messed up camera and messed up touch screen and now they don't answer my phone call!!!!!
